![]() As My Name Is Human by Highly Suspect begins to play through the arena, a video montage is shown. Previous SCW stars are briefly shown, followed by current stars. Next, every champion in SCW history was shown, starting with Brian Brewster and Cam Davitt as SCW Tag Team Champions, The Ryders as SCW Tag Team Champions, Cam Davitt and Lynn Brewster as SCW Tag Team Champions, Empire as SCW World Tag Team Champion, Jesse Owusu as SCW North American Champion, Lucius Tendonin during his first reign as SCW North American Champion, Stefanos Los Rios as SCW North American Champion, Jacina as SCW North American Champion, Lucius Tendonin during his second reign as SCW North American Champion, Red Dragon as SCW North American Champion, Macy Kane as SCW North American Champion, Paige Lewis as SCW North American Champion, Jessica Tendonin as North American Champion, Jessica Tendonin as SCW International Champion. Lucius Tendonin as SCW Alternative Champion, Jessica Tendonin in her first reign as SCW Alternative Champion, Priest in his first reign as SCW Alternative Champion, Jessica Tendonin in her second reign as SCW Alternative Champion, Requiem as SCW Alternative Champion, Adatu Urakih as SCW Alternative Champion, Priest in his second reign as SCW Alternative Champion, Emily Desmond as SCW Alternative champion, Neela Shizeguma as SCW World Champion, Brian Kennedy as SCW World Champion, Brian Brewster as SCW World Champion, Paige Lewis as the SCW World Heavyweight Champion and lastly, Jessica Tendonin as the SCW World Heavyweight Champion. The SCW Commentary Team is shown now, Allie Queen and Wayne Miller. Allie: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to SCW's 42nd edition of Overdrive! Tonight, we deal with the fallout of SCW Survival! Wayne: And if you missed SCW Survival, oh man...you missed one hell of a show! Overtime in our main event to decide the World Heavyweight Championship! Allie: Jessica Tendonin was forced to compete in two matches, but she was able to overcome both challenges! Wayne: That's right! Paige Lewis, who spent the majority of last year as the SCW World Heavyweight Champion went to war with Jessica Tendonin, and they nearly tore the roof off the arena during the battle! The championship changed hands! Allie: I think a lot of people expected Paige Lewis to retain, even against Tendonin, and then go on to face Alzy Hawkshaw at Spring Meltdown. Wayne: The new champion is in action tonight, against longtime rival, Priest! Every time these two collide, there is hell, and I don't expect this time to be any different. Allie: We've also got Kennedy taking on Lewis, in what could very easily steal the show! Two former SCW world champions, with Brian Kennedy being a former SCW World Champion and Paige Lewis being the former SCW World Heavyweight Champion, battling it out! Wayne: And what a war of words they had, leading up to tonight. I don't think I've ever seen Lewis so obviously angry! And Kennedy seemed to take offence at what she said, as well! But, let's get this thing going! |

Party Monster by The Weeknd hits the PA system and crowd roars to life. Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome...the NEW SCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION...JESSICA TENDONIN! "I'm Good, I'm Good, I'm Great!" Allie: I'm still in shock that Tendonin actually managed to defeat Paige Lewis at Survival. Wayne: I don't know why you suddenly hate her, but you've got to come off it. Allie: Still, 245 days on top isn't a bad run for a rookie. Wayne: Damn right. Paige Lewis suffered her first defeat ever, at the hands of Jessica Tendonin, who won the SCW World Heavyweight Championship from her, in the process, gaining her 18th world championship. The curtain parted, and the arena shook as the audience thundered. Holding both the SCW International Championship and SCW World Heavyweight Championship over both shoulders, the Dragon moonwalked out onto the stage, stopping at the top of the ramp where she turned to face the ring. Jessica was wearing a mask, to reset her broken nose. Do Ya Thang by Ice Cube came on the PA system and she bent over, pretending to do dust off her shoes. Wayne: Oh ho ho, no she's not gonna do it! Allie: What? Wayne: Watch! Jessica put her toes together, and then spread her heels apart, making a V. She pointed at her feet and began moving. Wayne: She's doing it! Jessica Tendonin busting out the C Walk on her way to the ring! In addition to the cheering, come members of the audience joined in on the C Walk. Jessica made her way down the ramp, still C Walking, but stopped as she reached the foot of the ring. She made her way up the corner steps and walked to the middle of the apron. Someone tossed her a