SPRING MELTDOWN Live March 17th from MTS Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba RP DEADLINE Sunday March 10th 11:59pm Central time Main Event….SCW World Championship Neela Shizeguma, champion Versus Brian Kennedy Neela won the SCW World title last summer and since then no one has been able to stop her. Her last opponent took her further and came the closest but even he failed. Brian Kennedy defeated four other men at Apocalypse for this chance to try and be the one to defeat Neela and become the World Champion. Will Neela be able to stand up to Brian Kennedy and still stand tall as the SCW World Champion? Or will Brian do what seems the impossible and defeat Neela, living up to his claim that he is one of the greatest…..ever? SCW Alternative Title….Ladder Match Jessica Tendonin, champion Versus Simone Lucius and Jessica Tendonin went into Apocalypse with Lucius the Alternative champion. At the end of Apocalypse there was a new Alternative champion, but the title changed hands within the family as Jessica was crowned champion. Simone meanwhile defeated three others to earn her shot at the Alternative title. Now they will face each other in a ladder match. Will Jessica hang on the Alternative title, making sure the Tendonin name stays attached to the title, or will Simone get a surprise victory? SCW Tag Title Tournament…..First Round Feral Destruction Versus Society of Destruction (Fury/Marvin Shadows) It comes down to the last two teams to put their names in for the SCW tag titles, and both teams are more than worthy and capable of being the SCW Tag champions. Feral Destruction may now feature Brian Brewster instead of Lynn, but that doesn’t mean Feral Destruction will miss a beat as Cam was one of the ones to train Brian, and now Feral Destruction is looking to add another tag title to the list. Across the ring are the other two members of Society of Destruction, and no one should take Fury or Marvin Shadows lightly. Fury knows Feral Destruction well, and Marvin Shadows is SoD’s enforcer. Will SoD take down the legends Feral Destruction? Or will Feral Destruction take a step closer to adding the SCW Tag titles to their long list? Chris Malceski Versus Cash Allen Chris Malceski made a triumphant start in SCW when he defeated the newest member of the nWo in Eric Herrera but he realized at the end of the match he had bigger problems on his hands. Now he faces Cash Allen, the self-proclaimed “Satan’s Bounty Hunter” Cash Allen. Will Chris prove that he has no fear of the nWo? Or will Cash live up to his name and score a win for the nWo against Chris Malceski? Handicapped Razor Blade Match Shawn Owens and Shane Warner Versus Eclipse Tensions have been high between Eclipse and the team of Owens and Warner. Finally at Overdrive Eclipse challenged them to a match that Jordan Post approved….a razor blade match. To sweeten the deal for them….Eclipse offered to take them on at the same time, saying his only partner would be a razor blade. Will a two on one team lead Owens and Warner to a victory? Or will Eclipse make them victims of his once again? 4Way Gauntlet Match…..#1 Contender to the Alternative Title Priest Versus Aerik Walker Versus Christian Robbins Versus Stefanos Los Rios Four men will be in a gauntlet to see who will be the new number one contender for the Alternative title. The winner will face either Jessica or Simone at the next pay per view. Which one of these deserving men will come out on top and get that title shot? RP Deadline March 10th at 11:59pm Central Time Segments always welcomed |

Scene 1: Rage, and More Rage The scene sets in Paris, France. The outside of the home is covered in dark skies, which are producing rain, thunder and lightning. The skies are a very dark, near gun metal grey and inside, the power is completely out. Thanks to a candle, we can see a masked figure, wearing a hood, as well as short trunks, and knee high heeled boots as well as a workout bra with flames on it. Her mask was also covered in flames. As she speaks, a very hacked off, and grim tone would be sensed. She then picks up the candle, holding it in front of her. Simone: Jessica Tendonin.... She then takes a deep breath, as she allows the drama and suspense to build, as she takes a long pause, for effect. As she takes a sip of an unknown beverage, which is presumed to be tea, but there is not enough light to tell, she then speaks, keeping her look of disgust on her face, as she continues to sip her tea. Simone: For months, you've run my name and my life through the mud. For months, you attempted to screw TCW, my creation out of existence. But guess what? It failed, didn't it? Because I have brought it back and you are not allowed anywhere near it. You attempted to kill me off. Well you moron, that wasn't me! That was a stunt dummy made to LOOK like me! Do you really....REALLY think I'd lower myself to the level of trash cheerleaders really are by dressing like one? Try again. The last thing I am is some blonde bimbo that has the iq of a rock. What I am is a highly intelligent woman with a degree in psychology from Notre Dame. What I am is a woman you should never ever fuck with. But you decided to try me.... She then goes puts the candle down and makes her way to the front door, walking out, into the storm. She was clearly walking into the abyss here, in some people's minds. But in her own mind, she was doing just as she intended to do, and what she intended to do would soon be revealed. As she speaks, the storm worsens. Simone: And then, your worst nightmare happened. I won a battle royal, which granted me the shot at your title at Spring Meltdown. And that will be a title that I am taking from you. But just as you attempted to do to me, I have two dummies hanging from the edge of this house, signifying what I will do to you. And there won't be anything SCW, or you can do to stop me from snapping you in half. And if SCW wants to sue me for what I'm going to do, so damn what. I will have saved them from a champion who clearly is ruining the image of that belt.See, I did my research. And as the North American Championship, at least it had one good, respectable, and credible champion. Jesse Owusu. A man who worked hard to be the first champion. Then, Lucius won it, damaging the credibility of the title, and then, handed it to you, on a technicality. You as champion are a disgrace that's running around with something that belongs to SCW, not to you. And it will soon belong to me. But you see, I have a demonstration for you. She then walks over to the rope, lighting a lighter that happened to be waterproof. As she strikes the ropes, the storm stops for a bit. As she laughs at her handy work, she lights the rope on fire, laughing evilly, as she smirks, speaking again, very disturbingly as she did. She had clearly had enough of this woman tormenting and bullying her family for close to a year now and she wanted to clearly do something about it, which she would get to. Simone: Tendonin, this is your fate for messing with me, my company, and my life. This is for nearly a year of you dragging my name, image, and reputation through the mud and even trying to wreck my family legacy in this business. Everyone in this house who has wrestled has seen success everywhere we have been. And you think by pushing me around and driving our name into the ground, that you can run us out? No. We will not be intimidated by some bully. In this family, when we are bullied, we bully back. And you have seriously asked for an asskicking and that's just what you're getting come Spring Meltdown. See, over the past eight months, you've called me every name in the book. You've attempted to kill me, when you thought you hung me off that cage. But what you don't know is that I cut myself loose and replaced myself with a dummy. But you need to realize this. You fucked with me long enough. And now it's time for your career and life to end as we know it. And that is just what is going to happen. Just like a stormy night's power surge, your lights will be turned out.....permanently. And just like you bullied me for eight months, it's time the bullying was returned, two fold. But this time, I won't do it verbally. For everything you put my legendary family through, I'm snapping your damn neck. And I do it for every member of the six generations of Larees that wrestled that you ran through the mud for no reason. This is for all of them. None of them appreciate what you've done to us and none of them respect you for it. Jessica, by bullying my family, you realize that you've lowered yourself to the level of a sixth grader. But I am not surprised. You'll find out why at Spring Meltdown. As she smiles, remembering the kind of match this was, she laughs sadistically, as she considers her words. As she does, through the eye holes of her mask, she spots a ladder, which she pulls over to her and begins climbing as she speaks. Simone: Jessica, you honestly have no idea what you're getting into. A ladder match is just the kind of match that I need. You see in this match, you cannot pin me. You cannot make me tap. But I can do whatever the hell I want to you, and you know what, I may just set you on fire for what you have done to me. Tables are legal. Chairs are legal. Even my trusty knife is legal. But when I hold it to your head and the piss runs down your leg, and you quiver in fear of me, you will realize that you should have never fucked with my family or with me. You will be taught respect, through fear. As the scene fades off, she allows the rope to catch on fire again, as she drenches it in kerosene and allows it to soak in the orange glow of the hellish substance. She then lowers her hood, laughing maniac like, as she did. She loved what she did and she did it well. But would it be enough to get the revenge needed on Jessica? Maybe to some. But to her, it wouldn't be enough unless Jessica was dead, after what she had done to her over the past eight months. Scene 2: Visiting With Mom (Post Promo) The scene resets outside the home of Angelle Laree, in lovely Paris. The rains had subsided and a clear day was on the way. Britanie was dressed in a Notre Dame shirt and jeans, while her mom was dressed in a Midnight Angels shirt and short shorts. She had Melanie with her, right next to her, actually. As Britanie speaks, let's listen in. Britanie: So mom, what do you think of the new me, in ring? The mask, the new mindset and all? I personally like it. I think it gives a new dimension to me. One that I didn't know I had. I can't wait to see just how it plays out in my next match. All I can tell you is, mom, that for everything she did to us, she is going to pay dearly. She thinks she's getting some nerdy cheerleader. She's getting a psycho and that's that. She has to realize that fucking with the family comes with a high price. Angelle smiled for a bit, tilting her glasses a bit. She was still getting used to them and wondered how long it would take to get used to them. As she speaks, Melanie comes over and sits down next to her, holding her hand. This made Britanie smile as just as affectionate Daniele was with her, it seemed Melanie was, with Angelle. Angelle: I love it! But the only problem is that you were never that sadistic as a kid. As a kid, you were a shy nerd, no offense, and really didn't talk to anyone. But now you're much more outspoken and controversial with the new attitude. That's something you needed to learn back at the school but never could. Congratulations. Final lesson learned. Controversy creates cash and a great character. You bring up your next match. That bitch ran our family business into the ground and our name along with it. You have a lot of restoring to do and I'm going to be front row, watching it happen. No matter what, I'm proud of you. But just remember. If you need anything, I'm just an office visit away in TCW or a phone call away in UCW. But this is now a family affair. She made it personal and it's time to show her that it was the wrong move. She asked for this beating and now she's going to get what she asked for by screwing with us, hands down, enough said, end of story. Britanie nods, as she considers her words. The family had been through a lot recently and needed to stick together to eradicate the Tendonins for good. As she speaks, she laughs, maniacally, as it was clear that she had enough of the shit that this immature Tendonin chick pulled and it was time to make her pay. Britanie: She has no idea what shes fucking in for, Mom. Pardon my French, but this chick's been a thorn in my side long enough and it's time to make her realize what she's gotten herself into. It's time...for revolution. And it's time for a new champion that isn't going to disgrace the belt like her family has. It's time for a true legendary family to hold the championship belt. And that family name is Laree. You and I have nine championships between us, Mom. I have five CLAW AAA titles and you have three knockouts titles and currently are the 450 Great Lakes Champion and undefeated in 450 as well. Angelle just laid back on Melanie's lap, as she thought of what to say. As she slips her glasses back up, looking down at her dollhouse and Barbies inside it, she spoke, oblivious to what was going on. She often would zone out at the wrong moments. As she comes back to reality, she speaks up. Angelle: Correction. I do have one loss. To Fury. But that's beyond the point. The point to be made here is that you deserve this title shot. You earned your stripes in every company you've been in lately and its time you showed her what happens when people don't show a Laree the respect she deserves. We are a hallowed and respected family, everywhere we have been. And it's time she pays for trying to change that. And with that, Simone thinks for a second on how to respond to this. Her mom had a lot of great points and wisdom on wrestling as she had wrestled everywhere on this planet and then some. As she responds, she smiles, hapilly. Britanie: Thanks for the advice, Mom. You've wrestled everywhere and you know I look up to and respect you more than anything in the world, even though we've had our differences, mainly when I decided to go gay. But you did it too not too long ago, bringing the real you to life, which earned my respect. And you and Melanie are such a cute couple too! I'd be shocked if you ever broke up! You're like sisters, a lot like me and Daniele. We're all so close that we should have a double wedding! Haha! Angelle smiles at this joke, but Brit was right. They really were that close and should talk about a double wedding. But for now, the two walked off in their seperate directions, as Angelle went on to bed, while Britanie would go begin training for her match. She wanted to make sure Tendonin realized what she had gotten herself into by fucking with her. |

