The SCW Commentary Team is shown now, Allie Queen and Wayne Miller.

Allie: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to SCW's 41st edition of Overdrive!

Wayne: Tonight, we kick off a new tradition here in SCW, being called the Mega Cup. I have it directly from Mr. Walker himself, that if things over well tonight, he’s planning to do this again next year!

Allie: Tonight’s main event pits two former SCW Alternative Champions against each other as Priest and Requiem meet.

Wayne: Both of these men are jockeying for position as the SCW calendar quickly comes to a close. But Requiem’s tag team partner, Brian Kennedy, will also be in action as part of this Mega Cup.

Allie: I am hearing that we’ll also hear from SCW World Heavyweight Champion, Paige Lewis, tonight as well.

Wayne: Well, let’s get this show on the road then!

Backstage, in his office, Terel Walker is leaning back in his chair, on the phone.

Mr. Walker: Yes, with extra sauce. You know how I like it. And bring some damn chopsticks! Alright, hurry.

Hanging up the phone with a laugh, Mr. Walker turns to his computer, just as there is a knock at the door.

Mr. Walker: Come in!

The door opens, and it is Jacina. She walks in, closing the door behind her. Mr. Walker gestures to the chairs and Jacina takes a seat.

Mr. Walker: How can I help you?

Jacina started to speak, but hesitated. Mr. Walker waited a moment before moving on.

Mr. Walker: I’m sure you didn’t come to let me watch you breathe, Jacina. Let’s talk. What’s on your mind?

Jacina: I just...I don’t know. I feel like I’m not being utilized.

Mr. Walker: It would help if you stopped losing matches left and right.

Jacina: I suppose. Years back, when I came to SCW, I was a warrior, and I won the North American Championship and reigned over the division with an iron fist. And now...

Mr. Walker: Now, you’re barely earning your paycheck. Some wonder why I haven’t fired you yet.

Jacina: Sir?

Mr. Walker: Oh, don’t worry. I’m not fond of firing people. Besides, you’re lackluster performances in the ring are overshadowed by the product your brand is moving.

Jacina: Sir?

Mr. Walker: You’re earning my company more money in merchandise than it costs to keep you around. Your first edition action figure has just passed ten thousand units. The only people selling more are Neela Shizeguma, Priest, Brian Kennedy, and Jessica Tendonin.

Jacina: So, you aren’t firing me?

Mr. Walker: No. But, I want it understood that you are underperforming, and that I’m not just keeping you around because you bring in money.

Jacina: I want to do better.

Mr. Walker: I believe you. But until I actually see it, I can’t hand you rewards anymore. You earned a shot at the North American Championship while Paige Lewis held it, and she upped the challenge, putting the World Heavyweight Championship on the line. You failed. Jessica Tendonin became the new number one contender, and while Lewis stepped down, I had to find a new opponent for Mrs. Tendonin. I gave you another shot. You failed again.

Jacina: I-

Mr. Walker: You want to get back on the path to a title shot, you have to earn it. So here’s what I’m proposing. At Overdrive 42, I’m setting you an opponent whom I think will push you to your limit. Win or lose, I want you to impress me. Make an impact.

Jacina: Who am I facing?

Mr. Walker: That’s a surprise. Now, go on and get to preparing. The show can’t wait all night. And remember what I said. Win or lose; impress me.

Jacina: Yes, sir.

Jacina got up and looked at Mr. Walker once more before exiting the office. Mr. Walker stared at the door for a moment before leaning forward to grab his phone. He dialed a number and the scene faded.

Emily Desmond is walking backstage when we see Sean Foster coming up to her. She brushes back a loose strand of hair but instead of a look of not wanting to listen to Sean, she greets him with a smile.

Sean: Emily….just wondering a couple things. First tonight is the night that you said….well Chris said that changes to Hellfire would take place. Can you elaborate any?

Emily: In good time. In a little while my dad and I will step out in that ring and you’ll learn along with everyone else what those changes are. Let’s just say….no one is going to see this coming. I’m very sure of it.

Sean: Are you sure you can’t give ANY hints?

Emily:The only thing I will say is that a lot of people are going to be very surprised. I wasn’t sure myself until yesterday that it would be pulled through. But I can honestly say that SCW won’t see it coming and definitely Empire won’t see it coming.