mic. Jessica: Cut the music! The music stopped, but the crowd was still roaring. Jessica waited for them to settle down a bit. Jessica: I got love for the west coast. Y'all know this! But let me play y'all something from MY hood! Came Down by Al Fatz began playing. The crowd began rapping along with the song as Jessica danced on the apron. Allie: This is so insane. Just get in the damn ring and talk. All this extra shit. Wayne: Don't be a hater. Plus, she just had the whole arena crip walking. You don't want to wind up on the wrong side of some crips that might actually be in the crowd. Jessica: Yo, hold the music for a second, hold on! The music volume lowered until it was gone. Jessica stepped into the ring and continued. Jessica: Esta es una celebración! And we can't have a party with just one person! Ladies and gentlemen...The Order of the Dragon! Electric Feel by MGMT hit the PA system as the arena focused on the stage area. The first person to walk out was undefeated (in SCW) former SCW Alternative Champion, Adatu Urakih. The crowd roared as she was joined by the Swede, Candice Kingston. The Irish Dragon, Clare Miller joined the pair. Marina Day appeared next, and the crowd got even louder. Kitamura Miyoshi shuffled out onto the stage, and the crowd snapped. Wayne: Oh this IS a party! We might see the whole faction here tonight! The group began walking down the ramp as they were joined by more. Five turned into a dozen, and a dozen turned into two dozen. Eventually, the ring was surrounded and the ramp was filling up. The core group was in the ring. Jessica raised the mic again as the music faded. Jessica: I can't truly celebrate, however, without the man who brought me into this company. Carry Me by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds began playing, and the group parted, opening up a path for the husband of the Dragon. Lucius Tendonin slowly walked out onto the stage, grinning. The big man made his way to the ring, where he climbed up onto the apron, and then stepped into the ring. Lucius was greeted by a kiss from the SCW World Heavyweight Champion. She lifted the mic again as his music faded. Jessica: Now that we're all here...let's celebrate the impossible!!! Crowd roared. Jessica: They said Paige Lewis was unstoppable. That she couldn't be defeated. They said if I expanded too much effort against Red Dragon, I'd have no chance of leaving with the SCW World Heavyweight Championship. Fresh Paige Lewis against a fatigued Jessica Tendonin. But alas, it was my destiny to become the SCW World Heavyweight Champion! Red Dragon couldn't slow me down. Paige Lewis couldn't stop me. Hell, a damn Asthma Attack in the middle of the match couldn't even stop me! Tendonin was in her ring gear, and she reached into her tights, producing an inhaler. Jessica: Funny thing...Paige Lewis showed me the same courtesy that the person she beat to become the SCW World Heavyweight Champion showed me, about a year prior. While facing off against Drew Stevenson, I also suffered an Asthma attack, in the middle of the match. I'll say this about both of them; great human beings, to not just take advantage of the situation. But...it was my destiny to defeat both of them. I said Paige Lewis wasn't untouchable, and at Survival, I proved it. I did what only one other person in this company's history has managed to do, incidentally, that person being Paige Lewis. I ended my night in rightful possession of two singles championships. Paige Lewis challenged me to emulate her night at Spring Meltdown, and I took that challenge, and succeeded. Paige Lewis- The titantron came to life, showing Paige Lewis, her forehead bandaged. The former SCW World Heavyweight Champion looked annoyed as she cut Jessica Tendonin off. Paige: Congratulations, Jessica. You did what nobody else has...or WILL do again. You defeated the Princess of London, fair and square. Good on you, mate. But you're being a bit cheeky there, don't you think? Jessica: No, no, no. You don't address me like that. You have something to say to me, you come out here and say it to my face. Paige: Very well. The crowd exploded as Paige Lewis stood up and stepped out of the camera frame. Allie: Jessica called out the former champion, and it looks like we're gonna have a showdown right now! Wayne: It's not a smart move to come out here and confront Tendonin at the moment. She's got about half the Order out here, her core Dragons, and her husband! Sail by AWOLNATION began playing over the PA system, and a moment later, Paige Lewis walked out onto the stage, with a bit of a limp, amid thundering applause. The blonde made her way down the ramp, where she was met by a wall of Dragons. Wayne: She's got balls, I'll give her that. Lewis