“No, please don't. Please don't hurt me daddy.” Yelling is heard as a women screams right when the scene fades in. A sudden thump was heard, the kid falls to his knees holding his gut. A middle aged man with a beer bottle in his right hand and a bloodied knife in the other. The woman starts to hit the man, but he just turned around and smashed the beer bottle over her head. The kid has tears rolling down his cheek as his white shirt is stained with the blood gushing out. The man falls passes out from alcohol intoxication as the women grabs the phone and starts dialing. The phone is ringing as she can't control her crying as someone quickly picked up the phone. Receptionist: This is Nine. One. One. What is your emergency. The woman is trembling and shaking as she tries to calm herself to speak Woman: Help, my son has been stabbed.... Receptionist: Mam, are you still there? The sound of another thud as the drunken man regains some senses. The women looks at the husband slowly getting to his feet. Woman: Yes. I need an ambulance. Please Hel..... The woman stops as she sees the man standing over her and the kid who is pale as a ghost. The woman is holding the son tight as the man pulls her away from the kid as she instantly drops the phone. The kid slowly crawls to the damaged phone as the receptionist voice is heard saying “are you still there”. The kid shaking as he holds his gut as his hand is red. Kid: Please help, I'm dying. Receptionist: The ambulance will be there in a few minutes. Just don't worry kid. Kid: Thank yo... Blackness sets over, followed by a white light. Nothing is heard but a light buzzing sound for a few seconds before pure silence. ______________________________________________________________________ Eclipse is seen just standing in front of a white house with a decent sized yard. Trees tower the house on both the right and the left side of the entrance way as smaller bush run along the sidewalk going up to the trees. This house brings back many memories of Eclipse. Many bad but some good. A slight smile comes across the face of Eclipse as the stars surround the full moon. Scattered clouds are slowly moving in with the slightest wind breeze. The leaves are the only thing rustling as Eclipse continues to stare at the house. Eclipse: Years of pain, tears, blood. The memories remain bolted in my head as the abuse I took in my life was way more painful then the average teen getting bullied or the average spanking on the ass. My father was a drug addict, and an alcoholic. My mother was a pushover. A few times my mother struck me, but that's when I truly deserved it. My father was the true problem. All the alcohol that damaged his mind, then the drugs made him paranoid. It was a bad combinations that ended up with plenty of hospital visits for myself. The bullet wounds, and even the lacerations of a sharp blade of a knife that sliced my skin like it was just a slightly melted brick of butter. I am truly amazed that I'm still alive to this date you see. All the blood I lost was nothing compared to the blood that I caused to leak from a human. Eclipse smirks with pleasure as he reaches into his pocket and grabs a razor blade. Eclipse: It's not what was planned for my life, but years after I got away from this stupid place I swore to myself that I was going to teach. I was going to show the world what a gray and shadow place life can actually be if you were one of the unfortunates. The ones struggling with abuse, or famine. Possibly even addictions can be a problem, but there's always hope to get out and see the bright sun, but for some I rather to bring down to the true darkness. I'm not a bad person really, just showing a few people here and there just slightly the pain I have been through in my life. People like Shawn Owens and Shane Warner. Eclipse runs his right index finger down the warm steel blade as it breaks the skin as a drop of blood is seen. Eclipse: The question you are all wondering is probably why would I attack Shane in the first place? Thing is, he had rarely any problems in his life. I followed him and his “glorious” stories as he tosses around rolls of twenties and fifties to filthy chicks that dances for him while he drinks his scotch. Really the guy is living a true man's life, as he also bangs a few and is practically famous from his movies. Am I jealous? In a way I actually am, but in a way I'm not. I may not have sluts hanging off of my arms, or wiping my ass with dollar bills, but I didn't have an easy life. The pain I felt is nothing you can imagine Shane. Yes you've been in extreme matches before hand, possibly even broke a bone or two, but have you been to the point of death? Have you felt a bullet penetrate your skin? Probably not right. Yes the pain that I dish out with the razorblades are nothing, but they will show a lesson of mine. Life isn't always painless, sometime the pain helps a true man grow into something he's proud of in the end. The blood leaves a rusty red trail behind as it continues going through all the details of Eclipse's finger. Eclipse: Shane, I started to watch you when I was in the hospital healing from the wounds my father left off on me. I wasn't fond of you when I first tuned into ECWF but I didn't truly hate you. It was something that started my desire to start training to be in the ring. It was the possible opportunity to show you that my story and the pain I felt when growing up was nothing compared to you fame. I may be younger then you, but I can truly say that with the past experience I have had a longer road. With that longer road and more tolerance to the puny pain that you and Shawn Owens might toss my way, I have the better chance of winning. Especially with my trusty friend here. The moonlight shines of the the silver metal Eclipse: Am I going to guarantee a victory in my name? No, why would I Shane? The blade is a dangerous weapon as you felt a few months ago at Apocalypse. It can hurt either one of us severely, but trust me on my road to show my story to the whole world that I won't step down from a fight. That I would leave anyone that stands in my way laying in a pool of there own blood just like I used to when I was a little kid. It could be you Shane, or it could be Shawn. It can also be both of you at the same time. I will be relentless when the ringing of the bell echoes through the MTS Centre and I'm standing in front of you both. Eclipse turns his back on the house as he starts walking down the deserted street. The street lights illuminate a dull orange color as it flickers as the moths scatter around it. Eclipse: Now, Shawn Owens had the guts. I didn't attack him because he was under the radar. I didn't see him, but I knew he was kicking around somewhere backstage show after show. His match with me last week he put up a good fight. I was too busy to reach a camera to speak some of my words of wisdom but now I got the precious time. You see Shawn, I was quite impressed when you came running down when I went to attack Shane the second time around. You pretty much saved his ass, but it ended up causing you some agony. Thing is, you and Shane are the same. You both grown up in the rich part of town and basically had everything handed to you. The confidence of yours just rose up every single day. Now you walk around the place thinking that just your presence is enough to win matches in the time being. I recognized your skills when we faced on Overdrive, but if it wasn't for Shane helping you out to get a no contest I would have drawn blood then it would have been over then. You see the blood is what fuels me, I see it and the fire ignites and I go for the kill. I win matches that way, so when I see blood at Spring Meltdown, you better prepare yourself because the pain will start shortly after. Eclipse chuckles as he walks into the shadows of the street. ______________________________________________________________________ The vision is slowly coming back as a bright light is seen again before slowly getting some details of a white room with what seems to be blue curtains. Blurbs of what seem to be people at bedside are seen. Voices are finally being heard as it's start as humming but seconds passed as words are finally heard. Nurse: Can you hear me? The vision is clearer now as a female nurse in her mid twenties is seen holding a brown wooden clipboard in her hands. She glances down at the clipboard as the kid looks around. The heart monitor continues to beep as the rate is currently bouncing between eighty five to ninety. The I.V bag is on the other side of the bed as the liquid drips out of the bag and slowly down the tube to the body. Nurse: Can you hear me, Eclipse. The kid thinks as he never heard the name, and just nods his head. The Nurse jots down something down on the clipboard before placing it down at the end of the bed. Nurse: The Doctor will be in here shortly to check up on you kid, you'll be alright. The Nurse smiles as she turns on the channel for the kid and walks out of the room. The kid looks around the room again before checking under the blanket as white bandages are seen with what seemed like the thread of the stitches at the end of the covered place. The kid looks up as ECWF was on the television and Shane was on the mic with a women under his right shoulder. Shane tosses dough on the ring canvas before walking out to the crowd booing. The kid just smirks a little bit before it goes to the darkness. |

The scene opens with Brian fresh out of the shower, his win in TCW just a few hours past and he is wearing nothing but a towel. He looks at the camera. Now that I have proven along with my partner Andrew that Death Sentence is still on top, with this win tonight. It is on to 450 and SCW with two matches that will define my return to this business. I have Cash Allan, who is nothing more than a mere speck in the dirt with his partner Justin Justice. But, my match in SCW is were I am looking forward to the most. The reason you are here tonight. He looks down, and smirks. You’re a bit early, but hey, we can get started right now. Neela, a woman who has dominated everyone who has come her way. You are trying to make a name for yourself along with the other women in this business. Yes, you may have held that title almost a full year. But, you will never be no Amy Chastine, nor, Lynn Brewster. You are Neela Shizeguma, you are trying to do the same thing I have been doing ever since I first stepped into this business and for sure this company. I am undefeated, no one has taken me out and I have climbed my way to the top of this food chain to face off against you for the World Title. He motions for the camera to point somewhere else while he dresses himself a bit more. The camera pans over to look at his locker where he has pictures of his family. As the camera zooms in on Melissa. Over these past three years I been watching you Neela, knowing that you would be someone great in this business. When I seen how you beat everyone who come against you, using that fire that you have in your heart, in your soul. Well, I knew that when I come back we would cross paths. When you beat Macy Kaos, for the SCW World Title, that was when you made me smile. Neela, I am a fan of yours. Even though you are sure that I am nothing more than some sort of worthless brut. He laughs and walks over in front of the camera, wearing jean and a tank top. He picks up a necklace from his locker and puts it on. Your title reign, that your wishing would last a full year, is going to be four months short. Do you know why? Because your not thinking this all the way through. You are the sort of champion who follows your heart and not your mind. I know you have a mind, your smart or you would not have held on to this title that long. But your now facing The Living Legend. Your facing Brian Kennedy and this is going to be the toughest match you ever have in your entire career. It won’t matter who you face after me, if you some how hold on to this title, which your not. Which I know I am the next SCW World Champion. You follow your heart and come full force when you should be looking over your shoulder and thinking twice about what you will do when the bell rings. When you are looking at me across the ring. Don’t get me wrong, you’re a fighting champion or you would not have been on top as long as you have been. Now, that you are facing someone like me. I plan on taking that belt off your waist. It has been a long time coming and I think my time is now, and my dues have been paid. Neela, you are only a few short weeks away from fighting the one fight that you may not walk away from. While I respect you for your determination and your will power that you have coming into this match. This doesn’t mean that I will take it easy on you because you’re a female. Many people think that a woman can’t fight a man head on, toe to toe. Well, I am not one of those men. I am a man who believes in equal opportunity. You have just as much of a right to be in the ring against me. Just as much as every person who has walked down the isle and lost. Just as much as every other man who has stepped in the ring. Why do you think I have stood beside my woman how just signed with 450? Brian is finished getting dressed and walks towards the entrance to the locker room and he walks out. He is walking down the hall way towards the parking lot. Neela, I wish you luck and hope that you can put up the same fight that you put up when you faced Jesse, and the many others who tried to take that title. I am looking forward to this and I have not looked forward to taking on someone like this in many years. I hope you push me to my ends, I hope you take me to the extreme and I hope that you show me the same Neela that I have seen in the ring since I have returned. I am going to beat you, show you what real wrestling is all about. This is not about you being a woman, or me a man, this is about the SCW World Title and I plan on winning at Spring Meltdown. Don’t take it personal, it’s just good business. The scene fades as Brian walks out into the parking garage. |