Sean: So that means Hellfire isn’t giving up on the tag titles.?

Emily: That I can answer and the answer is you’re right. We won’t give up. With the changes that will be made I…..will say this. I feel that these changes mean that Empire can be stopped or in the very least weakened.

Sean: Now how do you feel about the Mega Cup? I mean it means whoever wins doesn’t necessarily have to take on Paige, but could come after you and the Alternative title instead.

Emily: Oh trust me, I’ve definitely kept tabs on it. And I completely understand what you’re saying. But I will say this to those competing in it. They think that they’ll find an easier win with me? Well they can think again. I’ll fight just as hard and as fierce as Paige so that all the titles of SCW are held by three strong women and people shouldn’t take any of us too lightly. Jessica, Paige and I form a trio that won’t easily be defeated.

Sean: Now on another matter

He eyes the camera that is broadcasting the exchange to everyone. He motions for the camera to be lowered, and it is…..but only for a moment. After Sean thinks it has been turned off he seems to have a more personal question for Emily.

Sean: Did you get the present I sent you?

Emily looks confused for a moment then realizes exactly what Sean is talking about.

Emily: Oh! The flowers! I did although you sent them to my dad’s address instead of mine. THAT caused some tension but I reminded him I’m 18 and a big girl. I really liked them.

Sean: So did you think about after the show? Maybe getting something to eat?

Emily: I did, and I will. Just expect the third degree from my dad and……hey wait a minute!

Sean: I told you turn that off!

Sean lunges at the camera and it is knocked down and the last view the audience has is of the concrete floor before it goes black and the camera ringside goes back to Allie and Wayne.

Allie: Well it seems Hellfire definitely has something up their sleeve. I wonder what this big announcement is.

Wayne: I can’t wait but I have another more pressing question.

Allie: And that is?

Wayne: Where are they going to dinner at?

Allie: Oh butt out! How about you focus on your job?

Wayne: First match of the evening here tonight, and we’ve got the newcomer Red Dragon in action against an SCW Original, Lucius Tendonin!

Allie: Red Dragon picked up a win against Priest right before the TLC pay per view, shocking the world. Tonight, he faces a similar challenge in Lucius Tendonin, who’s done battle with Priest in the past.

Anne: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Parts Unknown, Red Dragon!

The arena fades to almost complete darkness as lightning flashes on the video wall. Thunderclaps are heard as Behemoth - O Father O Satan O Sun begins to play throughout the arena. Lightning continues to flash on the video wall as a cemetery is panned through. The stage erupts in flames as Red Dragon rises to the stage from below.

Scanning the crowd he grins and begins a slow walk towards the ring as a blood red spotlight is on him. . Once at ringside he slides under the bottom rope and rolls up to his feet as a Pentagram appears in the middle of the ring. Fire erupts from all four corner post as he leans against the ropes with the bloody femur in his hands waiting on his opponent.

Wayne: Lucius also picked up a win, taking on Jacina at Overdrive 40.

'Carry Me' by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds annihilates the speakers. The Dragons symbol illuminates the ‘tron and pyros explode from the stage.

Lucius Tendonin appears on stage to a flood of cheers. The big man stood there for a moment before stepping aside, and pointing backwards at the entrance area. The crowd popped harder as Jessica Tendonin walked out onto the stage, the SCW International Championship around her waist. Then, the pair began making their way towards the ring.

Anna Carpenter: From Cleveland, Ohio….accompanied to the ring by the New SCW International Champion, Jessica Tendonin…, please welcome...LUCIUS TENDONIN!!!!

Wayne: Jessica Tendonin made short work of Jacina, picking up the SCW North American Champion in that ladder match at TLC, and then she promptly rechristened it as the SCW International Championship.

Allie: And I’m understanding that Mr. Walker has accepted the name change. Initially, winning the North American Championship tied Jessica with her husband for most title reigns. Now, a four time champion here in SCW, Jessica Tendonin is the most decorated champion in SCW history.

Lucius climbed into the ring and gestured to the crowd as Jessica joined the commentary team.

Wayne: And we’re being joined by the champion!