looked up and down at the woman standing in front of her. Towering two feet over Lewis, the Russian woman was the tallest Dragon, at over 7 and a half feet tall. The woman refused to move, so Lewis crossed her arms over her chest and tilted her head. The Russian did the same. Lewis dropped her arms and began shoving her way through the pack. A moment later, the blonde was walking up the steps in the corner, and stepping into the ring. Allie: Lewis showing she's not afraid of Jessica or her cronies! Wayne: There's a thin line between bravery and stupidity, some say. Lewis stepped toward Tendonin, and in response, Candice Kingston and Adatu Urakih closed rank in front of her. Tendonin stepped forward, gently nudging the two lieutenants apart. Jessica: Now, you had something to say to me? Paige: You're out here, telling all of these people that you beat me, but the thing is...can you do it again? Allie: Champions rematch clause! Wayne: I think Paige Lewis should be more focused on her opponent, Brian Kennedy. Jessica: That's what this is about? Your rematch clause? You've come out here to remind me of it? Paige: Jessica, face it. You will not be able to match what I did. 8 months. If I don't beat you and take it back, and rest assured that is my goal, Alzy Hawkshaw will truly break you down and take the championship from you. You will not be championship after Spring Meltdown, 2018. And that's a fact. Jessica: You're awfully confident for a woman who just limped her way out here. Paige: Lightning never strikes twice. "Fuck Being On Some Chill Shit!" 0 to 100 by Drake hit the PA system and the crowd popped. A moment later, Terel Walker came out on stage, grinning. He wore a dark blue suit with a gray tie as he began walking down the ramp. ![]() The owner made his way to the ring quickly as the crowd cheered for him. The Dragons made a path for him without issue. Someone tossed him a microphone as he signaled for his music to be stopped. Mr. Walker: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Jessica, Paige, hold on for a minute. Now, I know both of you are running emotion on after Survival, and looking to gain some advantage. But, here's the thing. We don't talk about championship matches, especially for the world championship, without the owner being involved. Allie: What? Is Mr. Walker nullifying Lewis' rematch? Wayne: Are you kidding, Lewis was one of the biggest draws last year. If he screws her out of a rematch, it could be a disaster for the company. Mr. Walker: Now, here, we have the former champion, who in ten months, only suffered one defeat. On the other hand, we have the person who defeated her. I've just gotten the figures back for SCW Survival, and it was the biggest show of the year, in terms of sales, merchandise, attendance, and all that good stuff. Rest assured, both of you...Paige Lewis vs. Jessica Tendonin II IS happening again. There is absolutely no reason not to run it again. Each Pay Per View last year blasted the previous one out of the water. As for tonight, both of you have tough opponents, so I recommend focusing on them. Tendonin and Lewis stared at each other for a long moment before the Order began walking back up the ramp, leaving the people in the ring. Eventually, the ring emptied as well, and Mr. Walker was the last to leave. Allie: Wow! I need to know when this rematch is happening! Wayne: 2018 starting off with a bang for SCW. |

Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, the following non-title contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Moscow, Jacina!!! The fans cheer and clap in rhythm in unison as the lights in the arena go out. Then TNT by AC/DC blares through the PA system as the multicolored lights pulsate along with the music. Then the music stops, the lights stop, and the arena goes dark for a moment. Then the music and the lights begin again with the multicolor lights pulsating to the music. Jacina slowly comes through the curtains, the fans erupt with cheers. Jacina bends down on her knees, opens her arms wide as she absorbs the fans adulation. Jacina stands and makes her way to the ring. Climbing into the ring, the former champion walked around the ring as her music faded. Cassie: And last, she is the SCW Alternative champion. Weighing in at one hundred, ninety five pounds, from New York City, New York...this is Emily Desmond! Lights go out as song begins to play. Also smoke fills the ramp, lit by red and green lights. Emily Desmond appears, her dark hair pulled back in a loose ponytail and dressed with tights that are a mix of green and purple on black, a shirt that is solid green, and a black leather coat. She is focused on the ring and her opponent, the title belt over her shoulder. She