Overdrive

Live January 22nd from Rogers Arena, Vancouver, British Columbia

RP DEADLINE Tuesday January 15th 11:59pm Central time

Main Event Triple Threat
Brian Kennedy Versus Jesse Owusu Versus Shane Warner

At Apocalypse Brian Kennedy became the man who will face Neela Shizeguma for the SCW World title at the next pay per view, but at Overdrive this week he faces two incredible opponents. Both are no strangers to the SCW fans, one of them appeared at Apocalypse to say that he was wrong to walk away from SCW only to be attacked by the man known as Eclipse, Shane Warner. The other took Neela to her limits and came within inches of being the new world champion, Jesse Owusu. Will Brian Kennedy show that his win at Apocalypse was no fluke and that he deserves this shot at the title, or will Shane or Jesse stop Brian in his tracks and show why they are some of the top stars of SCW?

Tag Team Tournament First Round
Priest/Kronik Versus The Walking Dead

SCW is getting ready to crown some tag team champions, and eight bright tag teams will be showcased. At Overdrive in Vancouver will feature four of these teams. Priest and Kronik made their first team appearance in SCW at Apocalypse against the Tendonin Xchange, and even though they lost in that match, they will have a shot at the tag gold. However they are taking on the new team of Mercy and Omen, known better as the Walking Dead. Will Priest and Kronik take a step closer to being the champions, or will the Walking Dead make a very loud statement and show SCW why they should be feared?

Tag Team Tournament First Round
Tendonin Xchange Versus Eclipse/Avris Mardini/b]

Lucius and Jessica Tendonin were successful at Apocalypse defending the Alternative title, even though the title did change hands….it did so between the husband and wife team. Now the couple has a shot at tag gold, but they face the team of Eclipse, who made his prescence known at Apocalypse, and Avris Mardini, who hasn't been heard from since the days of when SCW closed a few months ago. Will the Tendonin’s be successful and take a step to having more gold in the family, or will Eclipse and Avris throw a kink in all the plans of all the tag teams in in SCW?

Triple Threat Match
Christian Robbins Versus Chris Zero Versus The Punisher

All three of these men had a shot to be the number one contender for SCW gold at Apocalypse, and all three walked away from their respective matches unsuccessful. Now they have a chance to show why they are part of SCW and possibly steal the spotlight from the main event. Will Christian Robbins be able to stop Punisher and Chris Zero, or will Punisher show why his not winning the Alternative title shot was simply an off night? Or will Chris Zero outshine the other two men and make himself known as a threat to the rest of SCW?

Stefanos Los Rios Versus Katelynn Nicole James

Stefanos Los Rios put up a fight at Apocalypse but came out unsuccessful in his shot at maybe getting SCW gold. But at Overdrive he takes on someone who has yet to set foot in a SCW ring, the girl known as Katelynn James. Will Stefanos put up a fight and make people not doubt him, or will Katelynn win her first match in SCW on her way towards the top?

Also at Overdrive, Lynn Brewster will talk about her becoming general manager when Cam Davitt defeated SCW owner Jordan Post, plus Neela Shizeguma will talk about her incredible win over Jesse Owusu and much more.

RP Deadline January 15th at 1159pm central time.

Segments always welcome for the show

A victory at Apocalypse ensured my chance at the SCW World Title, now I have to face two people that I know will take me to the limits and make me show the world that I am the same Brian Kennedy that everyone knew several years ago. When the Empire was on top. When we all where dominating this sport. Now,

He grows silent, in the back ground you hear a clock chiming the hour. From the count you can tell it is 3am in the morning. Brian is wearing an Empire t-shirt, soaked in sweat from where he is working out. The gym where he is gearing up for his up coming match is completely empty.

Now is the chance I have waiting for. I am facing two men who is well known by today’s standards. Shane Warner is a person that I remember from before I left. He was an up coming wrestler thirsty for the fame that comes with being a top athlete. From what I can see now, he is a person who thinks he is much more important than he really is. A man who thinks the fans fill those stands to see him. He is mistaken. I think he is smoking something when he is off camera, outside of the ring and has him delusional.

He wipes his face with an hand towel, then he takes a drink from his water bottle. He looks into the camera with his usual smirk.

Shane, I was so glad to be sitting in the back watching you get attacked with your pathetic excuse for an apology. Dude, you’re a joke in the long run. You ran after you got beaten, you thought you would take your ball and go home. What are you going to do when I defeat you? Are you going to run like some flea bitten dog? Honestly, do you think you can wrestle? I won’t lie, I know you have some skill, and fighting you and Jesse will be a challenge. Mainly cause you both will be trying to take me out because you both know I am a Legend. But, in the end of the day, you know you can’t beat me. You know that you can’t even lace up my boots. The real challenge here is Jesse. You are not a threat, only a stepping stone to my world title match.

He opens his water and dumps a bit on his head. He takes another drink and he gets up and walks over to a heavy bag. He takes a few swings knocking the bag around some before he looks back to the camera.

Jesse, I have to say something here. I loved how you almost won. How you took Neela to the limits and almost took home the Gold. But, here in this business, almost isn’t enough. You have to win every night, and when you lose, you need to come back to the locker room and figure out how you can win the next one. Train harder, learn new tactics, and make new friends who can show you what you done wrong. Show you what you can do different the next match.

He smirks, looking deep in the camera. He takes off his t-shirt, he wipes his face and his chest off.

How many friends do you have Jesse? Do you need some? Do you feel alone in this company? You know, I am the one person who can honestly say I build legacy’s and turn people in to icons. I know that is one of your desires in your life. But, you have fallen short of becoming a legend. You have the heart of a legend, I can see it in you. You could become someone who will be remember in this business. But, you have one flaw, and I will point that out to you right now. You like to underestimate your challenge in front of you. That is the main reason you lost to Neela, I was watching from the back stage, waiting to see who I would face for MY world title.

You need to stay focused on the match, win then do all the posing for the cameras in the arena. You need to maintain your dominance of your challenger. Do you understand? I am only telling you these pointers for one reason. I don’t want no excuse for you when I beat the shit out of you son. I don’t want you to be able to say anything about my win. I know what I can do in the ring. You are sub par. You are not on my level, you have no real chance to beat me. Your best beat is to use the help you have coming in to this match and double team me. Even then you will be looking up at the lights. Like I said before, you have skills, your still a rookie. You will be great one day, with the right training, and the right guidance. I know you will be someone that will make heads turn when your entrance music comes on.

He takes a few more swings at the heavy bag, dust flies in the air as he hits it much harder than he done before. After a few more he looks back at the camera.