Starter Promo - (Go ahead and reference it) Roleplay for: ![]() ----------------------- (Fade in to the Herrera Household where Fury is seeing changing Danny's diaper while having the television turned on in the corner. While she's doing that, there is a commercial advertising S.C.W. Spring Meltdown. One certain match catches her eye, as they mention the tag team title tournament showcase of Society of Destruction versus Feral Destruction. She chuckles and nods her head repeatedly until she hears the members of each tag team. She quickly rolls her eyes and signs.) Fury: Figures, Lynn is still too scared to grant me my rematch so she has to sic her family on me. No matter, they will go down just like everyone else. (She finishes cleaning Danny up and then lifts him onto her arms and embraces him closely. She places him in the playpen in the kitchen where there are plenty of toys, including a couple soccer balls. He had grown to love that sport while watching his father Rain watch games there in his time away from wrestling. He begins placing one of his stuffed animals in the goalie net and begins trying out his moves on it as Fury chuckles in the corner.) Fury: He's gonna be a four star athlete just like his daddy. That's my boy. (She heads to the living room to pick out certain videos from the rather large library and places them on the kitchen table. She pops em into the DVD player and begins playing them with Danny occasionally turning to look at them with her. Those videos feature Feral Destructions matches from the past couple years. She begins taking notes while the front door is unlocked revealing the entry to be Rain. He hangs his coat at the entrance and enters the kitchen, giving her a peck on the cheek surprising her.) Fury: Don't you ever knock? (She teases as they both laugh.) Rain: So what's up? You ready to take the world by storm? Society of Destruction is ready to return in a big way. Fury: Yeah, I know. After years of waiting, I finally got the match I wanted. Too bad they picked the wrong Brewster. (Rain arches an eyebrow as she extends an arm towards the television.) Fury: Yeah, Lynn got replaced by Brian. Guess she's finally realized who the more dominant female is. Cam and Brian versus Me and Marvin for the tag titles. Should be fun, to put it lightly. Rain: Odd, I've never known Lynn to back down from a challenge. Her nephew is pretty damn talented though. He's been able to win some gold with her in other feds. Maybe if you beat him bad enough you'll convince the ole lady to join the fun? (He winks, teasing back. Fury laughs.) Fury: I hope so. I been wanting my rematch since S.W.A.T. Hope she actually caves in. For now, it's time to make a statement where it counts. If we want to become tag team champions again we need to defeat the past generation in Feral Destruction. Rain: Right, just remember how much weight that Brewster name carries. That lineage has produced some excellent wrestlers in their time. Brian may not be Lynn but he definitely can hold his own. I been keeping track of that kid. The day he walks away from that family is the day he'll be a World Champion. Too bad he doesn't realize that. (They both nod as they watch some of the footage on the television.) Fury: Yeah, I guess. It's also gonna be my first match working with Marvin, so I hope that's not too big a detriment. Like, I know the guy from his days in UCW and such, but never actually tagged with him. Luckily, he knows what it takes to win the big matches and is not dumb enough to let his pride take over for a team. He's pretty mature for his experience. Rain: Right, that's why I handpicked him to be in the team. I remember the days when he used to fight me for the Television Title. That guy has a lot of potential and fits what we're looking for. Trust me, he will back you up. If I know him good enough, he should have been invited to the school ages ago. Misunderstood, but still an excellent prospect. Should rise up the ranks under our wing. (She turns back to look at him in confusion.) Fury: Wait, you picked him to join? I thought Priest ran the group in S.C.W.? (He laughs and points to his head.) Rain: Who was the founding father of S.O.D.? Me, Priest does nothing without consulting me. Trust me, when we get done with this shit, S.O.D. will be the most dominant school in wrestling. Even got Justin Justice and Cash Allan convinced to come over to train from time to time. Our name is growing, baby, trust me. Fury: (smirks) Wow, so that's what kept you away so much? Well, at least I know the business is in good hands. I can't wait to unveil the new member at G.D.W. They're gonna flip. Rain: Heck, even I'm shocked. You lasted so much time fighting with her and now she's your partner? Unbelievable. (She laughs and shakes her head.) Fury: I know right? That's what happens when we're kids. I was immature and read her the wrong way. Now, she's like my lost little sister. I hope Brandy is prepared to step up her game. Once I get done training her, she'll help me beat those cheaters, the Lohan Family. Rain: They're still wrestling? Shit, guess there are companies that are that desperate. Haha, well, I guess there's only one way to find out. (She looks on confused as Rain goes to the play pen.) Danny: Daddy! (He runs towards the door and Rain lifts him up to his arms.) Rain: Hey there, champ. You been behaving? Danny: Yep, I beat mommy. (He points to his soccer ball as Rain laughs.) Rain: Nice! You want to go play with Uncle Lance and Jay? Danny: Yay! I can beat them too! (Rain laughs and gives Danny a high five as Fury goes to grab his soccer ball and take it with her to the car.) |

Roleplay for: ![]() ----------------------- On Camera Fade in, as we see our subject sitting in the front row of the MTS Center. She is dressed in slacks, button up shirt, and suit making sure to not look too revealing. Her 450 Wrestling Heavyweight Championship is draped on her shoulder with the name plate facing the camera. A sigh escapes her lips as she leans forward to look at the empty Jets ring. "This building has a lot of history, complete with passionate fans and great players. They were unrightfully moved to Phoenix by a power hungry commissioner until the fans begged for them to comeback. Ever since returning, they have not been playing at the same level. In fact, their roster still needs to improve in various areas before they are considered a championship contender. But that is beside the point... The point of this speech is that it reminds me of what's going on in this match." She takes out a brochure and unfolds it for the camera to see. The brochure is advertising the card for S.C.W. Spring Meltdown featuring a picture of the match between Society of Destruction and Feral Destruction. "You see, in the old days, Feral Destruction was a name that you feared. When Du Hast hit the speakers, you knew you were facing a hall of fame tag team. They had amazing chemistry, years of working together, two individuals that had great singles success. Now? I see a poorly attempted version two. Brian will never live up to the hype that Lynn was. Lynn was quite possibly the most successful female in the history of wrestling. She won every top title on the scene in a fast pace. Brian, on the other hand, doesn't have her same commitment. He seems to join no name feds and be forgotten about amongst the curtain jerkers despite a couple tag team title reigns with Lynn." She pauses, as she taps the name plate of her title a couple times. "Me and Marvin have proven ourselves in the singles ranks. We each dominated out respective realms. It's clear as day that you are the weak link, Brian. You can claim that it's irrelevant all you want, but you know it's true. Me and Marvin have paid our dues while you're stuck trying to escape Lynn's shadow. The worst mistake you could have done is align with her, because now you are placing unnecessary pressure on yourself. You're a very good technical wrestler, I can tell there's talent there. But the fact is, no matter how much we try to duplicate it, the original is ALWAYS better. Just look at the nWo and Legion of Doom. They trade to duplicate it by adding members and it fizzled out at a fast rate." She nods and lifts up a photo album. She breezes through the pictures in black and white format until we reach the last page with pictures in color format. "History is there to teach us. Once we depend on history, we start to falter. The Society of Destruction has done something you guys haven't been able to. We evolve with the times. Keyword being evolve. If you don't evolve, you become just another face in the crowd. Cam Davitt hasn't been a champion in near four years. Do we even know if he will have ring rust, let alone handle being the leader? Since its plain as day by technical terms, you are still a rookie. So many what ifs. When they see the Society of Destruction as a group that has no leader. All for one, one for all. As each member leaves, we are able to seamlessly evolve with the times by finding new blood. Wrestling needs change and they got it in the people they chose to outcast for so long." She smirks and lifts up a replica of the SCW tag team titles. "Pretty soon, this will be coming home to us. We are not intimidated by your presence. Once all those old companies died, so did your legacy. This time, you have nothing to cling to. While we have earned our shot in this company, you were placed on this card because of being a big name. Are you kidding me? There has never been a group more dominant than us and we continue to get it done each passing week. When it's all said and done, it will be time to take out the trash while you guys are stuck contemplating retirement for the eighth time. After all, that's all you've ever been good at... Leaving when the going gets right. That's why RIW failed, that's why your whole family is too scared to grant me my rematch. Because Lynn knows I have surpassed her... And it burns her up sooo much..." She cackles and looks up at the ceiling. "Time is running out, my dear. Your silence can only mean one thing... You're intimidated by your replacement. You fear that the people in attendance will forget who you are. So, you're making one last ditch to reclaim former glory when it's clear as day that your time is over. Well, I'm sure we will make that decision much easier for you when you're carried out on a stretcher. You will rue the day you ever decided to get off your couch and resurrect an over the hill tag team. Just don't say we didn't warn ya. Ciao." Fade to black. |

Off Camera Neela slides out of bed, leaving Steve sleeping. She walks into the front room and grabs her laptop, and watches the promo Brian Kennedy had done. When it’s done she closes the laptop and shakes her head. She knows she needs to respond, she needs to prove to him and all of SCW that she deserved to remain champion, but the last couple months she had been a bit distracted. It seemed being in a relationship had indeed taken away her focus, something Cam had once warned her about. He had been there a couple times, most recently when his relationship with Lynn took a turn that none of them expected. But Cam’s distraction with Lynn being pregnant had made Neela’s relationship with Lynn’s brother Steve a lot easier. Steve was now able to get away for a couple days at a time without Lynn asking questions, and having Steve around did help. Finally Neela decides she needs to ask Steve his opinion. Neela stands up and starts down the hall….and walks right into Steve. Steve: What are you doing up? Neela: I couldn’t sleep and I got to thinking about Kennedy and….well what do you think? Steve: I think that you need to start proving why you are the SCW champion. Yes you defeated Macy Kaos twice and she’s fallen off the map, you beat Jesse Owusu and he’s sort of fallen down the ladder. But the challenges are just going to get harder and more difficult. Neela: You’re starting to sound like Cam. He always told me that to be a champion you have to act like a champion. Steve: And that means not letting people think that you got your title by sheer luck. Let me give you a slight history lesson hon. Steve goes and sits down and pulls Neela onto his lap. He brushes the hair away from her face and knows he’s lucky to have this very beautiful young lady as his girlfriend. But he also knows that as much as Cam, then Lynn, had taught her, they hadn’t taught her everything. Technically she was good, but she could be better. But the only way that would come would be experience and time. But Neela needs to know that she can do the task in her. Steve: Did Cam ever tell you how he got the FTWO TransAtlantic title? Neela: No. Steve:He was in a tournament, sort of like the one him and Brian are in now. But he had to face some of the toughest in the business to even get remotely close. He made it to the finals and he it took everything he had, and then some, just like you had at Apocalypse. But after he won the title his matches were ALL like that. He could never relax, never ease up. It’s why for two and half years he was the champion. It’s why when HVE and FTWO merged he went in as their champion and managed to keep it against one of the most psychological wrestlers you can imagine, and he won. Then he got a shot at their world title, and he won that because his opponent went in totally cocky and arrogant. Neela: Well this is fascinating, but what are you getting at? Steve: I’m getting at that if you want to keep this title, which granted should have stability, and you did that, you need to focus more. Yes you are training and making sure you are in the best shape you can be, but you also need to make sure your mind is totally in this match. If that means that…. Neela: No! Steve: If I’m a distraction then I’ll stay at home until this match is over. But if you get by Kennedy, whoever you face next could be just as tough. The roster in SCW isn’t like it was a year ago. It’s got a lot tougher, and the roster is a lot bigger. You can’t take anyone lightly these days. Neela: I get what you’re saying. Maybe then…… Neela stands up and pulls Steve up. He pulls her close and looks at her. Steve: Now or do you want to wait? Neela: Now so that I can rest some. On Camera The camera opens to show Neela sitting on the small patio of her home, enjoying what is an unusually warm night, the ocean sounding gently in the background. She’s dressed more casual then she usually is, wearing a light yellow sweatshirt and pants, her loose hair blowing in the soft breeze that is coming off the ocean this evening. Neela: Brian Kennedy. The next person to step into the SCW ring against me. A man who thinks he knows me but yet knows nothing. You got so much wrong Brian it’s not even funny. You say I’m trying to make a name for myself, well damn right I am. And I would say that as far as SCW goes I’ve doing well with that idea. Everyone here knows my name and knows you can’t take me lightly because I do live up to my past and to my trainers. You say I can never live up to Amy Chastaine or Lynn Brewster. That is quite ironic you mention them because I look up to both. One of them led the way the way for the other. In fact, she opened the door for Amy because she was head of the federation that first took a chance, a company called WOF. Did you know that little fact Brian? Did you know that Lynn was the one who took a chance on Amy? She did, just like Lynn took a chance on me. See Brian, you talk about like I have no clue on who Lynn is, when reality is she is one of my trainers, her and Cam Davitt. They became my trainers where Brian Brewster asked them to take me under their wings and lead me into the path of being a great wrestler. That was not quite two years ago, and I think in that time I’ve done rather well in that time. Neela shakes her head as if she’s dealing with an imbecile who knows nothin about her. So you’ve been following me for three years….wow, that is QUITE a trick given I didn’t start my professional career in this business just over two years ago, and I mean by literally days ago it was two years ago when I was signed to this company called VOW. It was run by someone perhaps you’ve heard of, Shane Lawson. It was there I met another young wrestler named Brian Brewster, who asked his friend Cam Davitt to take me under his wing, to do him a favor and train Brian and myself. So for you to claim you have watched for the last three years, well…..is a total lie. Three years ago I was still working with my father, and I had no inkling to come to the States. I had heard of Lynn and Cam, but until the beginning of next year, I didn’t know I would one day cross paths with them, let alone work WITH them or be trained BY them. Then my father died at the beginning of the year, which was ironic because the beginning of the year is symbolic for those of the Shinto faith. My father had died, I didn’t know what would be next, and he came to me. He told me he had heard I wanted to be a wrestler and would I want to travel to the States to work with one or