Allie: Congratulations, Jessica Tendonin, on the title win.

Jessica: Good evening, Wayne! And Allie.

The bell rang, and Tendonin and Red Dragon circled each other around the ring. Both men moved in for a lock up, but Red Dragon kicked Tendonin in the gut, making him double over. Slipping behind the bigger man, Red Dragon took Tendonin down with a German Suplex. Both men rolled to their feet.

Wayne: Red Dragon off to a good start.

Allie: It’s not over til the Fat Lady sings!

Jessica: Oh, I promise it will be over soon, and my dear husband will be picking up the win.

Red Dragon turns to the ropes, and as he jumps, the lights go out.

Wayne: What the hell!

Allie: Can’t see shit!

A bit of rumbling is heard in the ring, followed by a slam. When the lights turn back on, Red Dragon is laid out, Lucius is standing over him, and Jessica is adjusting her headset. Allie eyes her but doesn’t say anything. Lucius covers Red Dragon for a pin.

1……...2……...3!!!

The crowd popped as Carry Me came on over the speakers and the bell rang as Jessica slid into the ring to congratulate her husband.

Anne: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, Lucius Tendonin!!!

Allie: I can’t believe this shit.

Wayne: What’s that?

Allie: I...nothing. forget it.

WINNER: LUCIUS TENDONIN

Paige Lewis: Good evening, SCW. I’ve been silent since TLC, and truth is, I’ve been resting. I’ve spent most of the days since TLC sleeping for 10 to 15 hours a day. A couple of days ago, my mother, father, and I all went and got tandem massages, but aside from that, I’ve spent little time awake. And I know why.

The young champion sighed before going on.

Paige Lewis: Priest. I knew he’d push me to my limit and beyond if I had any hope of leaving with my reign intact. I knew it wouldn’t be easy. I knew I’d get punished. And yet, I kept getting back up, coming for me. And each time, Priest obliged, dealing out the worst he could. There were times when even I didn’t know how I was still moving. But I kept going. And in the end, I nearly cut Priest in half in order to keep this.

The camera had been trained on Paige’s face for a close headshot, but it zoomed out as she stood up, revealing the SCW World Heavyweight Championship around her waist. Her left hand stroked the championship a bit and she was listing slightly to one side.

Paige Lewis: I thank you, Priest, for helping me once again prove that I am worthy of this championship. I must say, however, that I find it laughable that you’ve already come up with an excuse. You’re really going to take the piss and claim that Gabriel Tuck cost you match? Fool, he was out there for me, but my mentor stopped him in his tracks, for he remembers well what she is capable of.

Instead of making excuses, you should be focusing on your opponent. Surely, between your episode of masturbatory, unearned, self-congratulating, you’ve noticed he’s kinda becoming a big deal around here. Again. If Requiem hadn’t stepped down, Adatu Urakih would have never become Alternative Champion, and when she left, you wouldn’t have swooped in and claimed the belt. Requiem would still be champion. Or, perhaps he’d have this, or it’s previous incarnation.

I am the heartbeat of the SCW, now, though. I have overcome EVERYTHING put in front of me, and I will continue to do so. And later tonight, when Mr. Walker names my next challenger, I will overcome them as well. Because this SCW World Heavyweight Championship will not be pried away from me by some undeserving, washed up, has been, still trying to cling onto their old glory.

And that...is what the Axis is all about.

The scene faded slowly.

Sean Foster is in the ring waiting when the camera comes back. Finally he speaks.

Sean: Ladies and gentleman….join me in welcoming to the ring none other than the SCW Alternative champion Emily Desmond and her tag partner Chris Desmond!

King Nothing by Metallic plays as the Lights go out and the music comes up. Lights slowly come up at 30 seconds to show Chris on one side, and Emily on the other. Chris and Emily are both dressed in blue jeans with Chris wearing a green silk shirt and his hair in a ponytail while Emily is wearing a purple silk shirt, her hair also pulled back, the SCW Alternative title over her shoulder. They walk down to the ring and slowly crawl into the ring. Emily seems to wink at Sean, but it’s a quick movement and the pair wait as the crowd dies down just a little bit. Finally Chris takes the mic from Sean.