Well, until next time I got to go for now. I will address this more with in the next week. I haven’t heard nothing from either of you. But, I know this will shake up things now. I am looking forward to hear from the two of you.

The camera fades to an Empire logo.

(The scene opens up to two men standing in the middle dense snow covered forest. The trees are dead and there's not a sign of life around them. One of the men who wears a black mask and tape over his mouth stands taller than the other, who wears a leather jacket and has colored hair. Their breath evaporates into the air as rolling puffs. The smaller man stands with his arms out, giggling.)

Omen
- Welcome to the End of Days! We are not travelers from distant planets, nor are we terrorists from the Middle East. We are mean. We are a travesty to mankind and society. We embrace it and we like it. We are mean and angry, SCUM if you may. We have little to say because our actions speak louder. We hit hard and we like to inflict as much pain as possible. We are...Well...Cold! Cold Hearted mostly.

(Omen spins around, arms open, laughing. He smiles and runs his hands through his hair as he speaks)

This cold death that is around us is significant. It signifies who we are. When you stare at us from across the ring, the look and fear of death will be the only entity staring back. We do not need your blood to stay alive, we only need our hunger. Our hunger? Violence and Championships. So what better way to feed ourselves than to come to SCW? Join this Tournament and proclaim ourselves as we engorge on our victim's utter demise as they chase after our titles?!

Sick, indeed, but it is inevitable. Mercy here doesnt talk much, but he'll agree with me when i say that We are here to become champions. We are here to destroy any faith man has. Priest and Kronik are unlucky as ever. They will be staring into the face of death and demise as we throw them into the fields of despair. Our exclamation of war will start with these men. Nothing personal again them, it's just what we Do. No need to repeat it, but the SCW will be infested with THE WALKING DEAD!

(Omen laughs as he stares into the camera. Mercy glares into the camera.)

You mortal souls will have no Mercy, for he stands beside me! Kronik and Priest, welcome to the End of Days.

Scene 1: Rich Girl

Part 1: Prologue.

For this story to be accurate, it requires that the reader be taken back to January 2nd, 2013. It would be a tragic day in Iceland, as a few moments from now, Katelynn who was seventeen at the time, would receive the most shocking, fateful call of her life. Let's listen in, as Katelynn rushes downstairs. She was wearing a miniskirt, with heels, as well as a suit coat and white shirt, as she always preferred to dress nicely, no matter what, but she also had on a pair of black glasses, that she rarely wore. But this call would prove to be life changing. As the phone rings, Kaitlynn rushes down and picks it up.

Part 2: Double Death

As she picks up the phone, she receives some very shocking news. As she listens in, a sad look crosses her face, as she starts to break down. This would be the last time the sweetheart Katelynn would ever be heard from again. As this particular call would change her attitude for the worst.

Caller: Katelynn James?

Katelynn: This is she.

Caller: Katelynn, this is the Reykavik Police Department. Earlier today, both your parents were found dead, as result of a murder. Their bodies were found 2 feet away from the scene of the crime, washed up on the beach not too far from your home. I'm sorry for your loss. We are sending over someone to console you.

As Katelynn hangs up, someone then shows up to try and console but to no avail as Kaitlynn would push them to the ground, not wanting to talk with anyone as she was emotionally rocked at this point in time. Obviously, she was in shock and not wanting to believe her parents were dead, much less murdered. As her attitude begins to change, she lashes out and just snaps.

Katelynn: NO! My parents are not dead! I don't need you to make me feel better! They aren't dead! I don't believe you for a second and I don't believe the damned police officers! Just leave me alone!

As Katelynn storms up the stairs, locking her room door behind her, she sets up a contraption that would be designed to end her life. She was clearly devastated and delusional. As she begins to attempt to hang herself, the person sent to make her feel better, along with Kaitlynn's sister, Kassie, rush to her to try and help her. At that time, she speaks, possibly for the last time.

Katelynn: Kassie, don't try stopping me. I don't want to be here anymore. Mom and dad want me up there with them. I'm going to kill myself now.

Kassie then looks on in shock, as she calls for help, from the police nearby. At that time, she rushes in with police, who break up the attempt. Katelynn's life was spared for now. But Kassie then spoke, right to Kateynn, as she was being released from the noose. As Kassie spoke, she started to show concern for her twin sister.

Kassie: Katelynn, whether you want to believe it or not, there is someone who still cares about you. Someone who wants you to live. And that someone is me. I can't let you commit suicide because you're honestly my only friend. I don't want to lose you. You're the only one that understands me, as to be honest, you are me and without you, I'd wind up dying too, spirtually. You aren't just my sister but also my best friend. And I can't let you die like this. You have so much to do in life and this isn't the way to end it. Now come down and let's go shopping. After all, mom left us all their money, as it says in the will. Take a look.

Katelynn then removes her glasses, and puts on her reading glasses, as she takes a look at the will and sure enough, Kassie was right! The will did say that they were to split the money, so now, the girls were rich! As Katelynn replaces the reading glasses with her regular ones, she speaks, smirking a bit as she did.

Katelynn: Now, Kassie, look here. You have your share and I have mine. I am not loaning you a penny. You want something, you earn it. With mom and dad gone, I'm in charge in this house since I am thirty seconds older. So you do what I say. Got me?

Kassie then frowns a bit as she was not one to be told what to do. But her sister was right. She would run the house since their parents were no longer around to help. But she had another idea about this and wanted to throw it at her.

Kassie: Why not help each other out? We've been a team since we were little. Why seperate it now? We are a heck of a team and I think that if we keep it together and run the place together, we will have a heck of a household. But our problem is that we both need boyfriends to help us run the place. Yet we're both single and no offense, but your attitude doesn't exactly do you favors for that but with your looks and brains, you're soon to get someone for sure. As for me, I have a boyfriend, but he's out of town right now. I'll talk to him when he gets back.

Katelynn smiles at this idea. Her sister always had the brains and the good ideas which was why she respected her. As Katelyn speaks, she smiles at her sister, knowing that she was right. Kassie always had the plans around here and it would take both of them to carry them out.

Katelynn: You're right, Kass. We need to work together when it comes to running the house. But right now, I have to do a promo for Starstruck Championship Wrestling. Time to let them know that I have arrived. See ya soon.

As she hugs her sister and heads into the other room, she smiles back at her, as the scene fades off. Katelynn was now in business mode and it was time to focus on what she had to do to get her name out there.