both of them. In the meantime I was contacted by Mr. Lawson, and he asked if I would be interested in working for him. I saw it as a sign that my life was to change, and it did. While there I met Brian, and he took an interest in me, and asked Cam to be my trainer. Then a few months later Lynn also became my trainer. Neela stands up and stretches across the low wall that hits her at about her waist. She thinks for a moment as the breeze off the auction whips her loose hair around her face. She finally brushes back what she cans, then looks at the camera. Macy Kaos was a poor excuse for a champion and a wrestler. She tried to be this pyromaniac who was psychotic as well….who had lost “oh so much”. I lost my FATHER!! I lost the man I love so much! She wants to play the pathetic carc? I have her beaten in a dozen different ways if she wants to go that way. Neela stops, and just breaths for a few moments, trying to regain her focus, to become calm again. Finally she does and she continues. Anyway I have never used my emotions of how I felt when I lost the man who had taught me so much, and I told Macy so. Then you try to say I’m not thinking this match all the way through. You think I’m following my heart? No, my mind is clear, I definitely know of “living legend” Brian Kennedy. Someone needs to knock you down a few notches and it will be me. I will be watching you and your every move, so there is no need to be looking over my shoulder. Everyone who faces me is doing what you are, knowing you are after my title. I would be dumb to think you aren’t and to be thinking of the celebration afterwards. I have a feeling Jesse Owusu thought precisely like you do, that this would be an easy match. I hope you aren’t thinking like he did because I KNOW he thought that way…thinking of after the match instead of what would happen during the match….because he LOST! I will put up the same fight I put up against him. I will take you to your limits. I do nothing but that every time I get in there ring. I don’t go in thinking it will be a breeze and that I will win, but that this is a do all, end all match. It’s the same way I approach any championship match. I approach….any match. So know Brian, you want the girl who is serious about wrestling, well that is what you are getting. However the thing you got wrong Brian is who the champion will be at the end. It will be me, and I will continue my winning ways. |

Off Camera….February 12, 2013 after XPW’s Road to Immortality Pay Per view Lynn is pacing in her den as Cam and Brian watch her. She is very unhappy, it’s evident on her face, but she hasn’t said a word since they both walked in. Finally Cam breaks the awkward silence. Cam: Lynn, look it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Lynn spins on him and the anger is unleashed. Lynn: Not anyone’s fault:?!? First you got pinned then Brian. Cam: It was a triple threat, and you know that we don’t… Lynn: You got PINNED! I don’t give a shit if it had been a one on one fight with Thailand Express, or a triple threat with a team that had no business there! What’s worse is you were eliminated first! People are going to say you were fucking distracted! How could you? Cam stands up and takes hold of Lynn by the arms, looking as if he wants to shake her. Instead he stops her from her pacing. Cam: I thought we agreed that you wouldn’t get worked up about stuff. We lost, it happened. But we also quit there, after sending a loud message to Thailand Express. We are focused on SCW now, at least I KNOW I am. They both look at Brian who is still seated. Cam knows that Brian, the nephew that Lynn has come to finally loved after years of hate, is part of the cause of Lynn’s anger. He knew what she was thinking. But she says it finally to Brian’s face. Lynn: You’re the reason we lost Brian! I told you that you have to be focused or this would happen! Brian stand up, the anger on HIS face evident as he’s been holding in, not wanting to lash out at Lynn, but he can’t take this abuse any longer. Brian: Pardon me? How dare you say I’m not focused! I am focused! Lynn: Yeah and how many times have you been out to visit Neela? You’re never freakin home! Brian: I live here! You know when I’m home and gone! Lynn: Then why is your car never here!?! Brian stops, stunned by this. As far as HE knew his car was always there, he was upstairs in his room, giving Lynn her peace and quiet, or downstairs working out. But he left his door open, he wanted Lynn to visit him and she never did. If she was basing visiting him on his car being gone, and it was gone…..it made no sense to him. Brian: Lynn, I’ve always been here. And I mean not just when Cam comes to work with me. I mean that I’m here….pretty much all the time. I haven’t gone to visit dad although he calls all the time saying he wants to talk to me. I know he wants to rip me apart for living here, so I don’t go over there. I swear Lynn! Lynn stares at Brian, and knows he’s telling the truth. But yet it didn’t explain where his car was going without him except she had seen it at Neela’s house. She had seen it there when she had visited Cam, she had driven out of her way to check on Neela and seeing Brian’s car there, and she had wanted to stop and tell Brian to take it slow. But if she wants to believe Brian where was….. Cam: Then who is taking your car? Lynn: The only logical person would be Steve, but what would he be going out there? I don’t think he’s spoke five words to Neela, at least as far as I know. Cam: Well let me ask you this, are you calm enough now to let us say something to the half of the team that actually SAID something to us? Lynn: Well be prepared for tomorrow, you know he will say something before show. Cam: We will be, in the meantime…. Brian takes a deep breath. The fight had been avoided. He did know where his car was going, that it was going to see Neela, and it wasn’t driving itself. He knew who was driving it, but he didn’t want to be the one to rat out one of his uncles. He follows Cam and Lynn, keeping the secret to himself. He knows eventually it will be revealed and he hopes he isn’t the one who will end up revealing the perpetrator of this event. Off Camera The camera opens to see Cam and Brian sitting on a low rock wall, a large backyard behind them. They both have a determined look on their face. Cam: So finally our match comes and unfortunately it’s not against the team we thought it would be, because one of them got smart and abandoned the group. Although honestly Eric I do question who you joined in place of this team. Brian: But this isn’t about you and Fury anymore….now it’s about Fury and Marvin Shadows. You know Fury, I was looking forward to this match but really, you seem to think that Lynn dropped out of Feral Destruction just to avoid you, when I can tell you, nothing is further from the truth. She was truly looking forward to a match with you, because she wanted to beat you once again. You talk about how I’ve been in “no name feds”. I’m insulted by that because Fury you have conveniently forgotten I was in SWAT and that I was challenging for their top title in my region. I took on half of Thailand Express. I fought and clawed my way up there. I put up with people who said I was Lynn’s brother, people who said that I was her son, and people who said she got me the job. And we are talking about the woman you speak rather highly of….the woman who was the SWAT Women’s champion for over a year. I was also in EWA and then I was in HVW. I admit I had a rough start there, but I stayed there and was on my way towards the top when it closed. Last time I looked…Feral Destruction were tag champions there three times, Cam was their TransAtlantic and World champion. Then there was the company that I was tag champion with Lynn, the company where I was given a shot and had a match for their world title when it suddenly closed…RIW. In fact I was tag champion there twice. I joined FTWO, a company I had wanted in before it closed but was denied because Lynn refused to hire family….although she unknowingly did but that’s another story for another day. But see Fury, SWAT, RIW, HVW, FTWO….they are not ‘no name feds” as you put it. Now I’m in SCW, I was briefly in XPW. In one quick sentence YOU trashed this very company. I’ve proven I’ve been in feds with “a name”. You say I’ve done nothing….yet I’ve gone for several titles, I came very close to the top title in feds, and I was a champion. So Fury…I’ve proven you wrong. As for Marvin Shadows, he’s proven how “valuable” he is to your little group. A man who waits until mere hours before the show before he finally talks. I know why he’s in your group, he’s the weak link in this group. I don’t buy that he wins with his actions in the ring, he hasn’t been very successful there. Hell by your standards Fury…he’s in a “no name fed”. What? Have I got under your skin with that? I hope so, it’s precisely what I’m trying to do. As for “evolving” as that is the other word you threw out, we are evolving, we are showing that we are as good as this team as the original that you speak of. You can silently act like Lynn got pregnant on purpose to avoid you, and that is precisely how you are acting, but we are showing that as this team we can win just like Lynn and Cam did. People use to say that Cam was riding Lynn’s coat tails…but he was a champion. The camera switches to Cam who’s look of anger has deepen greatly from when Brian started. He’s obviously very unhappy with what Fury said. Cam: So you want to talk about how I haven’t been a champion for nearly four years. Well being a champion isn’t everything, although it is nice. But you conveniently forgot that I was a champion in two companies that merged with each other technically two and half years, I was even world champion. You wonder if I have the ability to be a leader. Have you not noticed that for over half a year I had the top feud around here with Jordan Post, and now that man is afraid to cross my path. I showed everyone that I can still go the limits and still be one of the top faces around here. A person I trained, and trained with pride, is now the world champion of this company. In fact did you know that Lynn fought coming here because we didn’t want people saying the very crap you are, that it’s been four years since her and I were champions, but no, you want to say I have ring rust. Well as I said Fury, I’ve been in SCW….pretty much since it started which was a year ago. So I’ve worked off the ring rust. But are you like others and dumb enough to not look at the numbers? I thought you were smarter than that, but instead come across as a dumb ass. As for you Marvin, I think Brian pretty much covered it all. You haven’t exactly had a stunning showing here in SCW. Yes you’ve won a few and you lost a few, but while I was making myself known around here, you stayed in the background. Now…well since Fury talked about people carrying others, the poor girl has to carry you. When she was with Eric, we knew we were facing a premier tag team. You and Eric were off the wall, cream of the crop, but if your sweetie Eric is bailing out of this group of misfits, I have to wonder about them. Priest seems like a good wrestler, although he’s….well very talented wrestler, the type people will talk about. You all got rid of Simone, the smartest thing you have done, but then you have Marvin…and he reminds me of a poor man’s Undertaker or such. But Marvin, I feel like you don’t even try. I do have to ask….why bring your UCW title with you? It has absolutely no bearing in this match. It’s not half of their tag team titles, this fed is SCW, and it only makes you seem very pretentious. Brian: She should have left it at home. Cam: I totally agree. You say you earned your place in this match. The only way we feel you got this place in this match, against us….a team that is known for greatness, is you do a lot of talking. Or well, Priest does a lot of talking. Plus you say we got placed on the card because of the legacy of our name. Well it seems you did the same thing. The name of the group is Society of Destruction but the Society has certainly changed. I don’t remember Priest and Marvin being part of this group ever until now. I remember the Society being like Feral Destruction, it was a name that put fear into our opponents. Now with the exception of one person it’s a ragtag band of misfits who are pathetic excuses for wrestlers. The only exception isn’t even the leader of the group….are you Fury. Brian: I do have to wonder why that is. Fury has a history that is…to say the least extremely impressive. You’ve done so much in your career and now you are with a group that can hardly tie up their wrestling boots. Your “leader” Priest is in the opening match. The only upside is that it’s for the Alternative title, but look who he is facing. He’s facing Aerik Walker, who is in his first match here, Stefanos Dos Rios who is very dedicated but always seem to miss out by THAT much, and Christian Robbins who has done nothing but lose. Yes Priest will likely get the win but that’s only because the group he is facing are a bunch of known losers. Then you have Kronik…you want to talk about people who are getting ahead purely because of who they know, this guy is it. In SCW all he’s done is team with Priest. At least we are both excellent singles wrestlers as well, with your group I would say only Priest and Fury can prove that to us. Cam: Then you talk about how we will be contemplating retirement for the eighth time. I would love for you to say precisely WHEN we did that, and yes I mean Lynn and myself. If you are trying to count the times nine years ago when Lynn teamed on and off with Troy between times with me, then you have the totally wrong team. Since Lynn and I formed Feral Destruction we may have taken a couple years off, but we didn’t say “we retired” EVER. There is a difference in taking a bit of time off and retiring. Retiring implies you will NEVER be back, and we never said that. So please, I beg you show me where we said those words, because I am pretty sure that we never uttered that statement. Brian: You say RIW failed because we left when the going got good. Um…wow you really got that right. Who says I was leaving? That Lynn was leaving? That Troy Poole, a very good friend of Lynn and Cam’s said he was leaving? Even Alzy, who is part of the Brewster family, say he was leaving? If you were told by the self-centered, egotistical, I’m going to fire any wrestler who speaks out against me owner then you got very bad information. We never quit, we wanted to stay but we were FIRED by Alyon, and you want to know why? Because he knew we knew all his dirty secrets about why he wasn’t paying attention to his company, and why he left it to others then got so upset at the decisions they made. He upped and closed it with no warning. So you can say we were fired when we were fighting to stay there. And your dear? You don’t intimidate us, you make us sound like we fear you. No, it’s more like we feel like we’re….. Cam: Dealing with idiot savants. Given the reaction in another company, we know that people remember the name. Hell the SCW fans remember our name because I’ve been here a year! Fury everything you said is utter bullshit and we will bring the fight. Brian: We will be making sure you are the ones who are carried out. Then you can lie on your couch as your sweetie Eric takes care of you in between his matches as part of nWo, and you can wonder how we beat you. I’ll make it simply for you and Marvin. You shouldn’t have said shit that was wrong about us. Cam: We will prove we are still here and why Feral Destruction is a name that is still feared. Camera watches as Cam and Brian get up. Cam knocks over the camera and it fades to the Feral Destruction logo of the wildcat against the Feral Destruction name and then fades to black. |