gets down to the ring, but before climbing in removes the coat, then gets in the ring, keeping an eye on both opponents. She holds it in the air for a moment before passing it out of the ring as the ref calls for the bell. Allie Queen: And we are off in this non-title match. Jacina the number 2 contender for the International title, held by Jessica Tendonin, and Emily the SCW Alternative Champion. Wayne Miller: Both of these women were extremely impressive at SCW Survival, coming out on the winning ends of their matches. The two women met in the center of the ring, where they locked up. Desmond powered Jacina into a corner, and provided an Elbow to the face, slumping Jacina into the corner for a moment. Jacina was yanked to her feet by Desmond, who drove her knee into her midsection. Jacina doubled over as Desmond rebounded off the ropes. Jacina countered into a power slam. Allie Queen: A win over the reigning Alternative Champion could go a long way, if Jacina can get it done here tonight. Jacina turned to the crowd, and posed. Desmond grabbed her from behind, rolled her up and held her tights as the referee started the count. 1.........2.........3!!! Wayne Miller: What the! Desmond gets the roll up on Jacina! This one is over! Allie Queen: You cannot take your eyes off of Desmond for one second! It could spell disaster! It looked like she had a handful of tights there, though. Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, the SCW Alternative Champion...Emily Desmond! WINNER: EMILY DESMOND |

Backstage, Mr. Walker sat in his chair, rubbing his beard. Across from him was the number 1 contender for the SCW World Heavyweight Championship, Alzy Hawkshaw. They seemed to be on the tail end of a conversation. Mr. Walker: I was actually planning to have you in a different match. But...I'm intrigued by this idea. I like it. You've got your match. Alzy: I appreciate it. The man stood and looked around the office. Alzy: I seem to remember this office being...bigger. Well, I'll get out of your hair. Alzy left and Mr. Walker chuckled. |

Scene switches to backstage, where Paige Lewis and Sean Foster are shown. Still not having her new implants in, Paige watched his lips. Sean: Paige Lewis, up next, you're taking on Brian Kennedy, a man who has stood where you previously stood, atop the SCW. a few days ago, you had some very strong words for Mr. Kennedy. He didn't take too kindly to them afterwards. Any thoughts? Paige: Thoughts? Thoughts for the qualified no count? I stand by what I said. Jordan Post, while I'm grateful for him taking a chance on an unproven rookie looking to make her debut in the business, and catapulting me to where I am today, let's be clear. Jordan Post, conspired to set his buddy up as SCW World Champion. Anyone who disputes that, is delusional. How else do you explain debuting a match for a shot at the title, a second match, then the title match, which, again he LOST, and then getting a rematch at literally the next show? Seriously. How do you get another shot, after losing? Now, I could understand if he was like myself, and went on a ten month trek, running roughshod over the entire roster, and then faced the champion, and had a match like mine at Survival, and failed to win the title, and THEN got another shot. Obviously in that scenario, I'm not champion, but you can see what I'm getting at. But Brian Kennedy didn't do that. In his third match here, he lost in his title shot match. So, yeah, I stand by what I said, and I make no apologies for it. I don't care if I hurt his feelings. Fact of the matter is, Kennedy doesn't have what he claimed to have back in the day, anymore. See, Kennedy likes to talk about his history. And, when you've been in the business as long as he has, you SHOULD have something to point to, and be proud of. But, truth be told, my 2017 in SCW is more impressive than the whole of Kennedy's SCW career. Sean: Kennedy disputes your claim, and says he climbed to the top, without the Empire. Paige: Of course he does. But he's an idiot. See, he's laboring under this notion that I'm cross about losing the SCW World Heavyweight Championship. Now, while I do feel a certain pang about my defeat, I understand it was bound to happen. What's angering me, is that a damn year later, I'm still standing here, defending myself against ingrates like Kennedy, and ever-present naysayers who can't understand that I earned everything I have here. I didn't take some 6 week, weekend warrior wrestler training class, and then get on my knees for a contract. I spent the better part of a year or some, getting private classes, sometimes running into the wee hours of the morning. I did it because I am committed. I am committed to myself, and to this business. When I got started, I had my fears and doubts, just like everyone else. Honestly, when I was standing behind that curtain, waiting to face Jacina, I was absolutely terrified. "What if my boots are loose? What if I can't follow her? What if she takes advantage of my hearing issues?" All of that went through my mind. But, I beat those fears and the odds, just like I'm going to beat Brian Kennedy tonight, and teach him, as I've taught everyone else...Paige Lewis is not to be trifled with. In a few minutes, I'm going to show Brian Kennedy what this little girl can do. Sean: Paige Lewis, everyone. Good luck out there tonight. Scene faded to the arena. |

Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...PAIGE LEWIS! The crowd exploded as Sail by AWOLNATION hit the PA system. After about twenty seconds, Lewis walked out onto the stage. Standing on the stage soaking in the thunderous applause, Lewis nodded and smiled before making her way down the ramp. Allie Queen: Somehow, she just doesn't look right. Wayne Miller: Oh? She looks fine. A few scars can't diminish her beauty. Allie Queen: You...I meant without some gold around her waist. Cassie: And her opponent, he is the Living Legend...BRIAN KENNEDY As the rhythm picks up after around a minute of music plays and the words start to work its way through the arena the lights cut out and a spot light shines at the top of the ramp. Brian is seen standing there with a smile, in his hand is a 20 lb sledge hammer. He had alot to say. He had alot of nothing to say. (We'll miss him. 2x) He had alot to say. He had alot of nothing to say. (We'll miss him. 2x) (We're gonna miss him. 2x) So loooooong! Fire shoots out from the stage. Smoke rises from the stage as he starts to walk toward the ring. He stops about Half way to the ring as he flexes in front of the camera kissing his sledge hammer. He smirks in to the camera yelling snide remarks. We wish you well. You told us how you weren't afraid to die. Well so looooooong. Don't cryyyyy. Or feel too down. Not all martyrs see divinity. But at least you tried. He climbs up the steps and turns toward the crowd and taunts them by flipping them off and girls scream his name. He stops and turns back towards the crowd and jumps over the top rope and stands in the middle of the ring, he looks around and drops the sledge hammer and flexes as the flashes flow through out the arena. Standing above the crowd he had a voice that was strong and loud. (We'll miss him. 2x) Ranting and pointing his finger at everything but his heart. (We'll miss him. 2x) (We're gonna miss him. 2x) No wayyyyyy to recall what it was that you had said to me, like I care at alll. But he was sooo louuud. You sure could yell. You took a stand on every little thing and soooo louuuuuuuuud. You, could be, the one, who saves, me from, my own, existence. He climbs all the turnbuckles yet again doing a pose with his arms spread out wide from each one as the music fades. Allie Queen: These two had some very strong words for each other in the last week. Wayne Miller: And now, they get to settle it. The referee checked both superstars for weapons. Finding none, the match began. Lewis charged at Kennedy. With astonishing force, she crashed into him, driving her shoulder into his midsection. Allie Queen: Lewis coming out with power! Wayne Miller: I'm thinking Lewis still has a lot on her mind that is making her angry. This is going to be an interesting match. Lewis stepped back and nailed a Dropkick that sent Kennedy into the corner. Lewis got back to her feet quickly, and sent Kennedy down with a Hip Toss. Lewis then mounted him, and began striking him in the face until Kennedy shoved her away. Allie Queen: Lewis going for an offense, early on. Wayne Miller: Do you know how huge it would be, for whoever wins this? Honestly, I don't know which outcome would be more impressive. Lewis was first to her feet. When Kennedy got to his, Lewis attempted to whip him into the ropes, but the larger superstar countered, sending her into the ropes instead. Lewis rebounded, and Kennedy went for a Clothesline. Lewis ducked the Clothesline, rebounded off the opposite ropes, and when Kennedy turned, she took him down with a Spear, getting a huge pop out of the crowd. Allie Queen: Holy crap! Lewis nails the Spear! Wayne Miller: I said we were going to see a different side of her tonight! Lewis covered Kennedy for a pin attempt. 