Scene 2: The Debut Promo

As the scene returns to present day, Katelynn is seen on the deck of her and her sister, Kassie's home, which was given to them via their parents' will, at their funeral, just yesterday. Katelynn is overlooking a bright sunny day and wearing her wrestling gear, which is a pair of pink short tights with tribal designs on the sides as well as heeled boots and a pink and sequinned workout bra. She then clears her throat and speaks.

Katelynn: Many things have been said in the past about money. It has been said that it makes the world go round and that it is the root of evil. But you see, while I may be the wealthiest woman under twenty, as I'm only 19, that is not the reason I have come to SCW. It is not for the wealth or the power that the titles hold. It is to prove that I am the best at what I do, and it starts with you, Rios.

Katelynn then smiles as she looks down at the city below her. Cars were hustling and bustling about and kids were playing in the streets. The trees were growing as normal and the skies were cloudless and the sun was shining. It really was a perfect Iceland day. As she speaks again, she smirks a bit.

Katelynn: Stefanos, I'm not going to sit here and make fun of you like your opponents last show did. Instead, I am going to tell you how it is without insulting you. And how it is is simple. You can talk all you want about beating me. But you have no idea of my training by way of the legendary Angelle Laree. A woman who has been everywhere and done it all. And now, I follow in her footsteps. But that is for another time. You see, Stefanos, you expect me to try and buy a win with my money. But the thing is, I'm not like that. I've been given great wealth. But I do not intend to let it go to my head. So you can take your preconcieved notions of me paying off the referee, because I know you're going to go there, and toss them aside.

Katelynn then smirks a bit again as she walks about on the wooden deck. As she looks down again, she gets a bit wary, as she was scared of heights. But it would take a while for it to set in. As she speaks, she gets even more cocky than she was.

Katelynn: Stefanos, one thing Simone said last show is that you like to overuse your speed. While I'm not a match in speed, I'm still a technical goddess and the best technical wrestler in this company right now. And as for calling me beautiful and lovely and all of that, thanks but tell me something I don't know. But what I do know is this. Once we step into that ring at Overdrive, just like I'm looking down on my hometown, I will also be looking down on you as well. See, I aim to give everyone I face a makeover. Because let's face it. The ugly needs to be exfoliated from this company, starting with you, Rios. And I won't stop until that goal is achieved. And in case your wondering who I am, my name is Kaitlynn Nicole James, and this promo is over.

Katelynn then leans down to see a stereo, which happened to have her theme music playing on the classical setting of the radio. As it comes on, she curtseys, very arrogantly, as the scene fades, with the cameras capturing her scowl.

Scene 1: 2013 Means Changes

Paris, France is the scene. It is a lovely Thursday morning, at about seven PM. Angelle is seen, wearing a pair of jeans, as well as a shimmery pink top. She didn't have shoes on and her red hair was back in a ponytail. But this would be the last time Angelle would be seen with red hair as in her hand, was a bottle of hair dye. Brown hair dye, to be specific. As she finishes, Simone walks in, and stops, in shock at the change.

Simone: Wow, mom! You look great! But why the change? I thought you loved your red hair? It made you different and honestly, I kept my red hair in your honor. But its your hair and if you want it brown, that's your decision and I respect it.

Angelle smiles at this, as she wonders what to say. As she looks in a mirror and smiles, she realizes that her daughter was right! She looked stunning with the new brown hair! As she finally speaks, she puts her arm around Simone, showing the love and respect she had for her daughter, since the truce, late last year.

Angelle Laree: Well, Melanie was my inspiration. She looks amazing with her new brown hair and inspired me to do it too, and I realized that maybe brown hair would give me a way to stand out, as most of 450's women are blondes, and as champion, I wanted to stand out as much as I could.

Listening to the reason, Simone smirked a little. She agreed with a lot of what Angelle had to say. She loved how her mom was more respectful towards her since that truce. Perhaps 2013 would be the year that the family got closer together, which is what Simone hoped for and was more than likely to receive.

Simone: Like I said, the choice is yours and no one elses. Mom, I love the respect you've shown Daniele and I after the truce and after you came out a few weeks ago. But why did it take so long?

As the scene fades, Angelle begins to think things over, as she goes down to her music studio, to get ready to do her promo. After she is in her wrestling gear, the scene finally fades off.

….TBC in the next CD.

Scene 2: Shootin' After Midnight (Livin' After Midnight Parody)

And now, let's take back you to Paris, France, home of our Midnight Angel. She is seated, in her basement music studio, playing her pink electric guitar. The cameras catch her outfit, which is a mesh top with a black bra that can be seen through the mesh top as well as a short miniskirt and belt, with chain attached. The skirt is black and she has kneepads on as well as heeled boots. As she is seated on her metallic chair, she begins to speak, lightly strumming her guitar as she does. As she flips her newly dyed brown hair back, she speaks.

Angelle Laree: Hey there Angels! So my opponent this week is a guy I can relate to. You see, the reason I can relate is that like him, my daughter is homosexual and even though I don't know first hand what it's like to be there, I know someone who does, that being my daughter, Simone. Anyway, a lot like her, Ricardo, you aren't shy about showing it, which is worth some respect in my book. And this coming from someone who is respected worldwide for her own accomplishments in the many areas she has been to. But see, Ricardo, all of that aside, you need to realize one thing.

Angelle then continues strumming on her guitar as she thinks of what to say next, she strums a pop style tune, as she was great with her musical talents, as she played piano, guitar and flute, and also was a great vocalist. As she begins to sing a little bit, she speaks.

Angelle Laree: What you need to realize, and I'm not going to sugarcoat this is that you're out of my league. While I've been winning titles everywhere I have gone, all around the world, you've been nothing but a failure. People have done nothing but laugh at you for how you act. If you really want to be taken seriously, then maybe you should actually stop acting like a fruit and actually act like a straight person. But that's just impossible for you, isn't it. But I am banking on you not even wanting to touch me, simply because I am a woman and you fear women. Especially women like me who are obviously multitalented.

As she puts her guitar down and walks up and down her studio, she sees a picture of her and her girlfriend, Melanie, who she had known since high school. And seeing this, made her wonder if perhaps it was time for her to come out, as well.