-|Birth of a Monster|- Prologue If anyone who has been in the wrestling buisness for any length of time, at one point in your career you get bit by the thirst. You know, the thirst. It's not the kind of thirst when your body is dehydrated. This is different. It pertains to anyone who loves this business as much as I do. I'm talking about the need to be the best. I've been in this buisness for almost three decades and I can honestly say that I'm a bonfide legend. I've beaten everyone there is to beat in this industry. I've won more titles than I can keep up with. Hell I've even been a part of a lot "firsts" in this industry. So all in all, I've accomplished what most guys dream of. I know it sounds cocky, but it's cold hard reality. I may be old and washed up in many people's eyes but you have to look at what's right in front of you. I only get better as I age and I've proven that day in and day out. But even with all the accolades in my career, there's still something that's missing. Something that has been beckoning me for years. And that's championship gold. You see, before I came to the SCW, I was in a promotion called Motor City Wrestling. A promotion where superstars were made legends... Well if superstars were made legends there then I guess it's true. After all out of all the talent they had there they only focused on three or four people at the most. Everyone else were just to be jobbed out or pissed on by the management and creative staff. I know because I was one of those people. I was one of the promotions origionals and I was treated like shit. Yeah I'll get a lot of heat for saying this but I don't care at this point. I gave the MCW everything I had and I always had to take a backseat to people like Rayne Young, Dazz, Vitriol, Glory Braddock, Angelica Jones, and Eric Sailes. Don't get me wrong, these people weren't bad in the ring. But then again they weren't good either. Matter of fact, the names I mentioned I've also beaten them as well. In my mind the only reason why those guys got fame and fortune is because they're all prima donnas who think they're better than everyone else. But now where is Motor City Wrestling? IT'S DEAD! And good riddance to you. I know it's probably a mean thing to say but with all due respect I say I'm glad you went out of business. Because with dead issues gone, new opportunities arise. Now I'm part of the SCW where legends are truly made. Here they really value people who can promote their rather than base it on what they say they can bring to the table. Since I've been here, I've dominated the roster and I've made a legit name for myself. But there's something still missing. Something I haven't had in a long time but I will be one more step closer after Spring Meltdown. For it's been too long since Priest has held gold but no longer will I fight it. I will do whatever I have to do to get to the top of the SCW . I don't care if I have to destroy the whole damn company to get what I want. I will be the World Champion when it's all said and done. But don't think I'm overlooking my opponents because to me they are all stepping stone to where I want to go. So the only thing I have to say is if anyone wants a piece of me I've only got three words for you. JUST BRING IT! __________________ -|Beast Awakened|- Sometimes in life everyone goes through a "crossroads" in their careers. It's the point in your career when it comes to a stand still. For a long time I was one of the most feared men in the wrestling industry. I worked hard for that reputation too. Back then all you had to look at was your name next to mine you would cringe in fear. It was worse if you were a rookie. Because even rookies knew my mannerisms in the ring and outside of it. I could bury your career in an instant if I wanted to. The good old days. But something happened. Something that I didn't foresee. I allowed the glitz and the glamour go to my head and as much as I refuse to see it, I've become a shadow of my former self. Yes maybe I have gone soft because of all the success but hell anyone would. But I can't accept this reality. I can't accept it because I have so much more to accomplish before I retire for good. But I'm not retiring without reaching immortality status. I've lost my edge and I need to get it back. But to do that I had to go to a place where I haven't been in a long time... Driving up to the cemetary, my whole body went numb as its been almost twenty years since I've been here. Ever since my late wife passed away I've only seen her twice in twenty years. I know it sounds bad, but when you live as close to the sword as I do, you forget to do things that are most important. Looking at the entrance, the place beckoned me to come inside. Walking down the middle aisle, I started to look for her grave. So many souls buried in such a desolate place. After a few minutes searching, I finally found her grave. Looking at it there were leaves on her name plate so I dusted it off with my hand. Staring at her name, I bowed my head down and started to talk to her. "Rebecca, I know it's been a long time since I've visited you but my mind was clouded with deceit. I let my obssession ruin what we had. I know what I did and I'm sorry for what I put you through. I should have never let my superiors put you to where you could be in danger. But I did. I've had to live with that decision for twenty years. I need your forgiveness in order to move on with my life. My life is at a stand still and I need to reconcile with you. If you can hear me, please give me a sign." At that point the ground shook and the wheather changed from a calm mood to an almost hellish site. Looking at the site I knew i got the answer to what I was searching for. As the scene calmed, a figure arose from Rebecca's grave in the form of her. Looking at her I couldn't believe my eyes. "Rebecca? You're supposed to be dead." "I'm alive through you my love." Not looking at her, Rebecca put her hand on my shoulder and I felt it. Lifting my head up, she took my face in her hands and kissed me. Kissing her back I put my arms around her and held her for a long moment. "I can't believe you're alive. How is this possible?" "Well I know you've been tormented for years over what happened to me. So the gods that control us granted me this request. I've only got a few moments to spend with you before I go back." "But I want you to stay. I've missed you so much." Touching her face, I knew she was right but I didn't want this moment to end. "But I don't want this moment to end." Smiling, Rebecca kissed me as the moon lit above us. Looking deep in my eyes, she took my face in her hands. "I don't either but I have to go. Promise me that you'll live life to it's fullest my love." Looking at her, I was hesistant but after a brief moment I knew my burden that I've been carrying for over two decades was finally lifted. "I promise my love." With that Rebecca looked at me as she smiled with joy. "Now go my love and fufill the journey you sought for all these years." As she said that she disappeared as I watched. With the weather changing back to its normal place I was at the same place I started. But for some reason this strange encounter gave me closure to what I've been holding inside for years. Call it fate. Call it kharma. Whatever you want to call it there is only one thing that is clear. The beast is awakened. _______________________________________ You know a long time ago I thought my time in this business was done. For a long time my career was at a stand still. Yet despite that fact, I still trained every day. I still teared it up. But something was missing. Back then I couldn't figure it out but now it crystal clear to me. The person that I was when I was in my prime was buried. I don't know how it happened but like a normal person I became human. I used to revel into striking fear into my opponents. Matter of fact just knowing or seeing their name next to mine was enough to make them shit their pants. Now? As much as I hate to admit it, but I've become a shadow of my former self. But you know what? Despite all that I still trained hard every single day. But I train with no purpose. For the first time in my life I've been training with no goals. Hell I've already accomplished everything I've wanted to do in this business. But now there really isn't a reason to be so passionate about this business. That is until now. Up until a few weeks ago, a fellow brother of the Society of Destruction faced a man who I know very well. And he goes by the name of Aerik Walker. Now watching Marvin Shadows fight this man it was apparant that Walker was on a mission to make a name for himself. After all even though he isn't new to this business, he's still a rookie in the SCW and he had to make a lasting impression. And did he ever make one by defeating Shadows at the last Overdrive. But litte does he know that his win only lighted a fire that has been out for a long time. _________________________________ Sitting in my living room, I had a lot on my mind. Usually I'm very laid back when I'm home but today I felt different. I find myself facing a man who I have a long history with. When we were employed with Motor City Wrestling we were both treated like "run of the mill" talent. Even though we had everything you could want in a wrestler, the higher ups felt the need to book us as "welcoming mats" for the new talent they signed. At first I was all for that idea because they actually looked at me as a legend on their roster. However as months went by I saw it for what it truly was. All they wanted to do was make fun of me and ridicule my accomplishments. You see in the MCW, if one person on their staff didn't like they would bury you like it's no tomorrow. I was promised shot after shot for years. Yet despite me being their most reliable guy they gave opportunities to people less deserving. Rayne Young. Jacob Laymon. Glory Braddock. Kirsta Lewis. Angelica Jones. Dazz. Just to name a few. And the bad part of it all, is that I've beaten every single one of these superstars. Yet despite that fact, I was always pushed aside for someone else who wanted a quick way to fame and fortune. So if you were in my shoes, you can feel my frustrations with the company. Yet through all that pain and torment a sigh of relief came. That relief came when I decided to sign with the SCW. At first I was relunctant to trust anyone. After all, when you've been through as much as I have it's hard to trust people. But surprisingly the SCW staff took me in like one of their own. I worked hard every single week and they rewarded me for it. They knew what real talent was. "Hey bro, you ok?" Just then my brother Kronik walked into the room. Looking at him, I snapped back into reality. "Yeah man. Just thinking about some serious shit." "About Walker? Don't sweat it bro. You've got this." "I know man. I've just had a lot on my mind lately." "Hey man. We're on a big roll thus far. We made it to the second round of the tag tournament and you're in a number one contender's match for the Alternative Title. Not bad in a days work." "Yeah but it's a fatal four way and I know nothing about Christian Robbins or Stefanos Los Rios." "Forget about them. The only two people that matter in this is you and Aerik Walker. Robbins and Los Rios are just innocent bystanders." Anyway I'm going to the gym to get my workout in so I'll see you later." "Alright man. I'll see you later." As Kronik grabbed his bag, he opened the door and a woman was standing in front of it with a stunned look on her face. Looking at her, Kronik gave her the once over before speaking to her. "Who are you?" Mesmorized by Kronik's size, the lady stepped back a little bit before responding. "I'm Allie Queen and Priest invited me here for a sit down interview?" "Priest there's someone here to see you bro!" Getting up from my couch, I walked over and just nodded at Allie. Sticking my hand out, I gestured it towards her as she looked on. "It's nice of you to make it, Ms. Queen. " "The pleasure is all mine, Priest. Thank you for having me. Your place is amazing." "Thanks. Why don't we go into my den so we can get this interview started." Leading her through my trophy room, Allie was amazed as to how much I have accomplished throughout my career. Indeed I have accomplished a lot but I wanted to achieve immortality. As I opened the door to my den, it was decorated with several pieces of expensive art as well as a display case showcasing the championships I have won in my career. Taking a seat behind my desk, I signaled Allie to take an empty seat as she started the interview. "You've done quite well for yourself in your career, Priest. I've never seen so many accolades in one room before." "Well it comes with the territory Ms. Queen. I worked my ass off to achieve everything I have. So it's nice when people actually acknowledge my hard work." "It's no problem. When I first saw you I knew you had what most superstars long for." "And what's that?" "The entire package. Most guys don't achieve that in their careers, but you've attained it all." Nodding my head, Allie took a tape recorder and put it on my desk. Pressing the record button, she got to the real questions. "So now that you have been with the SCW for quite awhile, you've made a big impact. What are you thoughts in your time with the SCW thus far?" "Well, like everything I've done in my career I always make a big impact no matter where I am. The first time this promotion was open, it had very few big names on its roster. Then when I came into the picture it all changed. I brought back the work ethics that come with this business. " "Work ethics." "Yes. Work ethics. Before wrestling became a media circus, wrestling was all about telling a story and taking the fans for a ride they'll never forget. Nowadays the wrestlers are overly concerned with how many titles theyve won or how much tv time they get. What they've forgotton is that no matter how many titles you win, you still suck if you don't have the whole package." "I never thought of it that way Priest. But you are right. Story telling is a lost art in wrestling these days. When I look at you, I see you as the last of "your kind" so to speak." "What do you mean when you say "Your kind?" "What I meant was that the style you bring to the table is the smash mouth style. You wrestle head on and you wrestle with a methodical pace. Not too many guys nowadays do that." "That's just it. No one in this buisness wrestles the smash mouth style anymore. They think having a few flashy moves and a few catch phrases constitutes them being a superstar. It's more than that. You have to have agility, strength, power, charisma, and ring psychology. When you have all that, you are the complete package. I worked my entire career to achieve that