1.........2.........KICKOUT!!! Wayne Miller: Kennedy manages to just stay alive. Lewis got to her feet, and stalked Kennedy from behind, waiting for him to follow suit. When he did, she headbutted him in the face, making him stagger backwards. She did it again, busting him open. Allie Queen: She said she was going to smear his blood on her face like war paint, and there goes the blood! Wayne Miller: Word to the wise; don't piss off Paige Lewis! Lewis charged at Kennedy, taking him over the top rope, and tumbling out of the ring with him. Lewis held onto the top rope, and then sprung back into the ring, where she jumped to the top rope, and then flew, as if for a Shooting Star, but landed in a Double Stomp position, right to Kennedy's chest. Lewis picked Kennedy up, and whipped him into the ringpost, and then followed it up with an Elbow Drop. 1.........2.........3......... Allie Queen: Lewis is absolutely manhandling Kennedy! Lewis picked Kennedy up and rolled him into the ring, and then climbed the apron. As Kennedy got to his feet, Lewis jumped to the top rope, and jumped. But Kennedy countered with a massive punch that took Lewis out of the air and busted her nose open. The crowd booed heavily now. Kennedy picked Lewis up, and she was smiling. Kennedy punched her in the face again, making her stagger backwards, but she continued to smile. Allie Queen: I don't like that look on her face. Wayne Miller: It's actually giving me the creeps, too. Several more punches, straight to the face, later, and Lewis' face was covered in her blood, as was Kennedy's fist. The crowd was booing, but Lewis was still smiling. She'd even begun laughing. Kennedy Bodyslammed her, and picked her up again. Going for a Clothesline, Kennedy was shoved away after Lewis ducked it. The crowd began chanting now. "Little girl! Little girl! Little girl!" Allie Queen: Oh, these fans are looking to antagonize Kennedy. Wayne Miller: We know how much SCW fans love Paige Lewis. Lewis was still unable to hear again, so she was a bit confused when Kennedy began looking around the arena. When he turned back to Lewis', she drove her elbow into his face, opening another cut. As he staggered back, Lewis slapped him, getting his blood on her hand. Looking at it, she rubbed her hand on her face. Kennedy charged at Lewis, and Lewis knelt and came up under him, putting him in a Fireman's Carry. Allie Queen: She's not going to be able to get him all the way up! She's going to hurt herself! That's almost three hundred pounds! Wayne Miller: How many times have we said she couldn't do something, and then she did it? Kennedy was trying to wiggle free, and Lewis was on one knee, struggling to stand. The crowd began chanting extremely loud, knowing she didn't have her hearing back yet. "Push! Push! Push! Push! Push!" Lewis screamed as she struggled to stand under Kennedy's weight. At the top of her lungs, she roared and pushed herself into a standing position and the arena shook as the fans applauded the feat. Lewis took a few steps, and then flung Kennedy forward, and he landed on his back. Lewis collapsed into a cover. Wayne Miller: Nearly three hundred pounds, and she got it done! 1.........2.........3!!! The bell rang as Lewis' music hit the PA system. The referee helped Lewis to her feet. Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner...PAIGE LEWIS! The referee held Lewis' hand in the air. Kennedy ran her over from behind, getting a massive boo from the crowd. The lights in the arena went off as the PA system came alive again. Artificial fog filled the arena. We Can Be Saved played over the PA system as the lights slowly returned, dimly. After about a minute, a figure is seen walking from the backstage area. They are mostly in the shadows, but as they stepped through a better lit area, it's revealed to be the raggedy woman. The crowd is rustling a bit as she climbs into the ring. By now, the music had faded and Lewis was back on her feet, and she and her mentor stood in front of Kennedy, and then they pounced! Both women began wailing on the Living Legend! Allie Queen: The raggedy woman is back! And she and Lewis are going to town on Kennedy! Wayne Miller: Kennedy's got nobody! His partner, Requiem, is out of action, for who knows how long! The raggedy woman held Kennedy in a Full Nelson while Lewis fired lefts and rights into his midsection. The crowd cheered loudly. Wayne Miller: The two on one assault from our former champion. We're learning what happens when you anger Paige Lew- Carry Me by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds hit the PA system, and the crowd exploded as they turned toward the entrance area. Allie Queen: Oh shit! We knew he was here! But why is he coming back out?! A few seconds later, Lucius Tendonin came running out from backstage, hitting the ring like a freight train as he slid in. By this time, the raggedy woman had released Kennedy and he was slumped in a corner. Tendonin stood between him and the pair of women. For a moment, it looked as if the assault