Angelle Laree: See, Ricardo, I am like you. To illustrate what I mean, camera, get a shot of this picture. This is my girlfriend, Melanie. I've known her since high school and we were even in a band together. But recently, I came out to my daughter, and now I will to the world. So be it if I lose fans. I'm a lesbian. But see, it was my daughter who showed me the light, as well as Melanie. Lesbians and gays aren't bad people and deserve to be treated as equals. This is why, Ricardo, I am showing you the respect you deserve. But once we are in that ring, that match belongs to me. With all my Angels behind me, I have this one in my hands for the taking. But the big question is, will you be the one to stop my win streak? Since becoming the 450 Great Lakes champion, I have yet to be defeated and what you need to ask your self is this. “Do I have what it takes to beat a champion?” Now, I'm not going to be a jerk and answer it for you. Instead, I'm going to let you find out for yourself, come Adrenaline Rush. I will leave you by wishing you all the luck in the world. Now, camera, hit the bricks.

As the scene fades off, Angelle is seen, strumming on her guitar, starting to sing herself to sleep, as it was ten thrity pm, the scene slowly fades to black, with Angelle removing her clothes and getting ready for bed. Moments later, she is in bed, asleep.

[Off camera/ CD]

Brian is sitting alone at his dining room table eating roasted duck, a baked potatoes, and steamed corn. He takes a drink of his red wine. About that time Scotty walks in and looks at Brian.

Scotty: “You started without me? I know I am a few minutes late, but I never thought you would start the feast without me.”

Brian: “Dude, your almost a half hour late.”

Scotty: “Where is Jay at?”

Brian: “He said he couldn’t make it cause he has to go somewhere with Lance.”

Scotty: “Well, I wanna know what your thoughts are about the silence from Shane and Jesse”

Brian: “If I know Shane, he will pop in with his thoughts at the last second. That is the type of guy he is. He always thinks that him giving the silent treatment will some how make me have some fear of him. I already know that he can not hang with me in or outside the ring.”

Scotty: “Well cousin, what about that Jesse dude, what do you honestly think about him?”

Brian: “Now that is someone that I think would be a great addition to the crew, but I have yet tried to reach out to him and to see where his head is.”

Scotty: “And if he denies your request to join us?”

Brian: “Then he will fall like anyone else who steps up to us. Because there is one thing right now that I will not tolerate is someone standing in my way of what I want. I want more than just to hold the World Title in SCW, but I want to own it like we owned every other company we have set foot in.”

Scotty: “When do you think you will try and talk to him?”

Brian: “Don’t worry, it will be before our next match, and you will be able to tell by the way things pans out what was said.”

Scotty: “It would be nice if he joined. But if not he can end up with the rest of those losers who tries to stand against us.”

Brian and Scotty laugh as Brian makes his cousin a plate of food. While Brian is making his plate, Scotty pours him self some of the wine. As he sits down he is handed the plate of food and Brian looks at Scotty.

Brian: “I have been wondering for a while now, what would have happened if I would not have gone to prison? I am talking more than just with UCW, PWO and my career. I am talking about with everything else. I mean damn bro, your wife doesn’t even like me.”

Scotty: “Look, you’re my blood, we share DNA and nothing will ever change that. You think that I care what she thinks? She is my wife and yes we have a beautiful daughter. But look at the bigger picture. I am doing what I love with my own family.”

Brian: “True, and like you have said since we were kids growing up. We will fight, but in the end, we are a family who always seems to over come all challenges. But, you don’t seem to get what I am worried about right now. What I been thinking about. And most of all what I am trying to do with my life.”

Scotty: “You have nothing to worry about, when it comes to the wrestling side of it. You have The Empire, friends who have stood by your side when you where in Prison, while you were struggling before you went to prison and now that your out. We all will stay at your side. When it comes to what is going on outside of the ring, you have your family and you know damn well that Jay will be there for you and so won’t Lance.”

Brian: “Yeah I know, I just don’t want to go down the road I went that landed me in Prison again.”

Scotty: “What landed you in prison was you defending your family, for defending your honor and if you would not have hidden all that shit from me, when I was carried off by the EMT’s from that show in UCW. Dude, come on, you tried to deal with a lot of stuff on your own and you shouldn’t have. What were you thinking?”

Brian: “Hey, like we always have said, I am a man before anything. I am, what I am and what I am not, I will never be.”

Scotty nods his head with that remark. Scotty knows what Brian is thinking, he knows that Brian isn’t entirely sure that the people that he defended his family from may not be done. Brian also knows that Scotty can read him like a book. Scotty thinks to himself that he needs to keep a close eye on his younger cousin.

Brian: “I know what your thinking, and I will never do it again.”

Scotty: “You sure? Because your looking and acting just like that same old Brian.”

Brian nods his head, and he holds out his hand. The cousins shakes hands and then Brian finishes off his meal with a weight lifted off his shoulders. Brian stands up and looks at his cousin.

Brian: “Well, I need to get out to the garage cause I have the camera crew coming so I can speak my mind to my two silent challengers”

Scotty: “Go ahead, I am going to finish eating and come out when I am finished, I want to see your new car anyways.”

Brian laughs and walks out of the dining room.

[On camera/shoot]

You know, I was seriously hoping that I would have at least heard from you Jesse, after all, before I returned to wrestling. Well to SCW anyways, you talked a big game. Selling woof tickets is what we called it in Prison.

The scene opens with Brian leaning on the side of a 1997 Nissan Skyline. It looks stellar and you can already tell that is Brian’s favorite car among all the cars in that garage.

You like to make people rethink them selves it causes doubt and frear, while I do respect your tactic, I still think you will be one person who would be better off with some new friends. I don’t like Shane, nor do I respect anyone who “takes their ball and goes home” like he done. I know one thing is for sure. Clyde Wilson would have never allowed that. And before you go off talking about that is someone you don’t know. Right now, that doesn’t matter. I am not talking about him. I am talking about what I am going to offer you. I am offering you a spot among The Empire, and I think it would be in your best interest to your health to accept. Because people who go against us, end up in the ER with the rest of the losers in the back.

Brian stands up and takes a towel out of his back pocket and wipes down the roof, the shine from the car almost makes it possible to see Brian’s face from the angle the camera is.

Jesse, you have been awful quite these past two weeks. I know you have been thinking what you could say to The Living Legend to throw me off in our up-coming match. Well you can’t think I haven’t been down this road before. Your not the first match I have been in that is a three way. I want you to know, if and it’s a huge if. If you won, your spot among The Empire would still be there. I am not asking you to throw the match if you join us. I want to see what you have. I want to see if you can push me and see if I am making a good choice, because The Empire are all winners. Most of us are Legends in this business and we only expect the top notch to be with us. I will address Shane now, let you think about this for a while.