and I can honestly say that I'm one of the best superstars to ever set foot in a wrestling ring." "No one can deny that Priest. I've seen first hand of what you're capable of. In your tag team match with your brother Kronik, you absolutely destroyed your opponents. The Walking Dead did everything they could to bring you down, but in the end you sheer size and power were their demise. Now you find yourself in a fatal four way gauntlet match to determine the number one contender to Jessica Tendonin's Alternative Title. What are your thoughts as you head into this match?" "The same way I head into any match I'm. Kick ass and take no names. I don't believe in putting a lot of emphasis on my opponents but if I have to, I will go to great lengths to prove my point. I know there's three other people in this match, but I'm only focused on one." "Aerik Walker?" "Yes. Me and him have a very long history. It goes back to when we were in the MCW. While I he had my respect for some time, he lost it for the simple fact that he let his own delusions believe he was large than this business. Truth be told, he is at my level when it comes to calibur. If there's anyone I would want to face it's him. He has the same beliefs and values that I hold and his in ring work is impecable. The only thing that holds him back is his work ethic. He's lazy and in the end, I'm going to prove why I'm better than him." "What about Stefanos Los Rios and Christian Robbins?" "They're just innocent bystanders in a feud that has lasted for a very long time. But I'm sure they'll try to win this because it's a shot a championship. Well they can fight all they want because when it's all over I'll be one step closer to achieving immortality." "Very good Priest. Well that concludes this interview. By the way did you know that Jessica Tendonin is an avid racer?" "Is she? I didn't know that." "She's having a show here in a few weeks. You should go see her if you have time." "I think I might just do that. Thank you for your visit. Ms. Queen. "Just call me Allie, Priest. Good luck in your match at Spring Madness." "I don't need luck, Allie. I was born ready." As I showed Allie out, she was still awestruck by my estate. Before she headed out, she slipped me a piece of paper with her name on it. "Give me a call sometime if you need some female companionship." Looking at her walk out I knew I was already in deep but it didn't matter. My mind was focused on only one thing. Winning this match and going on to facing Jessica Tendonin to right a wrong. It was go time and this time I wasn't holding anything back. _____________________________ You know there comes a time where everyone comes to a standstill in their life. Whether you be a doctor. A lawyer. Even a nurse. Everyone comes to that sticking point to where they become complacent. I never thought it would happen to me but it did. I allowed myself to get caught up with all the fame and fortune I have garnered in my career. While it makes some people better, it made me soft. I forgot what it was to be a pure wrestler. I prided myself in being the best there is but somewhere down the line I lost my edge. Now as sick as this is going to sound one person brought me back to reality and that man is Aerik Wallker. For a long time I had the utmost respect for this man. If anything he was the mirror image of myself when I was younger. We both wrestled the smash mouth style and we both worked our asses off to get everything we have. After awhile, Walker lost his roots and got caught in his own bullshit. He believes he is bigger than this sport which isn't true. He didn't become the man he is by himself. Like me he had help. If you take away his size and his look you've got nothing to work with. Well now that we're no longer part of MCW we're on a even playing field. Yeah he beat the last time we faced off but that was politics. This time he's facing the man that everyone loves to hate. This time he's facing a man who won't hesitate to end your career. However, there are two other pieces to this equation. Stefanos Los Rios and Christian Robbins. Why the hell are in this match I'll never know. Neither one of you deserve this shot and I'm going to show the entire world why both of you aren't fit to be in my ring. I haven't dismissed either of you. But the fact is that neither of you our relevant to my true task at hand. It's put up or shut up time now boys. Priest is back and at Spring Madness I will win this fatal four way gauntlet match. But don't get mad when you lose. It wasn't because you weren't prepared. It wasn't because you didn't train hard enough. It's simply because I'm better than you. See you soon boys. |

Part One: CD “JASON TENDONIN!” Jessica Tendonin, the SCW Alternative Champion, had woken up later than usual that morning, having spent a late night with her sister and their friends. She’d awakened and got in the shower, simple enough and without incident. Upon exiting her full bathroom, however, the business hit the fan. When she went to her dresser to retrieve some underclothes (bra, panties, and socks), she found her drawer with her panties cleared out, save for one article. There was a leopard print thong (it didn’t belong to her) lying neatly in the center of the drawer, with a note. It read as follows; “Hey, your old knickers were boring, so I hope you like this gift. I took the liberty of taking care of your old ones.” Jessica put her bathrobe back on and began storming through the mansion, looking for her brother in law. “JASON! When I find you, I’m kicking your ass!” She thundered, opening doors left and right. Though all of their family who stayed there had regular rooms, Jason sometimes switched with someone else or one of the empty rooms. It took her about ten minutes to rush through the second floor. After that, she went down the stairs, looking for the man her husband called his brother. Eventually, she found Jason, and her husband Lucius, in the corridor leading to the theater room, leaning again the wall, talking animatedly. Jason jumped when he saw her. “Oh shit! Gotta roll, brother mine,” Jason said jumping up into the air before landing and running away from Jessica, who had begun striding forward to give chase. Lucius put his arm around her waist and stopped her. “Hey, what did he do this time?” Lucius asked, sounding slightly amused. Jessica fumed. “While I was in the shower, he took all of my panties!” Jessica said, loudly, trying to get free of her big husband’s grasp. “All of them?” Lucius said, smiling. Jessica was about to nod and say yes when Lucius lifted the hem of her robe, looking at her backside. Jessica gasped, knocking his hand away. “Seriously, Lucius?” Jessica said, punching him (lightly) in the stomach before running off to find Jason. She left Lucius standing in the corridor, laughing. *********** After Jason left, Jessica and Lucius began making plans for the day. Jessica wanted to slide down to Akron and enter a racing competition, but Lucius wanted to see a movie. Lucius offered a compromise; it was only eleven in the morning, so they had plenty of time to do both things. They could go see the movie first and then go to the races afterwards. Jessica thought about it for a moment. It wasn’t a bad idea. It just meant she’d have less time to peep out the competition. “Okay, what film do you want to see, husband?” Jessica asked with a sweet smile. Lucius then took on a mock thoughtful expression. “You know, now that you mention it, I don’t even know what’s playing these days,” Lucius replied, scratching his head. “Is Argo still in the cinema?” “Lucius?” Jessica was lying on the sofa, her head in her husband’s lap. “Yes?” Lucius answered as he began rubbing Jessica’s head, playing in her dark hair. “Do you really want to go see some films?” Jessica asked, looking up at him. “I would like to. We can go another day, my dear,” Lucius replied. Jessica smiled. Her racing career was very important to her. But, so was her husband and him being happy. “Then, today, we shall spend many hours in the theater, Lucius!” Jessica jumped up, full of energy. Lucius smiled, realizing what she had done. “Are you sure?” “Da, konechno!” Jessica said, speaking Russian. This was even rarer than her speaking Spanish. “Today, I am dedicating everything I do, to my amazing husband.” Jessica said, leaning over and kissing him. As their lips met, Jessica felt Lucius pull her to him and they continued kissing. Spontaneous was not something Lucius and Jessica were known for, but at that moment, neither could deny it. After a couple of hours, the two lay on the floor, exhausted. Jessica was half asleep when Lucius called out to her. “Mmm…yes?” She said sleepily, opening her eyes. Lucius touched her face affectionately. “Would like to go for a second round, or should we get a quick shower and head to the cinema?” He said, talking lightly. Jessica thought about it for a moment. She wouldn’t mind making love to her husband for another three hours (if they could find the strength), but she had also promised to go to the cinema with him. So it was, they took a half hour to both shower and dress. The weather was nice, but they took Lucius’ Hummer. In a rare event, Lucius let Jessica drive the gas guzzling machine. The Paraguayan wasn’t accustomed to driving the big beast, but she handled it well. When they arrived at the cinema, they sat in the oversized SUV for a few moments, talking. “You sure you want to be here all day? There’s some good films playing, but you won’t be able to do this race again until next year.” Lucius said, reminding his wife what she was giving up for the day. Jessica looked at him and smiled. “It is okay, Lucius. I do not feel that I am giving up anything. I get to spend time with you, so I am happy,” Jessica said by way explanation. Lucius smiled and kissed her hand. The couple exited the vehicle and entered the cinema, where they remained for the next 13 hours. Seeing six films, they had a good deal of fun. By the time they returned home that evening, both were tired. They had stopped for takeout, buying dinner. They cuddled in their shared bedroom, watching The Notebook. They fell asleep before the movie ended, but they had seen it before. The last thought in Jessica’s head was that if she had gone to Akron for her racing, she would just be heading home now. |

Scene 1; Unwanted Visions Type of Promo: Non Dialogue Character Development (I haven’t done this in a while lol) Location: Chicago, Illinois The screen opens to see our subject Marvin Shadows tossing and turning in his bed, trying to shake off the nightmares coming to his already troubled mind. It’s happening again. Visions of her keep appearing. Visions of her once lovely smile turned slowly fading away and her body being placed in the casket. Visions of the car crash that took away her young life. Visions of her leaving him forever plagued his mind. It has been almost five years since her death, but Melody Angel, who he dearly loves, keeps him awake at random nights. No, now it’s not the time! No, not when he’s days away before his big tag-team match with his SOD’s partner Fury against a credible tag-team like Feral Destruction. If you’re wondering why Marvin has been quiet lately and keeping himself distance from everyone, it was because of these visions bothering him. He can’t focus. He can’t get into the game mood. Sure, his loss against Aerik Walker damaged his confidence a bit. But these visions are much worse. He can’t help but to think….is Melody really happy for his decision to join Society of Destruction? Is it even worth being part of a stable despite vowing to himself years ago that he will only fight for her honor and himself? What if his brother Aaron is right? What if Society of Destruction kicks him out like they did with Simone? No, stop saying nonsense, Marvin thought. Oh great, visions of Melody’s corpse now turns into doubts of his status in SOD. No, he can’t take it anymore. Marvin gets off his bed and goes to the restroom. He looks at zombie looking eyes and turns on the tap, letting the cool water runs. He then cups his hands and splashes the liquid on his face, hoping that will wake him up from the ongoing nightmares. He uses a towel to wipe his face before looking at the mirror again. He still looks like shit, but eh, he doesn’t care anymore. He exits the restroom and decides to look at the alarm clock. 1:45 am. Marvin shakes his head and decides that maybe he should take a walk around the park. He puts on a white jogging pant and goes to the closet to get his Chicago bears sweater jacket. Thankfully the snow is slowly going away and the weather is starting to get warmer. Marvin leaves the master bedroom and heads downstairs carefully. He then grabs his retro Nikes and heads out of the door. Ahh, nothing is better than fresh air to calm the soul of the Second City Beast. He jogs around the neighborhood, hoping a good old exercise will help him prepare for his upcoming match both physically and mentally. As usual, he can hear police sirens and cry of terror coming from the distance, but it doesn’t bother him. Sadly, he used to hearing about a crime happening or witnessing a crime happening itself. For God’s sake, he used to be a “superhero” trying to bring the criminals to justice…but that was oh so long time ago. Now he just doesn’t care anymore. If a meteor this and everyone in Chicago dies, Marvin won’t even shed a tear. He’s done playing the superhero and helping the ungrateful bastards that backstabbed him and killed his fiancé Melody. Since her death, Marvin’s heart has turned black and he doesn’t have empathy like he used to. Nope, forget about them. Screw them! Oh great, now he’s thinking about his “superhero” days and how he was once Chicago’s favourite non-celebrity citizen. It seems like it was only yesterday when he actually received the key to the city from the mayor. Those days were long gone and it’s time for him to move on. Move on to a better beginning. He now has the Society of Destruction on his side and he now has a chance to taste gold, something he hasn’t taste for more than one year. It was his time to shine and he realized that he needs to push aside past demons. He is a new man, in a new stable, walking in a new journey path. No longer will he be mocked for being who he is. No longer is he going to pretend to be the superhero Chicago or even the rest of the world needs. Nope, he’s done doing that. He wonders if Melody is watching him and is truly happy for the new him. Then he realized, no matter what, Melody is always happy for him and he doesn’t give a flying fuck if nobody else is. His parents betrayed him. His two brothers Aaron and Angelo betrayed him. His friends betrayed him. Hell…his own people…Chicago people betrayed him. No more of that he thought. Now, it’s time for the rise of Marvin Roberts…but you can call him Marvin Shadows, The Dark Soldier. Marvin stops jogging and looks up at the sky and silently says hi to Melody before he continues to jog. Now he’s in a mood to cut a promo… Scene 2: Words from the Shadow Type of Promo: Non Dialogue Character Development (I haven’t done this in a while lol) Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba Here we are, at the River Walkway near “The Forks” as the screen opens to see Marvin Shadows I awe of the beautiful