Chris: I want to thank everyone this evening. After the tag match at TLC we promised that this evening we would be making a huge announcement but before we do I have something to say to Empire. Yes we lost. There plain and simple and we don’t deny it. Requiem? You’ve proven more than once, in fact over and over that you are a hell of a wrestler. But Kennedy? You should thank your lucky stars that Requiem doesn’t just get rid of you. You are worthless and we have you figured out now. You thought that one on one you could beat Emily? You obviously didn’t listen when she told you…….

Chris stops as Emily seems to glare at her father. He hands her the mic.

Emily: My dad is right. We didn’t walk out with the tag match but on a personal front I did what I said. I said youth would reign and I proved to the old man named Kennedy that was precisely the case. I’m still the Alternative title and I plan on being so for some time to come.

Emily hands the mic back to her dad, who takes it with a smile.

Chris: Ok TLC we didn’t get the tag titles but we knew that night that win or lose we wanted to…..shall we say expand Hellfire. Just things turned out that it seems I need to take a step back and just be the manager of Hellfire. I have gotten ….I can’t even say how many emails going “who is it going to be?”. I’ve heard the rumors that its Lynn, its Brian, maybe even Neela but you are wrong on all fronts. It’s not Cam, nor is it Troy Poole. No we needed a guy who is willing to put it all….body and soul….on the line when he gets in this ring.

Emily has got a second mic and looks at Sean, who is calmly waiting, anxious to hear who it is.

Emily:Ladies and gentleman…..this evening Hellfire is adding a man who knows about this Alternative title as he held it when it was FTWO’s title. He wasn’t afraid of what type of match he would end up in. He faced men like Aaron Rupp, Eric Herrera, and Cam Davitt. Yes he took a few years off but I’m happy to say after some talking he’s ready…..he’s willing….and he’s excited to be coming to SCW, to be my tag partner. I give you none other than……..

”Raining Blood” by Slayer plays as the lights start flashing red. A figure appears at the top of the ramp……and slowly starts the walk down to the ring. Finally the light comes up on the figure.

Wayne:Is that………no…..way!!

Allie: Alzy Hawkshaw?!?

They are indeed right as it is the Extreme One Alzy Hawkshaw, last seen 6 years ago in FTWO. He’s held the Alternative title on several occasions and is now joining Hellfire. He’s dressed as impeccably as the other two members, the only difference being that his shirt is red and that his dark hair is now cut short. He climbs in the ring and gives Emily a grin, then turns and shakes Chris’ hand. Finally the music dies down and he takes the mic from Emily.

Alzy: This is great! Being part of wrestling again and being part of such a great fed! I’m excited to be here and I hope you all are ready for life as you once knew it to resume itself. I was part of Hellfire years ago, and this incarnation of it is even better. Now I know there aren’t a lot of tag teams in SCW right now, but this is a warning to any of them…..all the way up to Empire. We’re going to earn a shot at those titles and we’re coming for them. You THINK you know Hellfire? Well you don’t know crap anymore. We will win…..and know that I don’t back down from anyone.

Alzy drops the mic to the mat as “King Nothing” plays with Chris raising both Emily and Alzy’s hands.

Wayne: Wow! Alzy has never backed down from a challenge.

Allie: Be interesting to see what Empire has to think about this.

Anne Carpenter: This next match is scheduled for one fall and is a part of the Mega Cup series of matches! Featuring first the challenger...Gabriel Tuck!

“Iron Wolf” by Beastwars begins playing as Gabriel Tuck walks out from the back. He looks around to the mixed reaction from the crowd with a grin before he lets out a wolf howl that’s echoed by many in the crowd. He begins running down to the ring at top speed, sliding in, leaping up, and grabbing the microphone from Ann Carpenter. He smacks her on the butt with a laugh.

Gabriel Tuck: I can take this shit from here, dollface.

Wayne Miller: What’s he thinking? He can’t treat her like that.

Allie Queen: Why not? You would do it.

Wayne Miller: Exactly! That’s my job!

Gabriel Tuck: And my opponent, the Jackass of Starfucker Wrestling...Brian Kennedy!

Wayne Miller: Does this assmonkey even know what the name of the company he’s working for is?

Allie Queen: You know he’s being insulting just to make Kennedy angry. Right?