Now, Shane, you washed up, joke of a wrestler. I been waiting for you to come out with something. Anything, and well son, you let me down. Here it is a mere few days till we stand in the ring. Fighting and trying to show what mark we are going to leave in this company. At this point you have shown nothing. Your name means nothing to me or to anyone in the back. You think just because you have done some things in the past that your still an ICON. Well, I hate to burst your bubble, your nothing. I am at this point thinking that you are even too scared to show up and face off with me in the ring.

Brian blows a bit of dust from the roof where he is shining at. He moves down the door as he continues speaking.

But, I wouldn’t show up if I knew I was going to lose.

He pauses, smirking to himself

Actually, I am lying, I would show up and give it my all. But Shane, I know you don’t want to be embarrassed and thinking that you will be able to break me or take my right to be a Legend. I am not that guy. I am not going to let someone like you make your name off me. I have fought for my name, I have shown what The Kennedy’s are. We are a pure breed, people hate out of envy. Wishing that they owned an ounce of our ability. We are a higher DNA, made for this purpose. Fighting and showing what will happen when you come across the family who are more deadly than a viper. More feared than any other breed can be.

Just remember one thing Shane, there is no respect here, I don’t like you and I will not be afraid to hurt you. Break you and end your career. I will hurt you to prove a point Shane! I am Brian Kennedy! I am the next SCW World Champion!

He looks into the camera. Smirking his trademark smirk.

Jesse, I hope to hear from you real soon. Shane, don't take it all person, my hate for you. In this case, it's more than just good business. At this point, it is hostile take over.

If you've been in the wrestling buisness for any length of time, at one point or another you get caught with "the thirst."

Now I'm not talking about when you're thirsty you need something to drink. Oh no. It runs deeper than that.

It's like a vampire who needs blood when they get weak.
Like a crack addict who needs that last fix just to put them to sleep.

Even an athlete who needs pain killers just to start his day.

You know, "the thirst."

In my twenty plus years in this buisness, I've won titles in every promotion I've ever signed with. But lately, it's become irrelavent. I say this because even if you have a title, you can stil be the worst wrestler on the planet. So having a title doesn't really mean anything these days.

The only thing that matters is respect. Respect from the fans and respect from your peers. In the last few years, I think the respect aspect of this business has been replaced with how many wins you have or how many titles you've won. Back in my day you had to earn everything you got. Trust me, the superstars of today have no idea what real respect is.

I may be a run of the mill has been, but at least I didn't kiss anybody's ass to get to where I am today. My accomplishments run deep and now that we're in a new year, it's time to make some changes. It's been a long time since I've held gold, and now that my brother Kronik has signed with the SCW, it's time to show the world what old school is all about.

It starts with a team who calls themselves the Walking Dead. The only thing I can say about those two is if they think they know the darkness, they ain't seen nothing yet.

SCW House Show...

The scene opens in the locker room area where someone appears to be getting ready for a match. As the scene pans around, it shows that a man is taping up his wrists. Carefully wrapping the tape around his hands, the man switches to the other hand and repeats the process. After a brief moment, he looks at the job and seems satisfied. Standing up, the man starts to shadow box to get warmed up. Hitting the air with jabs and right hands, the man suddenly turns around and reveals himself as Kronik. SCW's newest acquisition. Looking in the mirror, Kronik gets a serious looks in his eyes as he gets himself mentally prepared.

Kronik: Are you talking to me, boy?

Looking at himself in the mirror, Kronik starts to get more and more worked up until he spins around and hits a nearby locker with a straight right hand putting a dent in it. Just as he does, a stage hand walks in unannounced.

Stage Hand: Kronik, you're up next.

Looking at the damaged locker, the stage hand instantly steps back as Kronik begins his walk to the guerilla position. Grabbing a bottled water from a nearby table, Kronik pours it over his bald head as he reaches the curtain. Loosening up, one of the camera guys signals Kronik to get ready. Getting his game face on, Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck blares through the pa system as the crowd in the arena gives a mixed reaction. Cracking his neck, Kronik steps through the curtain as the crowd cheers him accordingly. Even though Kronik is a heel, the crowd in the arena knows he is Priest's brother a well established professional wrestler.

Not letting the madness of the crowd get to him, Kronik focuses on the task at hand as his opponent is already in the ring. As Kronik gets halfway up the ramp, the ring announcer makes his introduction.

Anne Carpenter: From Victoria, Texas, weighing in at 328lbs.... Kronik!

The crowd is electric as Kronik makes his way to the ring. Stopping at the entrance way, Kronik savors the crowd's energy before he steps over the top rope. Staring a hole into his opponent, Kronik smirks as he waits for the opening bell.

Wayne Miller: I don't know too much about Kronik other than the fact that he is Priest's younger brother.

Allie Queen: Well I know that although he is still a rookie in this business, he did win two world championships from the last promotion he was at. But don't let the word rookie mislead you. Kronik is just as talented as his big brother Priest.

Wayne Miller: Well we're going to see what he's made out of in just a few moments.

As the referee rings the bell, Kronik's opponent tries to tackle him, but Kronik side steps him and takes him down with a drop toehold. Slapping him in the back of his head, Kronik picks him up and whips him to the ropes. As he comes back, Kronik hits him with a devastating boot almost breaking him in half.

Allie Queen: Ouch! I felt that one and I'm a girl.

Not wasting any time, Kronik picks him up again and delivers a running power slam. As he completes the move, Kronik quickly bounces off the ropes and drop a leg over his opponents throat.

Wayne Miller: Now that was impressive. This guy has power and speed.

Going quickly into the cover, Kronik hooks the leg.

Allie Queen: Kronik just stopped the count. What's up with that?

Wayne Miller: It's called making an impact.

Not satisfied, Kronik stops the count as the referee talks with him. Bad mouthing the referee, Kronik allows his opponent to get to his feet. Measuring him, Kronik grabs his neck as he turns around. Picking him up with ease, Kronik drops him back down with a huge chokeslam. With his opponent down and out, Kronik signals that the match is over as the crowd responds. Grabbing his opponent by the neck, Kronik positions him in a powerbomb position. Lifting him up, Kronik thrusts him as high as he can in the air before he slams him down to the canvas.

Allie Queen: I think it's over now.

Looking down at his carnage, Kronik smiles as he goes for the cover.

2.....

3!

The bell rings as Kronik's music hits the pa system. Asking for a mic, Kronik looks in the sea of madness in the arena before he speaks.

Kronik: Cut the music! The only reason why I'm here tonight was to get a little warm up before my official debut at Overdrive. On that night I will team up with a man who is well known in this business. I was sitting at home one night, and all of a sudden I get a call from my brother Priest. He was telling me that this business needs to be reestablished and he didn't know anyone better than me.