scenery in front of him. He breathes in the fresh air and closes his eyes, feeling the wind brushes past him like soft kisses. He sighs and looks at the camera. He looks much better than the last time we saw him and the aura of confidence surrounding him is unmistaken. No, he’s not wearing his wrestling costume and mask. He is wearing a simple track pants and jacket, which suggest that he was jogging around the river walkway earlier before. Marvin Shadows : One valuable thing that my brother Aaron once taught me aside from how to wrestle is that “If you fail, don’t sit around all depressed and mad at the world, get back up and try again. Remember why you tried this in the first place.” At first I didn’t know what he meant and I thought he was mocking me…but finally I understand. I realized that sitting down and acting all depressed isn’t going to help me achieve my goals. I need to pick myself up and try harder. Try to be better. Try to be the Dark Soldier that Society of Destruction really needs. In the battlefield when a soldier is hit by the enemy’s attacks…the soldier doesn’t just lie down and die. Oh no, he gets up and attacks the enemies even harder…giving him everything he got. I know what I’m saying is cheesy and perhaps cringe-worthy, but I don’t care. This is my motivational speech to not to the audience, but to me. I’m a soldier that has been through a lot in my life. So much that I can’t just give up and watch as my world slowly crumbles to my feet Oh no, I’m going to survive You probably been wondering where I‘ve been in the last few weeks and why have I avoided every human contact from people. I’ve been doing lot of thinking lately and I‘ve been having visions. Visions of my dead fiancé still haunt me and as sad it this sounds, I still can’t get over her death. But I realized something; I have a new family to look after. I’m in the Society of Destruction family, a family that preaches about traditional wrestling and telling people the concept of paying your dues. We’re hell bent on showing the world that we truly deserve every attention that we get and the glory that comes with it. We’re not just your typical trophy hunters, but a stable that demands respect and fights for honour, something that is dead in this wrestling business nowadays. I’m tired of seeing the undeserved and the overrated being granted opportunities that they didn’t deserved while the hardworking wrestlers such as myself, Fury, and our leader Priest are being ignored. In fact, why is Priest wrestling for the SCW North American championship instead of the SCW World Championship? See, it is a popularity contest and it saddens me that such great wrestlers like Priest are being overlooked. But, let’s not go off topic. And the fact that Lynn Brewster is now the new general manager of SCW, I feared that things are going to get worse from now on. Speaking of Lynn, let’s talk about her two golden boys Brian and Cam. Marvin sees a couple walk past him and suddenly flashbacks of him and Melody being together appears in his mind. No not now! Marvin shakes his head and goes back to looking at the camera to address his two opponents. Marvin Shadows : Once again I’m sorry for cutting this promo very late and I really hope you guys forgive me. However, I can’t help but to think that you’re guys are hypocritical self-righteous brats by complaining about me not saying something until now. Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t it take a week for you two to respond to Fury’s promo. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t it just recently you finally put your promo video online for the world to see? It likes the pot calling the kettle black. I’m not the only person that waited “mere hours before the show” to finally talk. You question Eric for allowing me to be part of Society of Destruction Cam? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I’m not some random rookie punk fresh out of the training school. There’s a reason why Eric trust me and records show that if Eric has confidence in a certain worker, dammit that worker must have lot of potentials. I may not have the decorated title histories like yourself and Brian, but I’m just slowly but surely reaching my prime. I’m at the top of my game and sure I lost some of my spark down the road since I came here, but I feel like my confidence are slowly building again. I feel like I’m going back to my dominant UCW form when I won the UCW TV championships and fought against Eric Herrera for the same title that I mentioned. A classic battle and Eric can tell you himself that I took him to the limit and almost ended his career. I know that I’m the X-factor and in this match it seems like I’m the least “talented” one here, but I detest. I’m just as a threat as Eric or any of the SOD members. I’m not the weak link, but more of the missing piece that completes SOD as a unit. As for my win and loss record, I don’t care to be honest. Sure I have my share of bad losses and not so great wins, but unlike you Brian and Cam, I don’t want to talk about the past and brag about how I was so close to is at the top. Oh no, I’m not like that. It’s sad that wrestlers nowadays allow titles to define themselves and brag about how they used to be this and that. That shit doesn’t matter. Like what you guys said, we’re in SCW not FTWO, or SWAT, or RIW or whatever crappy feds you guys used to be in. And to be honest, Brian, you haven’t done anything here to warrant such ego you’ve developing. I fact, your ego is growing instead of your maturity and strengths in the ring. And you fail to realize Brain that I won as many titles like you’ve. So technically, you and I are equal. But I have something that you don’t have. I’ve the heart of the fighter. While you were sitting on your ass, begging for attention and leeching off to your family’s name, I was making a name for myself in both major companies and the independent circuit. Unlike you, I wasn’t trying to convince everyone that I’m as good as my aunty is and trying to get title shots just because of my last name. See, you’re not the only one that comes from a wrestling family. My brother Aaron was always a famous wrestler and was trained by my uncles Devlin and Justice. I know I said many times that I despite my family for everything they have done to me, but one thing I appreciate is them teaching me how to wrestle. However, unlike you, I don’t constantly bring up my family’s name and try to make myself look relevant. Oh no, I’m my own man demands respect because of everything I have accomplished and my skills in the ring, instead of what’s my last name is. You’re an attention whore that doesn’t even deserve to be here. You have a few lucky wins here and there; especially against SOD’s leader Priest and all of sudden you think that you’re the shit? Bitch please. I watched your triple threat tag-team match against Thailand Express and the team of Shane Warner and Enigma Violator. Such a disgraceful match. It wasn’t like you guys lasted very long in the match. In fact, if I had to time how long you guys lasted in that match, it would be less than five minutes. Pathetic. And yet you and cam has the nerves to say that I’m a mediocre wrestler? Sorry buddy, but at least I put up a fight to the very end instead of ending my ass kicked within minutes. Look at the mirror before you judge other wrestlers. Know what the fuck you’re talking about before you open your big mouth. Your cockiness will be your downfall Brian and Cam, as evidently shown at XPW Road to Immortality. Revaluate yourself and ask yourself this, do you two really have what it takes to win the SCW tag-team titles? You two talk about chemistry and I will be the first to admit that perhaps Fury and I may not have that much chemistry in the ring since it’s our first time teaming up together, but how about you two? Your performance at XPW was piss poor and who to say it won’t happen here again. If I was you two, I would spend more time at the wrestling dojo before walking into the danger zone with your heads so far off your asses. Oh and Cam, I’m a poor man’s Undertaker? Last time I checked I didn’t claimed that I have dark mystical power coming out of my hands. Last time I checked, I don’t wear a hat and have some guy carry an urn everytime I walk to the ring. I tell people to fear me, not for my outside appearance...but for the beast within me. See, if I have to pick who’s a poor man Undertaker, I have to say you. I mean, don’t you worship a demonic god and part of a religious group that has to do with pain? Pain, which by the way you don’t know shit about! Aren’t you a self-proclaimed callous person that enjoys receiving and delivering pain? You’re the true freak of nature here, but not in the positive way you think. You want pain, you want torture…you want a bloody war? Well, you’re looking at the prince of mayhem…the dark soldier. I’m the man you need to worry about. No, Fury and I are the team you need to worry about. Fury won’t have to carry me in this match…oh no. We will carry each other to the finish line and eliminate every enemy in our path, including you and boy wonder. But hey, you two won’t believe anything I say until I prove it in the ring. It hurts doesn’t it? Being constantly reminded that no matter what you two do =, you will be constantly reminded that both of you’re not as good as Lynn Brewster and never will be. Is that why you two have to resort to childish insults to get Fury and I under our skins? Sorry, but it’s not working. Fury has been in this business for a very long time, and she won’t let silly taunts get into her head. She’s a veteran in this game and a mastermind when it comes to both singles and tag-team competition. I trust her more than most people and that says something. I don’t need to know about historical facts and learn about useless information to prep myself for this match. I know what’s at stake and I know what I need to do to win. The question is, can you defeat two individuals that have a lot to prove and has so much anger built inside of us, ready to be unleashed? Can you beat the Society of Destruction, a stable that lived up to its name for decades/ I’m the new member of the Society of Destruction for a reason and I honestly can say that I’m just like any other members of the original Society of Destruction, perhaps I have more to offer than the past members…no offense to them. I’m Marvin Shadows, the Anti-Hero, the Second City Animal…the Dark Soldier. Don’t...underestimate…me… Screen fades to black as Marvin Shadows walks away from the camera frame |

Part Two: Shoot The scene opens in a room that has been seen before by the SCW Audience. The room held different pictures and belts and other awards. The camera was trained on the name of one person who appeared several times in the wall. Britanie Simone. Shown was a picture of her with a chain around her neck, attached to a cage that was rising. Jessica Tendonin, the SCW Alternative Champion came into view. She was dressed in her simple everyday attire of a blouse and a pair of jeans. Jessica: Hello, Simone, or whatever we are supposed to call you this week. You might remember me from our previous encounters. But, judging from what you’ve said, you don’t. I don’t usually directly respond to what my opponents say, because for me, this is different than it is for them. Jessica paused and reached off camera, and held something up. It was the destroyed TCW Championship she had taken with her when she walked out on TCW so many months before. Jessica: You remember this? You remember when I defeated Sara Stone for this in…a ladder match? In YOUR TCW company? I am sure you do. I did to her what I’m going to do to you next week. I had my way with her. Jessica tossed the belt over her head and it landed in a heap behind her. She continued talking. Jessica: Speaking of things that you remember, you remember this? The camera turned to the image it had shown in the opening. After a few seconds, the camera was on Jessica again. Jessica: You remember that, right? No? You don’t remember the feeling of that cold hard steel around your little neck? The light tug at first, then the choking sensation as the cage began rising, taking you with it? Jessica laughed lightly. Jessica: Oh, that’s right. It was a dummy. A puppet you placed in the ring…when? No, we won’t linger on your delusions, because we have too many of them. You wanted to talk about TCW, so lets talk about that company for a moment. Let’s talk about how you begged me to come work for you in Texas, sending me emails, texts, tweets, making several attempts to Video IM me on Skype, and other methods of communication. Eventually, I relented. I am, after all, a big star. I thought I could do some good for your brand by bringing my fans to your events. And so, I did. I literally made you millions of dollars and had your federation on the international stage for a little while. How did you reward me? You fired me. Jessica reached into her pocket, showing a paper with the words ‘RELEASED!’ on it. Her ‘pinkslip’ from TCW, so to say. Jessica: You fired me from TCW and then stripped me of the TCW championship, which I had earned. After that, you spent the next few events dragging my name through the mud, and when I spoke out against you on twitter, you claimed I was ‘slandering’ you. Simone, maybe you have some sort of retardation problem, but let me try to explain this to you again. Slander is when you say something disparaging about something or someone, that is not true. Every word I said was true, so it was not slander. It was cold, hard, facts. But, let’s move on. Somewhere in there, we had a match at ASA: The Revival. How did that go? Well, first, I kicked your ass. I forget which gimmick you were using. But, I kicked their ass, too. Then, while raging, I nearly hung you from the cage. If my husband hadn’t come out and stopped me, you would not be here to challenge me for my SCW Alternative Championship. You said something about family legacies in this business. Don’t you realize who the hell I am? Who my husband is? Whom his family are? Do you not know who I roll with? I was born a Wallace, but I’m a Tendonin, through and through. I suppose I should explain that to you. When I was nineteen, I met Lucius Tendonin. Soon, we were married and I began being trained by him and his siblings, who had much more experience than myself and my first teacher, my sister Ashley. Over the years, in my 11 year career, I’ve wrestled around the world, and I have been extremely successful. No, I don’t mean monetarily. In fact, as big of a star as I am, I’m one of the lowest paid wrestlers in every company I work for. Why? You’ve seen my cars, my estate, and other examples of my finances. I don’t do this for money. I’ve got money, and a very nice amount of it. I could buy this whole damn company, SCW, for ten times what it is worth. But I don’t brag about little stuff like that. Let me tell you what I brag and boast about, Simone. Jessica turned and picked up something from her side. Holding her hands up, she held the SCW Alternative Title. Jessica: You said I’m a disgrace as champion. You said the same of my husband. Well…explain to me what I have done to be a disgrace as champion when I have yet to even represent the damn belt? You see, on the night I won this belt, you won the battle royal to face me for it. And between now and then, I have only wrestled once, and that was in a tag team match for the tag title tournament. Other than that, I haven’t been seen in SCW. Hell, I didn’t even take time to do an interview about winning the belt. You say I am a disgrace as champion. You’re a disgrace as human being, Simone. Your statement has no real basis. But, that doesn’t matter, does it? No, your ‘degree in psychology’ means you must be right, no matter what. Your degree, which you may or may not really have, means shit to me, Simone. And let me explain why. While you play gimmick of the week, I’m the same bad ass woman week in, and week out. I don’t need a character or gimmick refresh because I’ve gotten boring for the viewers. With me, what you see is what I am, in the ring and out of it. I’m a multiracial woman in excess of six feet tall and nearly two hundred pounds. I’ve got brown hair, dark in shade. I speak several languages, and can speak then with an ease and fluidity that would make the creators of Rosetta Stone quiver. I like cars, and always have. I love my husband, and I love my father and my family. I have some MMA training, but my focus is in professional wrestling. I like Lemonade and tequila, though a sip of the latter will have me tripping like I’m on shrooms. I’m not a habitual drinker, and I don’t smoke. I like racing, and I’m as bad on the track as I am in the ring. And, get ready for it, because I’m only going to say it once more. I Do Not Do Gimmicks! Jessica was getting serious and she could feel her heart rate rising. Jessica: Let me tell you the purpose, as I see it, of a gimmick. A gimmick is for a person whose real persona is not interesting enough to be put on television for the viewers, so they have to take on a fictional role. I’m the real deal, anytime you see me. When I turn off this camera, I will still be the same person. This beating in my heart and the rising of my blood pressure isn’t for the effect of the camera. This is real shit here, Simone. I can stand in an empty room and make my point. You, on the other hand, have to wait until its storming and pouring to do your video segments, because your words alone are just like your actions; weak. Or…maybe that was some decent CGI. Maybe there was no real storm going on. I don’t care, either way. You’re pathetic. That’s why the Society of Darkness didn’t want you. Someone I have faced before, and wouldn’t mind tangoing with again, Priest, kicked your ass out because you were just there for the spotlight. Well, that describes your career, as a whole, doesn’t it? You just want the spotlight and the glory. That is why you switch up gimmicks so often, so you can stay relevant to whatever is going on. I’d ask you about the pain and pressure of staying relevant, but I know nothing of it. I’m relevant when I want to be, and I feel no tinge of pressure when I am not in the spotlight. It’s a shame SoD got rid of you, though. You might have fit in with them if it hadn’t been for you wanting to be the center of attention in everything they do. In my eleven years in the ring, I’ve been in only two main stables. The Tendonin (E)Xchange, and my own Order of the Dragon. Both have been widely successful. Want to know why? Because no one member is greater than the unit itself. Yeah, my husband leads the Xchange, and I lead the Dragons, but in these groups, we are all equals. But you and me, Simone? We aren’t equals. No, what you are is a person who can’t get past the excitement of being acknowledged. Matter of fact, I’ll say no more about that. You should know it. After all, you have a degree in psychology, right? It’s time to wrap this up, so I’ll leave you with a final message. This event is appropriately named, because as we enter the season of Spring, you’ll face me yet again, and again, you’ll lose and have another breakdown. You’ll obsess over your envy of my success for another year, and then, you’ll realize…you can never be me. Poka poka, vy tupitsa. |

On Camera The camera opens to see Cam and Brian sitting on a low rock wall, a large backyard behind them. Darkness has fallen upon Savannah, and the chill of the air has set in as it is rather late and they both wear jackets. They were a look that is similar to the look of determination they had before….and a bit of annoyance. Cam: You know Marvin, too bad that we couldn’t have got someone to take bets on when you would finally crawl out of whatever comfort you live in to speak, but then it wouldn’t be very good odds because we would all be betting you would wait until the late hour. But here we are….ready to prove so much of what you said is wrong. You say that we essentially called you a rookie. I beg you to find where we said those exact words. We never did. We questioned why Eric would want you to be part of Society of Destruction. You want to say that you show you have a lot of potential, and perhaps you do but so far we haven’t really seen it in SCW as of yet. You apparently were once great in UCW, and I won’t sit here and deny that you were or weren’t, but then apparently you lost something and you fell down and are now working yourself back up. Back then you showed Eric who you were….but there is something here. He may have asked you to be part of this little group….and he’s left. Marvin, that is a bit telling to us. Eric was known for years for Society of Destruction and he’s bailed on his creation. You want to say that you complete SOD as a unit, but there isn’t a great deal of proof behind that, and we can only base what we say on what we have seen. Brian: And once again we’re talking about feds. You know what? Your partner Fury brought up the past, and I was simply saying if those feds were so crappy, why was she in them also. I have a feeling she was very proud of being in some of them, hell one of them was ran by a great man, a man who recently passed away. Reginald Packer, a man who I looked up to, was the man behind SWAT, yet if you two are saying SWAT was crappy, then you have an even worse battle on your hands because anyone who dares to say crap about Packer will answer to me. As for the “leeching of my family name” I’ve heard that repeatedly over the last five years but ask yourself if I was “leeching” off Lynn or whatever, would I have done everything I could to avoid her? Hell I found out I had an uncle in one company I was in and it made my stomach turn, and I did everything I could to rid the company of him….and he finally packed his bags and left. So please, I carry the family name because of my grandfather, who was one of the premiere wrestlers in his day. He was old school wrestling at its finest, and THAT is what I want to be. I don’t hold any illusions that I’ve made it. I know I haven’t and I will be going for singles titles here as well, titles that will hope to prove on my own that I am just as good as I am in a tag team. But don’t you think that Cam and Lynn must have some faith in me to ask me to be part of this team? I didn’t come running to them, begging to be part of this team when they realized that it would be a year for them to continue. They came to me and asked me to consider it….and even then it took me about a month before I said yes. I weighed the pros and cons, and then I said yes. I said yes because while I’ve worked with Lynn, I’ve never had the honor of working with Cam, a very technical wrestler. It will be a sign of how good the trainer is….for Cam did train me after my father did. As for the whole your family is as good as mine, I fought men tooth and nail when they would say that Lynn got me a job. Hell one of my jobs I got because the owner saw something in ME. It wasn’t until a couple months later that I found out Lynn was their top champion. I groaned, I didn’t want to be anywhere near her. And I’ve joined companies and succeeded on my own. Hell RIW she joined AFTER I did, so in that case wouldn’t you say she was trying to get something because of my name? But these days I can walk into companies and get a job based on what I can do. I’ve been paying my dues for the last five years, and there are plenty of places that had only one Brewster….the one who mattered. Cam squirms at this comment, but decides to hold his tongue knowing Brian is simply getting into the heat of the moment. Cam: We have never said anywhere that our performance in XPW was brilliant. Hell in fact yes we are embarrassed about it. But it also shows that a good team sometimes takes their opponent a bit too lightly and look what happen. But it also showed the areas we needed to work on, and we have been doing that since,. We have been patiently waiting for this match, whether it would have taken place on Overdrive….or at Spring Meltdown. Hell honestly I would have preferred Overdrive because everyone thinks we walked into the pay per view simply because of our names. Far from it, we never asked for this. And ok Marvin, I said poor man’s Undertaker, but perhaps you don’t understand when your opponent is trying to get under your skin. It seems I did…but really you tell people to fear you for the beast inside. Those are YOUR words, not mine. I should have known it would come eventually, a shot at our religious beliefs and it’s coming from someone who apparently read the Dummy’s Guide to Shinto. Let’s give the kiddies a history lesson a bit and talk about how Shinto is the religion of warriors, of the Samurai. We don’t worship a demonic god….as there are several hundred gods and goddesses. We pray to Amaterasu, the overall goddess, who is good…and evil, depending on how you look at it, but for us she is the ultimate god to pray to when you want them to look on you favorably. From there it breaks down and we pray to other gods and goddesses. In our case we pray to Nominosukune, the god of wrestling. Yes there is actually a god for that. We also pray to Shichi Fujukin, and a couple others. During a day we may kneel before the altars we have at home and pray to other gods and goddesses. We ask them to look favorably upon us. If we win, then it is expected we give them offerings for doing what we asked. If we lose, we still give them offerings, asking next time we ask they choose to look on us favorable. There are literally hundreds of gods and goddesses, and the only way you could truly know what we do is to do an intensive study of Shinto. Once you do that study then you visit a true Shinto priest and they will test you. If you pass then you are allowed to continue with the steps to becoming Shinto. If you fail…. A year later you may try again. We don’t worship gods of pain and live to give pain or receive pain or any of the crap you are trying to spout. As for being a callous person, some may say that of me….I’ve never said it about myself. I don’t enjoying receiving pain but I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy giving it. I never said I wanted a bloody war here, but if that is what you want Marvin…then fine, bring it because I can dish it out with the best of them. You wouldn’t be the first opponent I had who said it was going to get bloody and when the match was over….they had to be carried out because of how much blood they lost. I hope you are prepared for that. Brian: You know I don’t understand this obsession you two have with Lynn. Believe me she would LOVE to be in this match but can’t be. So THAT IS THAT!! Brian stops and looks at Cam, and Cam knows that Brian is on the verge of losing his cool, the very thing he can’t do during this session. Brian takes a couple breaths before he continues. Brian: So quit bringing her up. If you want her in a match, she will be back….about next January or so. Then you can go to Jordan, if we are all still employed here, and ask for a match with her. You two need to quit focusing so much on Lynn and focus on the two people who ARE in the match, and that is Cam and I. You want to play the anger card, go ahead and play it. You think that we don’t know what it’s like to be filled with anger and want so bad to beat your opponents that you will go to any length you’re allowed to? Separately we both have been there as singles wrestlers, and you say you have so much to prove, well we do too. We will prove we can beat you two. You talk about how although you have never teamed with Fury before you trust her pretty much like no other, but you need to remember Marvin, she is very use to working with Eric, and that would have taken a lot of training to get her use to you instead of Eric. Cam: You two have very different styles, and you and Fury have very different styles, styles that don’t mesh well. Brian and I on the other hand do have different styles, he knows the technical stuff very well but he’s also not afraid to go punch for punch. I on the other hand would prefer technical but if it comes down to it, I can throw a punch too. Brian and I have worked together for two years before he went off on his own, and did quite well without my help, and I couldn’t have been prouder. How can it be his fault that he didn’t get the top title in a couple different companies because the owner decided suddenly they just had it with the whole business? It’s not his fault that just as he was about to be in a match for their top title….the place shut the door. Brian has learned to choose his companies more carefully, a very valuable lesson learned. Now he’s in SCW, a place that seems to be very solid and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere for a while. A place that is finally getting around to adding another title to the World and Alternative titles and only one of us can advance in this tournament, only one of us can be part of the final four. Problem is that Society of Destruction can only have one team in this tournament, and that would be the team that has already won their spot, your leader Priest and his brother Kronik. Meanwhile Fury and Marvin….the two of you will be wondering what happen after you lose to us. Brian: Marvin you say that the SOD is better for the addition of you into the group now, but then you do something that I would think the rest of the group should listen carefully to. You implied that you might be better than they are and maybe you can offer more than past members. Wow….honestly there is one former member of SOD who I would be surprised if he didn’t take offense to that, as well as his wife who is your partner….Eric Herrera. You just implied you might be better than him, and honestly I watched Eric climb up for years and yes there was a time it was almost painful to watch him wrestler and watch his matches. Companies use to make fun of his heritage, but he went away for a time to return better, stronger, and a wrestler to be feared. Up until recently Marvin he was part of this little group of yours and he was teaming with Fury. It makes one wonder, where would you have been if he had stayed. Because guess what? You wouldn’t have been in this match. This match is one that Eric dreamed of for years! Cam: Marvin you can call yourself a beast, an animal, an anti-hero…whatever you want to help you feel better about yourself. Because after Spring Meltdown all you will have is yourself and your empty hands while we will have a win and be one step closer to hopefully becoming the first SCW tag champion. Camera fades to black as the lights go dark. |