“Word Crimes” by Weird Al Yankovic begins playing as a bewildered Brian Kennedy walks out from the back. He looks around at the laughing crowd until he sees Gabriel Tuck standing in the ring with the microphone.

Gabriel Tuck: You been makin’ too many Word Crimes, fool! I’m here to fucking take you downtown!

Wayne Miller: I don’t get it. Word crimes?

Allie Queen: Someday when you get older, I will tell you all about it.

Gabriel Tuck: Where’s your toy? That fucking twenty pound sledgehammer that you like to bring to the ring with you and make out with? Could you be any more of a fucking stereotype? Maybe you change your name to three words that each start with the letter “H”? This match is no holds barred. So, bring your shit!

Brian Kennedy looks down to the ring at Gabriel, his anger cooling quickly to an evil grin. He steps backstage and returns quickly with his twenty pound sledgehammer. He flexes on the entrance stage and gives the hammer a little kiss.

Gabriel Tuck: I didn’t say to stand down there and make out with the fucking weapon. I said come the fuck down here and try to use the fucker on me!

Brian Kennedy runs down to the ring with sledgehammer in hand. He slides under the bottom rope and jumps up to meet Gabriel with an exchange of punches as the bell rings to begin the match!

Gabriel takes the advantage, stunning Brian, and continuing to hit him with lefts and rights to back Brian to the corner. He grabs Brian by the ears and smashes him in the face with a headbutt. He sinks a knee into Brian’s gut to double him over and then smashes Brian in the face with it.

Gabriel steps back to admire his handiwork as Brian wipes blood from his face. He flicks his wrist, sending blood into Gabriel’s eyes. He follows this up with a series of kicks before sending Gabriel to the mat with a ddt!

Gabriel starts to get up, but Brian stomps on him in the side of the face. He steps up onto Gabriel, and then drops to land both knees on Gabriel’s back!

Wayne Miller: And that’s why you don’t act like a jackass. Karma stomps a fucking mudhole in you!

Allie Queen: A mudhole?

Wayne Miller: You know it! Mudhole, your pussy, whatevers.

Allie Queen: Asshole!

Wayne Miller: That’s where nuns keep from cashing in their v-card!

Brian picks Gabriel up by the hair, smashing him in the face with a few punches, pulling him up into a press slam position, and casting him across the ring!

Allie Queen: The last time that these two met in the ring, Gabriel was outwrestled by Brian. Grabriel is just a bar room brawler at heart.

Wayne Miller: Punk juggalo is more like it.

Brain walks across the ring, seizing Gabriel by the head as he rises to his knees. Brian holds up a fist to a booing crowd as if he were happy to be pummelling Gabriel more.

Brian opens his mouth in pure pain, letting out a jagged scream as he starts wailing on Gabriel’s head with both hands.

Allie Queen: What is he screaming about?

Wayne Miller: I think I know. Look!

The ref begins yelling at Gabriel when he sees blood trickling down Brian’s legs from within his trunks. Gabriel backs away, laughing like a hyena as Brian rolls into a ball, under the ropes, and to the concrete floor!

Gabriel reaches into a pocket, pulling out a pair of brass knuckles that read PIE. He kisses the weapon and rolls out of the ring. He grabs Brian by the hair, pulls him up, and is stabbed in the left shoulder just below the collarbone with a twist wine bottle opener! Gabriel opens his mouth to scream, but no sound comes out as Brian twists it into him.

Allie Queen: That’s horrible! Where did he get an object like that?

Wayne Miller: You never know when you want to open a bottle of wine after kicking some punk’s ass.

Gabriel responds by slamming Brian in the side of the face with his “PIE” brass knuckles, sending Brian straight to the floor. He picks Brian up, rolls him into the ring, and follows. He looks at the crowd and gently touches the corkscrew buried in his chest with a wince. The crowd wince along with him as he decides whether or not to remove it.

Allie Queen: Gabriel should leave it in!

Wayne Miller: Don’t be a pussy, yank it out!

Gabriel gives it a quick tug, sending blood spraying as the wine opener comes free! He drops to his knees, seeing a shadow overwhelm his as Brian stands over him with a wicked grin. Gabriel leaps up, slamming a upward palm strike into Brian’s nose in an impact that shatters it and sends Brian backwards to the mat in the center of the ring. Gabriel goes for the cover.