As the crowd begins to give Kronik the appropriate reaction, he leans across the ropes as he continues.

Kronik: You see, I retired from this business a few years back because like my brother, I was sick as to what this business has become. I became a wrestler because like my brother it was something I was good at and had a passion for. Nowadays too many guys are just concerned with how many wins or how many titles they've won. No one cares about the respect anymore. That's why I'm here. I'm here to prove that there is "wrestling" still out there. At Overdriver The Walking Dead faces the tandem of Priest and Kronik. By the end of the night, we will be one step closer to being the next SCW World Tag Team Champions.

Tossing the mic, Kronik makes his way back up the ramp as Snap Your Fingers Snap Your Necks blares over the pa system. The scene ends as Kronik makes his way through the curtain.

After Apocalypse…

After the match, the winning team had stayed in the ring for a few minutes, soaking up the victory. As Priest and his brother Kronik were left laid out in the ring and outside it, Lucius and Jessica Tendonin, the husband and wife team, headed up the ramp. Jessica had pinned the opposite team, thus winning the match. There had only been one title change in the SCW before then, and it had been the North American Championship, when Lucius defeated Jesse Owusu for it back at Beach Bash.

As they stepped behind the curtain, Lucius turned Jessica around and kissed the top of her head. She looked up at him and smiled when he spoke.
“You did well out there tonight, Jessica,” Lucius said, looking at his lovely wife’s face.
“I wish I could have given Priest the Imprint,” Jessica replied, looking almost ashamed. Lucius shook his head.

“You did fine, love,” Lucius said, pushing Jessica’s hair over her shoulder and behind her ear. He then gestured to the belt she was holding, the SCW Alternative Championship. “This right here is proof of that, Jessica. Not only are you undefeated here in SCW, now you’re the first person to win the Alternative Championship.” Jessica brightened up a bit and her smile widened. Kissing her forehead again, Lucius led his wife to their locker room where they talked while watching the rest of the pay per view and remained, until the SCW Championship match.

Tendonin Manner

Outside, the air was chilly and the sky was cloudy and darkening. There were a few inches of snow on the ground, but it would likely melt in the next day or so. As people drove around, heading home, to the store, or to Christmas parties, the evening drew on slowly. There was one such party that hadn’t really started yet, but the two people there were having quite a splendid time.

In the foyer of the Tendonin Manner, Jessica was atop a twenty foot ladder, hanging mistletoe. She’d been to a hairdresser earlier that morning, leaving with her hair curled deliciously. Lucius had literally thrown himself on the floor proclaiming his love of her new hairstyle. Jessica didn’t often do much with her hair, so it was quite a shocker whenever she did do something.

The Paraguayan wore a long dress of red that had black trim and a black belt at the waist. Covering her chest quite modestly, the rear of the dress allowed a decent bit of her back to be seen. The dress was tight enough that it showed off her curves admirably, but not so tight that it was trashy and uncomfortable to move around in.

Jessica was barefooted on the top of the ladder, as wearing heels would have been ridiculous while scaling. Lucius was walking by and took a moment to pick with her. He stood next to the ladder and boldly looked up.
“You know, babe, if you are going to be up there like that, you should probably wear some panties,” LT said, crossing his arms over his chest and smiling up at her.

Jessica looked down at him, frowning a bit.
“Lucius, I AM wearing panties,” She said, not yet realizing he was picking with her. “What are you talking about, husband?” She asked, one hand still on the hook where she was hanging the mistletoe.
“Ah, indeed you are, my love. Perhaps it’s just that I’ve seen you without them so many times, I just don’t take note of the clothing anymore, my dear,” Lucius responded, his grin widening. Jessica rolled her eyes, realizing Lucius was picking with her.

“Keep that up and it’ll be quite a while before the next time, Lucius,” Jessica said looking back up, hanging the mistletoe correctly, finally. As she began climbing down, Lucius held the ladder for her to reduce the wobble. Reaching the floor, Jessica looked up at her husband of nine years. “Te quiero, mi marido.” Jessica said, speaking Spanish. Lucius put an arm around her waist and pulled her toward him.

“Y Te amo, mi esposa,” he replied in the same tongue. The two of them spoke several languages, Spanish, English, French, and a small portion of Italian for Lucius. Often, when one of them spoke one language, the other would reply in another. Jessica’s Spanish was essentially perfect, but, as Lucius knew, the Paraguayan sometimes struggled with her heritage. The only times she spoke Spanish was with him, her family, and in times where English was impossible, which wasn’t very often.

“You’ve very pretty eyes, Jessica,” Lucius said, looking into her bright brown eyes. He kissed her forehead lightly. Framing her face in his hands, he went on. “And such a beautiful face.” He kissed her again, this time on the lips.
“Stop it, Lucius. Ashley is-” Jessica began, but Lucius quieted her with a finger over her lips.
“Jessica, you and your sister could be twins. How can one of you be better looking than the other? The only differences in your appearances are hair color, eye color, and height.” Lucius replied.

Lucius was gentle with her, as it was quite touchy for her. In addition to her racial background issues, Jessica had also often had personal image issues as a child and teen, and even in adulthood, they plagued her sometimes. As nice looking as most people considered her, Jessica sometimes still saw the flat chested, very thin, short frame of the 11 year old girl she had once been. She didn’t always see the beautiful woman she had grown into over the years.

It was true, as a child, Jessica, and her older sister Ashley, were quite average looking. Ashley was a year older, but the two of them could have been twins. When Ashley began filling out, Jessica did as well. Though a year separated them, they were physically twins, in most respects. Whereas Jessica had dark to medium brown hair, Ashley had lighter brown hair, naturally, though she dyed it darker like Jessica’s.

Where Jessica had light brown eyes, Ashley had very blue eyes, inherited from their father. The final difference in their looks, however, was their height. Where Jessica was just over six feet and two inches, Ashley was about three inches shorter. Those differences aside, one would not be able to tell the difference between the two women.

Jessica didn’t take compliments very well, but she was respectful when getting them. Lucius kissed her again and then the tender moment passed.
“Did you finish in the party room?” Jessica asked, looking around the foyer, being sure she was done.
“Yup. The tree is all set. Just have to bring the gifts in.” Lucius replied, touching Jessica’s earing, wiggling them, continuing to pick with her.

“Well, go do it!” Jessica laughed. She did enjoy Lucius’ teasing quite a bit. He was never rude about it, and it was always just gentle humor. She was about to ask him to take care of the ladder, but he’d already begun folding it. Everything was set, she was sure. The food would be done in just half an hour, if she was a good judge of time and smells.