would continue, but the iron stare of the 6'8 and 270lbs husband of the new SCW World Heavyweight Champion seemed to make the women think better of the idea, and they left the ring without further incident. Wayne Miller: Lucius Tendonin, for some reason, coming to the rescue of Brian Kennedy, and I'm sure Kennedy is happy to see someone watching his back. Allie Queen: We've seen a darker side of Paige Lewis tonight, and we know that woman in rags has no issue with getting a job done, by any means. I almost shudder to think what they might have done to him. Lucius moved to the ropes, watching them walk up the ramp. When they were gone, he turned back to Kennedy, who was on his feet now. Lucius looked around the arena, and then back at Kennedy, and held his fist in the air. The fist then became another gesture. The pinky finger and the index finger were straight up, while the ring finger and middle finger were pressed against the tip of the thumb. The crowd popped. Wayne Miller: Oh man, is this what I think it is! This is too sweet! Kennedy held his fist in the air, and then made the same gesture, and the crowd rumbled louder. Kennedy and Tendonin met in the center of the ring, their gestures meeting, and the crowd exploded. Wayne Miller: It's legitimate! The reunion of XPW's last tag team champions! The crowd began chanting. "DEA! DEA! DEA! DEA! DEA!" Allie Queen: Wait, does this mean... Wayne Miller: I'd be surprised if it doesn't! WINNER: PAIGE LEWIS |

Scene opens backstage in Mr. Walker's office. He's on the phone and is leaning back in his chair. Mr. Walker: I can appreciate your concerns, but I assur- Mr. Walker rolled his eyes at being cut off. A moment later, he began speaking again. Mr. Walker: Well sir, polls we've conducted through a third party seem to indicate that the opposite is true. In particular, with the- Again, he was cut off. Allie: I'd love to know who's on the other end of that phone call! Wayne: If you hush, we might find out! The owner of the SCW leaned forward and wrote a few notes. Dropping his pen, Mr. Walker cleared his throat and spoke. Mr. Walker: Sir, I appreciate the phone call. It's been most...illuminating, to say the least. While I disagree with you, overall, please rest assured that I am committed to providing the best content possible. If you have further concerns, please do not hesitate to send them to SCW Headquarters, in Cleveland, Ohio. With that, Mr. Walker hung up the phone and looked at the camera, and smile returning. Mr. Walker: Comes with the territory, I suppose. Oh well. I wanted to take a few minutes to discuss few things. First, I've gotten an official report on Requiem. Whoever attacked him at Survival, they did a number on him, and he will be out of action indefinitely. Wayne: What! Requiem sidelined?! A concerned gasp rippled through the crowd. Mr. Walker: Now, obviously, this means we have a bit of a pickle for the SCW Tag Team Championship. I'm a fair guy, I give people chances. To that end, Brian Kennedy, I'm going to allow you to hold yourself out as SCW Tag Team Champion, but you have until Spring Meltdown to find a partner. If you can't find a partner to replace Requiem by then and he hasn't been cleared for action, I will have no choice but to vacate the championship. But, at Spring Meltdown, the SCW Tag Team Championship WILL be on the line, as will the rest of the gold in SCW, and Kennedy, you'll be more than welcome to find a partner to challenge for the title. Now, let's talk about Spring Meltdown a bit. Tickets go on sale tonight, and we're going to Syracuse. That's right, we're going to the Loud House! April 21st, we'll see Alzy Hawkshaw get a shot at the SCW World Heavyweight Championship! Now, whether that champion is Jessica Tendonin, or Paige Lewis, remains to be seen. Spring Meltdown has become one of this company's premier events over the years. And for good reason. The event often shakes the company. I expect this year will be no different. Now, let me tell you right now, the things I have planned for our fans and superstars, will change this company yet again. In the coming weeks, you'll all learn more. As for now, enjoy the rest of the show. Mr. Walker leaned back in his chair still smiling.as the scene faded to a shot of the arena. |

Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is your main event of the evening, and it is a non-title match! Introducing first, from Houston, Texas, weighing in at three hundred and twenty eight pounds...Priest! Passive by A Perfect Circle hits the PA system. As Priest steps onto the stage, the crowd gives him a mixed reaction. Stopping in the middle of the ramp, Priest glares into the crowd with a sinister smile. As the opening guitar riffs start to kick in, the lights in the arena flicker on and off as flaming pyro's go off. After a couple seconds, Priest twist his neck to crack his spine and heads down the ramp. Once he gets to the ring, he removes his black sunglasses and taunts tossing them into the crowd, but doesn't. He sees a child walks over to him, and acts like he's going to give it to him. But instead of giving them to the child, he drops them to the floor and stomps on them. The monster laughs now as he climbs into the ring. Cassie: And his opponent, hailing from Shaker Heights, Ohio, she weighed in at 191lbs this morning, she is the Paraguayan Sensation, the SCW International Heavyweight Champion and SCW World Heavyweight Champion...please welcome...JESSICA TENDONIN!! Party Monster by The Weeknd began playing through the arena audio system, getting a massive pop from the fans. After a few seconds, Jessica Tendonin walked out onto the stage, the SCW World Heavyweight Championship around her waist, and the SCW International Heavyweight Championship in her right hand. She stood there for a moment, raising both arms above her head, posing for the fans who cheered her. Jessica then began walking down the ramp, slowly lowering her arms. "I'm Good, I'm Good, I'm Great!" Jessica reached the ring and stood for a moment, looking around at the arena. Basking in the cheers, Jessica smiled as she climbed into the ring. She walked to the nearest turnbuckle and climbed it, posing for the crowd, unstrapping the belt at her waist and then raising both into the air.. Allie Queen: We've seen these two have met numerous times in the past, but tonight, it's not over gold. Wayne Miller: Shortly before Survival, Tendonin called Priest out for another match. After securing himself a shot at the SCW Alternative Championship, Priest would accept the challenge. The music faded and Jessica passed her belts out of the ring. Turning to Priest as the bell was sounded, Jessica met him in the center of the ring. Locking up, both began shoving. Priest, larger of the pair, was able to force the dual champion into a corner. Priest grabbed Jessica by the hair, yanking her out of the corner and to the center of the mat. Allie Queen: Priest takes the champion off of her feet! Wayne Miller: Priest currently has pending shot at the Alternative Championship, which these two have done battle over in years past. Both are tied records holders with two reigns. But imagine what it would mean if Priest could topple the world champion here tonight. Jessica got back to her feet and Priest ran her over with a massive clothesline that turned her inside out. The crowd booed as Priest sneered at them. When he turned around, Jessica was on her feet, and she jumped into the air, and nailed a huge Dropkick that took him to the mat. Jessica followed up with a knee drop to Priest's midsection. Priest got to his feet as Jessica mocked him. Allie Queen: And taunting from the champion to throw Priest off his game. Wayne Miller: Priest is the only person to have defeated Jessica Tendonin for a championship here in SCW. Can he do it again, without gold on the line? The pair began trading punches and Priest whipped Jessica into the ropes. Rebounding, Jessica ducked a Short Arm Clothesline, and rebounded off the other side of the ring. Priest counters, picking her up and then dropping her face first onto the turnbuckle. Allie Queen: Snake Eyes! Priest hits the Snake Eyes! Wayne Miller: He's building momentum! Priest ran towards the ropes, rebounding. He met Jessica in the center of the ring with a massive Big Boot, turning her inside out and sending her to the mat. The crowd exploded as Priest dropped into a cover! 1.........2.........KICKOUT!!! Allie Queen: Champion kicks out! Wayne Miller: Finally coming back around, eh? Both superstars got to their feet, and Priest had Jessica set up for the A Bomb. But Jessica countered with a Hurricanranna into a Triangle Choke. Priest began flailing around, trying to break free. Allie Queen: Is he gonna tap out! Jessica hits the Dragon Disaster, but it's not over yet! Wayne Miller: We don't see Priest tap often, but the champion has that hold locked in tight! The fans thundered as Priest tried to fight the submission. But it was too much! Priest began tapping out! The bell rang! Jessica's music blared through the PA system as the ref helped her up and raised her hand. Allie Queen: The champion forces a submission! It's over! Wayne Miller: Priest decided not to risk injury! Cassie: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, the SCW International Heavyweight Champion and SCW World Heavyweight Champion, Jessica Tendonin! Jessica held both belts in the air as the show went off the air. WINNER: JESSICA TENDONIN |