1……...2……...3!!!

Anne Carpenter: Winner of the match...Gabriel Tuck!

Allie Queen: There’s a lot of blood in that ring. Medics are coming down now to see to both Gabriel and Brian.

Wayne Miller: I wonder if anyone would have won if this were a last man standing?

Allie Queen: Doesn’t matter right now, does it?

WINNER: GABRIEL TUCK

The scene opens up as Priest is sitting in chair in an undisclosed location. Dressed in full ring gear, Priest is in a relaxed state, and he has his feet on the table in front of him.

Priest: Well here we are. And what a night you are about to witness. Two of the SCW's top stars will go head to head in a match that will surely go down as one of the most epic battles of all time. I know Paige Lewis will be watching this and she should for she knows she came within an inch of her life and is lucky to still be the SCW World Champion. If it hadn't been for Gabriel Tuck, I would be sitting here in a different light.

But rather than give me my rightful rematch, the SCW management has once again decided to screw me over. Now I have to fight a man in Requiem and then fight whoever wins the other matches in this stupid tournament they came up with. How do you like that? Rather than go one on one with me again, I have to earn another shot when it should be rightfully mine to begin with. That there is the main problem. Do I have a beef with Requiem? Hell no I don't. He's in the same boat as me. But the fact is, I don't have a choice.

So love me or hate me, I will go through hell or high water to get to the promised land. And you never know, you might see a surprise or two before the night's up.

Laughing slightly, Priest steps out of the view as the scene fades to black.

The arena goes pitch black. Tombstones appear backlit in blacklight on the 'tron. An eerie chill creeps through the crowd when suddenly the silence is shattered by a blood-curdling war cry:

Yeah!

A distorted death march howls throughout the arena. Pyros explode at the entrance. Lightning strikes across the 'tron. The music explodes into a driving battle charge. The "Evil Xtreme" logo consumes the 'tron. Requiem steps onto the stage bathed in blacklight with strobes chasing chaos across his shredded frame....

The streets are running red with blood, yeah we gave it to them
So call us Abominator, call us what you will

We'll skin you alive, leave your bodies on stakes,
We'll burn down your homes, and piss on your graves,
Dishonor, Dismember,
Discredit, Destroy,
Let nothing survive, this is total war!

Requiem stalks down to the ring. His focus his pure murder...

Now the shit won't end, by my hand
You will pray for death
Abominator!

And we're like the hands of god, just drifting round your neck
Ripping your skulls apart, to drink out of your heads

We'll skin you alive, leave your bodies on stakes,
We'll burn down your homes, and piss on your graves,
Dishonor, Dismember,
Discredit, Destroy,
Let nothing survive, this is total war

Now the shit won't end, by my hand
You will pray for death
Abominator!

Now the shit won't end, by my hand
You will pray for death
Abominator!

...Requiem circles the ring once and slides beneath the ropes. He comes up on his knees in the center of the ring. He raises his arms. Pyros explode from the ringposts in a rapid-fire fanfare of destruction...

Yeah!

(FUCK EM UP(?))

So let darkness rise,
Your world will die
See the abominator growing in our eyes,
And say your last goodbyes

Cassie: The next contest is scheduled for one fall! First coming down the aisle from Transylvania West, USA weighing 260 lbs… one half of the SCW tag team champions… Requiem!!!!

Now the shit won't end, by my hand
You will pray for death
Abominator!

Now the shit won't end, by my hand
You will pray for death
Abominator!

We're your annihilator,
Your world's devastator
Bloody decapitator,
Abominator!

...Requiem rises to his feet. He stalks to one of the corners. He slowly removes his black leather robe and drops it negligently to ringside. His eyes burn in anticipation for the carnage to come...

Allie: I’ve been looking forward to this match all night. These men both have their eyes set on Paige Lewis and her coveted SCW World Heavyweight Championship.

Wayne: Priest just came up short against Lewis at TLC a few weeks back, but a win here can put either of them in the hot seat for a shot at Paige Lewis.