After the Party

It was two in the morning, a few minutes after. Everyone had left two hours previously, the party having wound down. Having the families over was huge, and the twenty plus people had had a great time. The turkey Jessica had cooked, two kinds (baked and fried), was a huge hit. Lucius had helped with the cooking, as it was a big affair. Jessica handled the majority of it, though, while he decorated the house mostly on his own.

When the guests began arriving, they were enthralled at the decorations Lucius and his wife had put up. The high ceilings meant people kept unexpectedly standing under mistletoe, and Jessica noted that when the females showed up, they took notice of the hangings MUCH faster than the men did. First they all spent about twenty minutes standing around laughing while Jessica prepared the dining room, setting places for everyone.

Then, they had dinner, an affair that lasted about two hours, what with all the talking and catching up. A movie had been planned as well, a classic. Miracle on 34th Street. After the film, they opened gifts. The pile was huge and had multiplied to about five or six times its initial size, as everyone had brought gifts for each other. After about an hour of that and talking, it was time to begin calling taxis.

Jessica absolutely refused to let anyone she’d seen drinking anything harder than lemonade drive home. As a result, there were six extra cars in the Tendonin garage, which Lucius had parked. Some people were able to get rides from the other guests, like Jessica’s little brother riding home with their parents, since he still lived there anyway. Lucius was going to hire drivers in the morning to deliver everyone’s car. Since most of them were in the same line of work anyway, there wasn’t any riffraff about having to work in the morning and needing their car.

After Jessica had showered, she dressed in the fancy, and quite sexy, Christmas themed chemise she had recently bought. In public, she very rarely showed much skin, but at home with Lucius, she almost practically walked around nude at night. Tonight, he’d had to work for that result, though. As she left the bathroom of their shared bedroom, Lucius had his back to her, lighting candles.

Jessica turned and picked up the remote to the sound system. Clicking play, she smiled as Sex Therapy began to play. Robin Thicke’s voice sent a shiver down her spine when she heard it. Lucius turned around and their eyes met. He smiled and then they crossed the room, meeting and joining. First, they kissed, then Lucius was pushed back onto the bed, where Jessica climbed on top of him.

For several hours, the two made love to both love songs and Christmas songs. At dawn, they were lying in bed, exhausted. Jessica had her head on Lucius’s strong chest, and he had an arm around her. Both had their eyes closed, but neither was asleep.
“Jessica?” Lucius said in the darkness, breaking the silence that the music and other sounds had left.

“Yes?” she replied, her eyes opening. The darkness was punctured by one candle that had been left burning.
“I got you a gift,” Lucius replied.
“Yes, you sure did,” Jessica replied, thinking he was teasing. She closed her eyes again, ready to relax.
“They delivered it about an hour ago, love,” he went on. Jessica sat up slowly, the sheet falling around her waist and her breasts being exposed, the chemise having been removed hours ago.

“What do you mean?” Jessica asked, tilting her head slightly. Lucius smiled. He’d gotten her attention.
“I figured it would be a nice gift. It’s the last one to be made, and you’re a very special woman,” Lucius partially explained. Jessica sat up more fully, quite curious now.
“I don’t understand, Lucius. What are you talking about?”

“I bought you a new car.” He said simply, opening his eyes now. Jessica blinked, unsure what to say.
“A new car?” she asked, looking at him seriously now.
“Yup. Go check it out.” Lucius said. Jessica realized he wasn’t going to tell her, so she went to the closet and pulled out a pair of jeans and a shirt, throwing a thick robe on over it. Lucius watched as she left the room, a smile on his face.

It was a few minutes before he heard her again. It was a loud, very loud, in fact, scream, but one of surprise and joy. Such was quite in order, too, as the gift was quite special. Jessica had gone outside to discover a very large shipping container. It had an electronic lock on it that required her to enter her birthday before opening. Inside, she would find a very special car.

With a top speed of 210+ MPH, a 0-60PMH time of 3.7 seconds, 570+ Horsepower, Lucius knew it was half a million dollars well spent, and that it was a great Christmas gift. Lucius knew Jessica loved her Challenger, but he was sure she would be driving the new car around for a while. Already, though, he was planning something to top even that for her birthday in a few months. Of course, topping the 500th Lexus LFA, the Nürburgring Package, was going to be one hell of a feat.

Racing

January 13th, in Cleveland, Ohio. At a local racing event, things were winding down in a tournament that was coming to an end. In the final race, Ben Dragon was taking on Jessica Tendonin with a $250,000 prize. Jessica had brought her Challenger and her new LFA and both had seen, but in the finals, the Paraguayan had been racing the gift from her husband.

The Lexus was a killer and everybody knew it, even if they did joke that it was just a Lexus. So far in her new monster, she’d killed two Lamborghini’s, a Ferrari, and even a GTR that the driver didn’t know how to handle. Lucius knew his wife well, and the Supercar satisfied her thirst for speed better than the Challenger ever would be able to.

Pulling up to the line, Jessica looked over at her opponent. In a Dodge Viper, the guy had done surprisingly well, even taming a Gallardo over the course of the tournament. Nobody had been able to get at Jessica in her LFA, though. Jessica’s father was, as always, her second, so he came over to her now and tapped on the window. She lowered the window.

“You ready, darling?” Sean Wallace, Jessica Tendonin’s father asked, like always before a big race. Jessica smiled and nodded. Sean then leaned over and began, as always giving her tips. “Don’t look at his car, only worry about yours. Don’t look in the mirrors. Keep calm.” Jessica nodded.
“Si, lo se, Father.” Jessica said, nodding again. Sean kissed her on the forehead and stepped back.
“Alright, you got it. When the flag drops, get him, Jessica.”

With that, Jessica raised her window as her father walker away. A minute letter, the engines were being revved and then…the flag dropped. Jessica pushed the clutch and shifted up into first, following up with putting weight on the accelerator. Having grown up on clutch/manuals, she was quick on the shift, but the guy in the Viper was just as fast.
“Stop it, Jessica,” She said to herself. She wasn’t supposed to be looking at his car. The two monstrous cars thundered down the strip for the finale, a two mile drag race.

With a full tank and a double inspection before hitting the start line, Jessica knew her machine was ready for war. As the nearly six hundred horses stomped forward, bringing to bear the powerful V10 engine. Harder, she pressed down on the accelerator, pushing the beast harder. With perfect timing on her shifting as well, Jessica was well on her way to winning. A minute later, the Viper began falling behind. The slip up had increased Jessica’s lead and she thundered across the finish line.