Cassie: And his opponent, weighing in at three hundred and twenty eight pounds, hailing from Houston, Texas...Priest!!!

Passive by A Perfect Circle hits the PA system. As Priest steps onto the stage, the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. Stopping in the middle of the ramp, Priest glares into the crowd with a sinister smile. As the opening guitar riffs start to kick in, the lights in the arena flicker on and off as flaming pyro’s go off. After a couple seconds, Priest twist his neck to crack his spine and heads down the ramp.

Once he gets to the ring, he removes his black sunglasses and taunts tossing them into the crowd, but doesn't. He sees a child walks over to him, and acts like he's going to give it to him. But instead of giving them to the child, he drops them to the floor and stomps on them. The challenger laughs now as he climbs into the ring.

Allie: As you mentioned, Priest challenged Lewis a few weeks back, and he absolutely dominated her throughout the match.

Wayne: Hell, at one point, his brother Kronik abducted her.

Allie: And Lewis still managed to overcome and walk away with the SCW World Heavyweight Championship.

Wayne: But one of these men could be taking on Lewis for the title soon!

The bell rang and the two big men circled each other. Both moved in for a test of strength. Requiem overpowered Priest after a priest back and forth struggle, transitioning to a headlock. Priest countered, taking Requiem up and over with a Back Drop. Priest was first to his feet and Requiem quickly followed. Priest rebounded off the ropes, taking the tag team champion down with a Short Arm Clothesline.

Allie: This Mega Cup that Mr. Walker has put together, I think, is an interesting idea.

Wayne: Yeah. Starts as a six man tournament, and the three winners move on to the final match at Survival, while the three losers duke it out for a chance to join the three winners.

Allie: Final match then becomes a Fatal Four Way, and the first pinfall or submission gets a shot at the SCW World Heavyweight Championship. That person leaves the ring with their title shot, and the match goes on with the next fall getting a shot at the Alternative Championship. Again, the victor leaves the ring with his or her shot at the Alternative Championship, and the last two battle for a shot at the International Championship.

Wayne: And these three folks will be able to call in these title shots at the first Pay Per View of 2018!

Requiem rolled to his feet, but Priest caught him with a right hand that sent him staggering backwards. Priest charged at Requiem, throwing him into the corner, and began laying into him with big rights and lefts. The tag team champion kept his hands up, protecting his head while absorbing Priest heavy punches to his body.

Allie: Priest looking to turn this into a punching contest?

Wayne: If so, Requiem has the right idea. Protect the dome, let him tire himself, and then stick and move.

Priest had throw several dozen punches before backing off to catch his breath. Requiem dropped his guard, and when Priest turned around, Requiem hit him with a Big Boot that sent him to the mat. Requiem pulled Priest into a sitting position and applied a Rear Chin Lock.

Allie: Main event here, and Requiem looking to wear Priest down with a submission, perhaps make him tap out!

Wayne: Both of these men have had long and storied careers. They both know what a submission does minutes into the match.

Priest began struggling to his feet, and after two or three elbows to the midsection, Requiem released the hold. Priest whipped Requiem into the ropes. On the rebound, Requiem took Priest down with a Flying Heel Spin Kick. Requiem rolled to his feet and pulled Priest up, shoving his head between his thighs, getting him ready for a Powerbomb. Priest countered with a Big Back Body Drop, sending Requiem up and over.

Allie: So far, these two men have been evenly match, going back and forth.

Wayne: Momentum can literally turn on a dime.

Both men on their feet, Priest threw a jab that was easily knocked away by the tag team champion. Requiem whipped Priest into the corner. Requiem ran after him, hitting him with a Forearm Smash, and following it up with a knee to the gut. Priest doubled over in pain, and Requiem went to drive a knee into his face, but Priest countered, shoving Requiem away.

Allie: Priest trying to take control here.

Wayne: From an overall perspective, Priest needs this win more than Requiem. He needs this win if he wants to remain a top ranked superstar.

Priest climbed up to the top rope, but as he was positioning himself. Requiem jumped to the top rope, and nailed the Reanimator, getting a massive pop from the crowd. Requiem hooked Priest’s leg, and the referee counted the pin.

1……...2……...3!!!

Allie: That’s it! Requiem is going to Survival!

Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, and moving on to the final match at Survival, Requiem!!!!

Wayne: Requiem, out of nowhere with the Reanimator!!!

WINNER: REQUIEM

The referee raised Requiem’s hand in victory while handing him his SCW Tag Team Championship. Requiem exited the ring grinning ear to ear.

"Fuck Being On Some Chill Shit!"

0 to 100 by Drake hit the PA system and the crowd popped. A moment later, Terel Walker came out on stage, grinning. He wore a dark blue suit with a gray tie as he began walking down the ramp.

The owner made his way to the ring quickly as the crowd cheered for him. Someone tossed him a microphone as he signalled for his music to be stopped.

Mr. Walker: First things first, I hope you’ve all enjoyed the action here tonight. Now, I know everyone is dying to know, so I’ll get right into this. I’m out here to announce Paige Lewis’ next opponent for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship.

The crowd exploded now.

Mr. Walker: While it’s true that the Mega Cup will also produce a challenger, that person will get a shot at the SCW World Heavyweight Championship at the first Pay Per View of 2018. I need a challenger between now and then. So, first, I’d like to have Miss Lewis join me out here.

The crowd exploded as Sail by AWOLNATION hit the PA system. After about twenty seconds, Lewis walked out onto the stage wearing a Jack Harkness style greatcoat and dark shades, her SCW World Heavyweight Championship around her waist. Standing on the stage soaking in the thunderous applause, Lewis nodded and smiled before making her way down the ramp, with a bit of a limp.

Stopping halfway down, she high fived some of the fans before continuing her track to the ring, where she rolled in under the bottom rope. Popping to her feet, Lewis climbed the turnbuckle, raising both arms. Lewis jumped back to the mat and unstrapped the belt, tossing it over her shoulder as the music faded.

Mr. Walker: Thank you, Miss Lewis. Now, I had three people in mind for your next challenger. Three people who have been on a tear since SCW reopened. These three people were taken from a list of five. These three people know who they are, and I like all of them to come on out, now. No music, no theatrics, no managers or partners, just...come on down.

All of the fans turned towards the entrance area now. After a moment or two, Emily Desmond walked out onto the stage, carrying her SCW Alternative Championship. Behind her came Jessica Tendonin, wearing the SCW International Championship around her waist. Finally, carrying one half of the SCW World Tag Team Championship, Requiem. All three Superstars walked to the ring, and climbed in. The three of them faced Terel Walker and Paige Lewis.

Mr. Walker: The three of you have been very impressive here in the new SCW. But only one of you will get THIS shot at the SCW World Heavyweight Championship at SCW Survival. First, let’s eliminate one of you. The weakest link of you three is Emily Desmond. Desmond, you are the only one of you three to have lost a match so far. I think that we will be able to expect amazing things from you in the future of SCW, based on what I’ve seen of your in ring ability. But, I don’t think you are ready for this yet. Please step back.

Looking disappointed, Desmond stepped back. Terel went on.

Mr. Walker: Now, Jessica Tendonin and Requiem. Both of you have been undefeated here in the new SCW. But, one thing separates the pair of you. Mrs. Tendonin, you’ve been unstoppable. From kicking Jordan off his high horse, to winning the North American Championship, right after winning another shot at said belt. Requiem, you and Brian Kennedy have held down the SCW tag Team Championship since the day you both won it. You’ve been just as unstoppable as Mrs. Tendonin. So, I have to choose between the pair of you.

Before I announce my decision, I want everyone to know this shot is based solely on in ring ability and success track here in the NEW SCW. Because the SCW World Heavyweight Championship represent the very essence of excellence, even the challenger must be impeccable. And so the challenger will be.

Requiem...as impressive as you’ve been, you have not built as impressive of a singles win streak as Mrs. Tendonin. Please step back.

The crowd began rustling now as Requiem stepped back.

Mr. Walker: Jessica Tendonin, SCW International Champion, and the most decorated champion in SCW history...you are now the Number One Contender...for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship!

A nuke could have dropped on the arena and it wouldn’t have been heard over the sound of the fans screaming in excitement. Tendonin and Lewis stepped into the center of the ring, staring each other down. The camera zoomed in on the pair of women as Overdrive went off the air.