Shoot

The camera was positioned so that it caught the stage of the victory tent at a good angle. On stage, Jessica was standing next to the presenter, awaiting her prize. She had her SCW Alternative Championship around her waist and her father was standing slightly behind her. Lucius was also on stage, but not prominently in the front.

The presenting ceremony took only a moment, and when Jessica was asked what she was going to do next, she set the trophy and prize money down, picking up a mic.

Jessica: That’s an interesting question. Let me tell you how I spent my holidays. My husband and I were competing in a match for SCW, where we were defending his Alternative Championship. We faced a great challenge, but in the end, the strength of the Tendonin Xchange was too much even for such a team as Priest and Kronik.

Jessica paused, gesturing for her husband to move closer.

Jessica: I said that the SCW Alternative Championship would still read Tendonin at the end of that night, and here I am before all of you, SCW Alternative Champion, Jessica Tendonin. At the last event, we, that is to say my husband and I, showed that we are not just a couple who get in the ring to prance around and have more time together. We are not a cliché, we don’t do gimmicks, and we don’t need false hype. We say we are going to do something, so we do it.

The racing fans were familiar with Jessica being a professional wrestler as well as being on the racing scene, so a good deal of them were familiar with her in ring talent.

Jessica: So, our next challenge is that we have been entered into a tournament to crown the first ever SCW Tag Team Champions. How fitting, I think, that such a decorated team such as ourselves are involved. I think my husband has a few words now.

Lucius nodded and came forward. Kissing Jessica on the lips for the crowd, he took the mic and began speaking.

Lucius: My wife is right in that we are not a random pairing, or some cliché in wrestling. A husband and wife team has got to be one of the most overrated gimmicks in wrestling, but understand this. We’ve been doing this for ten years, and we’ve honed our craft. There is no getting lucky, having a better night than our opponents, and none of that other garbage. Natural talent beats lots of things, lots of times. On Overdrive 8, SCW gets to see the Tendonin Xchange in tag team action again. This time, we face what can ONLY be called a random pairing. We’ve got Eclipse, who hides in corners and shadows and jumps out to cut people, and then we have Avris Mardini, who has so many issues, that the ring may not be the best place for her. My wife has already defeated Avris, and doing it again will likely not be a problem.

Lucius was about to say more, but Jessica took the mic from him.

Jessica: We’re done here! If you want to see more, your asses better be watching Overdrive, okay!? It’s now time for talking, now. The Tendonin Xchange has spoken, and now, we’re out of here!

Jessica dropped the mic and left the stage, her husband and her father in tow. The crowd parted for the Paraguayan, not wanting to get in her way. The scene ended and the crowd looked around.

Here we are, at Toronto, Ontario, Canada as the screen opens at the infamous CHAMP gym where we see Jesse Owusu relaxing on the bench. His white towel, which is covered by his own sweat, is draped around his neck and he is drinking good old chocolate milk from a bottle. He takes his time to gather his thoughts before addressing the camera for the first time in this year.

Jesse Owusu: I admit, the new year didn’t started off like the way I planned. I didn’t capture the SCW World championship like I said I would and in the end, Neela Shizeguma proved to be even more worthy champion than I thought she is. I hear what the critics and doubters are saying about me in the message board, in facebook, in twitter, and whatever social media crap that is around these days. They are saying that once again Jesse Owusu failed to fulfill his promise. They are saying once again Jesse proved that he is an underachiever, a lost hope, and perhaps even overrated. They are saying that I should never get a world title shot again because once again I fail to win the big one. They are saying this and that about me. Fuck man, when I lost to Neela, I knew it was field days for the haters. Well, congratz Neela, you defeated me in a spectacular match. However, don’t think this is over. Let’s face it Neela, I was the biggest challenge you ever had. I was so close to defeating you and trust me; I bet I can beat you if I got a second chance. Sure, I may have underestimated you like Brian Kennedy said in his promo. But I’m confident that it won’t happen again. Well, enjoy your reign as champion Neela, but trust me, it won’t last much longer. I’m still on the title hunt and I will do anything to get back to the top. I’m relentless and I don’t go down that easy Neela. This is a warning Neela, don’t think this battle between you and I are over.

Jesse smirks, feeling some source of confidence flowing in his body. He then opens his mouth to speak again.

Jesse Owusu: Well, let me talk about my opponents for Overdrive. Wait, let me talk about one of my opponents because to be honest, I doubt Shane Warner would bring his A-game...so it is a waste of breath addressing him. After all Shane, you don’t have it anymore. Your legendary career is in shambles. Hell, didn’t you leave SCW after you lost to Avris freaking Mardini? Pathetic Shane. Oh how the mighty has fallen. Now Brian Kennedy. Here is a true competition and someone I always wanted to face ever since I watched his matches on PWO and UCW. The self-proclaimed “Living Legend” and to be honest, he has earned the nickname if you looked at his accolades and everything he has accomplished throughout his career. I heard lot about you and I know you heard a lot about me Brian. So let’s skip the praises and get down to the needy gritty. I watched both of your promos Brian and I’m sorry for not responding to them earlier, but hey...I’m responding to it now. I appreciate your little “advice” you gave me Brian. It’s not sarcasm Brian, I really do. I do need to get back on my feet and train harder. I also need to figure out how to win the next one and that is what I have been doing for the past few weeks, hence why I haven’t responded to your promos. I was at the gym, testing out new moves and figuring out a game plan to defeat someone like you and Shane. This is by far one of my toughest tasks but I’m ready. I’m born ready Brian. I’m not going to half-ass like Shane Warner is going to do. Brian you just came back from retirement and you think you can waltz your way to the SCW World Championship without any troubles? Hell nah bro. Not on my watch. See, Brian, I don’t need “friends” like you to make it to the top again. People say that my buddy SCW owner Jordan Post handed me the title shot against Neela but in reality, Jordan knew that I was the only one credible enough to take on the champion before you came here. I don’t need friends to encourage me to be at my best...my mind is the only friend I need and I know what I must do to win. Brian, I don’t need the “empire” or Jordan’s help, I’m my own man. I’ve been my own man since I left my former XWE tag-team partner Rey Miedo at the dust. I’m Mr. Young Life Brian and don’t you forget it. You may be the living legend Brian, but I’m the future legend and you will know why soon. So yes Brian, I appreciate your advices and your praises for me, but when it comes to the ring, all of that is thrown at the window. I came to SCW to win and that is what I’m going to do. You cannot stop me Brian...just ask your buddies Jay Williams and Eric Herrera what I’m capable of...
